    Great customer service. I knew the potential issue with my AC unit and ask them to bring the part with them so that they did not have to go back to the manufacturers warehouse to get the part. The owner waived the $99 service charge because I saved them a trip to the manufacturer warehouse by telling them what part they needed to bring with them the first time. Came out verified the issue and replaced the parts that were covered by warranty. Had my AC system back up and running within 30 minutes. I called them at 10:30 the same morning and they were able to come out the same day and had it fixed by 3:30.

    We have nothing but great things to say about Weiss Air Conditioning and Heating. Our central heat went out. We called them and they were responsive. Holly was terrific and set up the service call. Shaun was our technician. He arrived as promised, diagnosed the problem and got the unit running. Parts were needed to complete the repair. Holly got the parts ordered and Shaun was back out today to complete the repairs. They were awesome! We highly recommend them and will call on them in the future for any a/c and heating issues.

I talked to the owner, Nick, last night regarding issues with my dehumidifier and ventilation systems. Talk about fast service - a Weiss truck pulled up at our place this morning! Ken spent a lot of time with us and wrote a thorough report that we will submit to our homebuilder for warranty repairs.After dealing with the homebuilders A/C subcontractor repeatedly over the last year and accomplishing nothing, it was a breath of fresh air to deal with Weiss - a company that values customer service and which has technicians that truly know and are enthusiastic about their trade. We highly recommend Weiss A/C - dont use anyone else! Weiss will be our exclusive HVAC company from here on out.

    These guys are the best. AC wasn;t cooling. Tec scheduled between 10am and 1pm. Craft arrived at 10:20am. Detected a leak in upstairs coil, ordered part and had another tech go pick it up while he started removing the damaged coil. Got new coil installed same day and back to cooling like new.If you have a problem with your AC system, look no further, cant beat these guys!

    They did a great job all around! They had the best quote for us, but also had great high-end options, too. They were very open, honest, and informative as we shopped around for our furnace. When we accepted the quote digitally over the weekend, I had a call from the office by ~10am to schedule our furnace installation by that Monday afternoon! They were prompt and within the 12p-3p window of arrival, they finished and cleaned up everything, checked it all over, gone over any paper work and payment, and were out the door by 2:58p. Also, as a mom of 3 littles, the boys were able to nap while they were installing the furnace because the men were as quiet as possible so as to not disturb nap time. What a blessing that was!!We are very, very happy with our service and would highly recommend them. We will be a repeat customer!

    Theyve done it again!After receiving a call from my tenant about an issue with the cooling, I called Weiss, and in less than 90 minutes their technician arrived, fixed the issue, and provided an update.Can´t recommend Weiss enough!--Taking care of my tenants is of upmost importance, and with the help of Weiss AC, I know I dont need to worry when it comes to AC systems.I cant recommend them enough.They took care of an emergency inspection and proposal in record time during a very busy time due to the record temperatures.Right after that, we scheduled the new system installation. We went for emergency mode on a Friday afternoon at 4pm, to happy tenants on a Saturday early evening.And to top that, all of their personnel are attentive, extremely polite, and responsive.What a great company to work with!

    Since I cannot add a second review, I am editing my first review with a description of our second experience.After being on vacation for a week in Europe, came home and (shocker) no AC. Called Nick and he had someone out within the hour on a Wednesday night. After looking at the unit for a while and trying to get it working, Nick came out personally and assisted. (this was after he had a ball game for his child). Told me he hoped to get it fixed by Friday, and then was able to get someone out a day early on Thursday. After being at urgent care for several hours, we came home to a cool and air conditioned house as they completed the job while we were gone.     Our one and only AC unit was not working. Technician Craft showed up right at 8am today (Sunday) and went straight to work diagnosing the Issue. He determined it was a bad motor and gave me a couple options. He made a quick phone call and said his fellow technician Steve was on his way with the needed replacement motor. Craft started dismantling the unit and shortly Steve arrived they both went to work installing the new motor. They quickly had my AC unit working again.     Ken was very thorough and answered all my questions. He also showed pictures of a potential problem down the road. When I asked him why there was a discrepancy between what the thermometer was set and the actual reading, he explained and solved the problem. Very polite and punctual.

    This company was fantastic, informative, polite, and understanding to our needs. The technician, Nick and Shane was nothing short of fantastic! We actually have a home warranty with a $60 deductible, however, I know Nick would be here on the double (same day service) and sure enough my doorbell rang 45min within my initial service call! I felt it was worth paying going outside the warranty company for the good quality of work, trust & honesty, personable service.

    Steve was able to diagnose the problem right away. He made sure the unit was working properly and that the problem was solved. I have used several different hvac companies in the past and this is the one company I will recommend and use in the future. I also had a great customer service experience as well.     I called because in this heat wave my air was out and my house was climbing to 87 degrees. Weiss responded on a Sunday and was out within an hour.It was best to replace so the next morning I had new units. Problem solved and cool house with new warranty in less than 24 hours! We will be using them for all our heating and cooling needs!

    After dealing with my home warranty about A/C services that werent covered by my warranty I reached to Weiss A/C and heating and spoke w/Holly. She said that they would be able to come out the same day. They texted to let me know when the technician was on his way and were able to get my AC up and running again, which is much needed during this summer heat. They deserve the 5 stars and I would definitely recommend.

    I tried them once and I’m hooked. Repair gentleman came out for a clogged drain nd worked to correct all the issues he noticed. It was hot and unfortunately crammed for him to move freely but he was wonderful and they came out the same day. I recommend them to everyone and I’m not the type to leave a review but this level of attention to detail and customer service deserves to be rewarded. Greg was my technician and I hope he gets recognized for his great work.Thanks Nick/Ashley for always answering and for making sure my AC needs are met.

    I cannot say enough about Weiss and both techs who helped us, Josh and David. We used Weiss at our old house as our primary AC company, but we sold that house and moved into a new construction rental home. We had issues with the AC the first year, and the owner called the builder who sent out their AC company. They said we had a leak in the evaporator coil and supposedly fixed it. Fast forward to now, and the AC wasn’t working properly. We called Weiss on our own and they came to check it out. Apparently, the other company never fixed the issue and only put a band aide on it the year before. Here is where they have gone above and beyond and why we’ll never use anyone else. Josh called our management company, not only to explain everything, but to give them the quote and worked out the payment arrangement! Then, on top of that, when the management company said they wanted to send someone from another company for a second opinion and to wait a day, he had the forethought and superior customer service to find the part and put it on hold for us, just in case!! Sure enough, second opinion came and it was the same issue, leak in the evaporator coil. Management company agreed to use Weiss and Josh was on top of it getting out here the next day. When I say his sense of urgency and his priority was simply taking care of us, I was beyond impressed. They are the best!! We can’t thank them enough.
