Jimmy came out and diagnosed and fixed my main unit the same day that I called. I asked him about a mini split unit for my bedroom as I sleep hot and two days later had one installed. Five star service all around!

We started using White Rock about a year ago at our church, they corrected issues at a fraction of the cost of their predecessor (who wanted to replace entire systems.) We recently had a semi annual maintenance (filters and such), and they checked out some potential issues as an extra service. Their staff was kind and proficient, in and out servicing 34 units with minimal impact.They have been a blessing to our church, and they know what theyre doing. They are a trusted professional vendor.

We had a wonderful experience with this business! Would recommend for any HVAC needs you may have. They were thorough, honest, and finished the job more quickly than originally anticipated. We have used this business for over 20 years before it was even White Rock. Smiley Universal was amazing, and nothing has changed now that it’s White Rock. Jimmy and Kevin are incredibly knowledgeable, helpful, efficient, and professional…not to mention always on time! We called for help last weekend (sunday), and Jimmy was here in an hour. He knew we had babies who needed the A/C fixed pronto! He took care of us and wouldn’t even let us pay him. This is a company you will want to use for all your HVAC needs and repairs. I had one of the larger HVAC companies in the area come to my house initially to help with an issue and all of their solutions were astronomically expensive. Not only that, but they always took a long time and after 4-5 visits, nothing was resolved.Then I found White Rock Air Conditioning. These guys are honest, they get to your home quick and their prices are reasonable (not cheap). Most importantly, they fixed my issue. Im glad I found a reliable electrician in town.
