After the job was done, they charged me less due to the job taking less hours than expected (nice). I wanted to put in a word for Wayne Price Heating and Air the most honest business Ive ever used. My air stopped blowing cold on July 20 ...110 degree day...I read some reviews and decided on them and Im glad I did because they were out to my house quickly and worked for over an hour and with new parts the price was dirt cheap. Great company and ask for Josh if you can get him.

Our air conditioner quit blowing cold air. We called the company we have used for many years. We were told we needed a new unit at $8500! Decided to shop around. The guys at KBEC recommended Wayne Price. We called and he was at our house that afternoon. He found the lines were clogged with mud and grass. Was here at least two hours flushing out lines. Air conditioner was fixed at under $350! We now have a new air conditioner repair company! Thank you!

We have been using Wayne Price for around 15 years and he has always done a great job. Recently, one of our a/c condensers went out and he was able to find a replace unit, which wasnt easy given the current delivery issues. We appreciate his efforts to getting us back up and running and the extra time he and Josh spent making sure we were back with a cool upstairs. First thing I will comment on is the response time from Amber, I placed a service request online over the weekend and she replied first thing Monday morning and had a technician ready to dispatch that day. She was very professional and understanding of our need to get or A/C running. The technician Josh was great about reaching out to me when he was on his way, and with his follow up after the repair. He explained what the problem was, what he did to fix it, as well as the other steps he took to check the filters inside the house. Fantastic company to work with. Highly recommended.

We used Wayne Price in 2016 to replace our a.c system. They did an excellent job then and again today when Mr. Price came out within an hour of my call to ask for service. My central air had gone out during the night. Mr. Price diagnosed the issue within minutes. The inside fan, which was very old, had stopped working. The fan looked like it was very old. He went to his shop, picked up a new fab, came right back and installed it. What a relief the cold air was. He did a quick inspection of the outside unit and said all was well. He pointed out a problem with the hot water heater vent which was dangerous. I called Area Wide plumbing immediately and received same day service.Both companies gave fast, excellent service...very fair prices! Two companies I trust!

We woke up to a tripped breaker and a very hot home with our a/c not working. Called Wayne Price due to the recommendation of others. The 2 Joshs were able to come that afternoon and take a look at it. I was pleased with honest feedback they provided and the tests they ran just to make sure they were correct! Very professional team and they were able to fix the issue and get the ac running in a short time.

What an important part of a Texas community is the people who are there to service our Air Conditioners! We feel incredibly lucky to have found the Price family in this regard.The service has been incredible from the phone call to the completion of the work every time. It just makes you happy to do business with such a good company as this. Prompt, knowledgable, and thoughtful are a couple words that I could use to describe their service.Josh is Waynes son, and has performed all of our work. He was taught at an early age by his Father. Now that is an American success story. A family lineage is great to behold. And you see that it carries with it respect, dedication, and pride.It is never a good thing to have heating or cooling problems. Wayne Price and team are AWESOME!!!Our unit stopped cooling late one evening. We called the company that conducted a Maint. check last year, and they responded promptly. The tech was very nice and began checking the system and told me everything that was wrong. We were charged HUNDREDS of dollars for a part that cost $53 and took him five minutes to replace. I was given an estimate without a breakdown for things he found wrong in the addict. He verified the warranty and we were still looking at THOUSANDS of dollars for a project that would take less than an hour to complete. I was given the ”speech” about using quality parts. I contacted the warranty company to discuss my concerns. The representative told me to contact Wayne Price and assured me that his team would take care of us. I called, Josh came right out. He checked the units and explained his findings. He even walked through the house checking the air flow and measured the vents. He verified the warranty and completed repairs that were urgent. Wayne is putting a plan together to complete the other things that are needed. Im so glad that I was told about the company and will forever be a loyal customer.

Back on April 29th of this year, our HVAC system decided to retire. We had just purchased the home in Sept of 2016 and knew the system was old, but we werent expecting it to fail so soon. We were new in town and didnt know who to trust, after a few calls to contractors and listening to theyre patchy repair/replace tactics, we had to get serious and find someone with credibility and with the best customer reviews. We found Wayne Price and called him for an estimate. He came out and did a free estimate and he was not only thorough in looking at everything inside and out, spending some time in our hot attic to redesign our whole plenum and duct system, but he was very thorough in explaining to us in detail everything he would do to build a whole new complete HVAC system for us and exactly how much it would cost. We were worried at first that it would cost us an arm/leg, but were very excited when he gave us a price way below other contractors and with the confidence he inspired on us, we didnt worry that it would be cheap materials or equipment. So, on May 1st, bright and early, his crew began with demo of the old condenser, fan coil unit, all the duct work, plenum, boots and diff-users and in as little as two days, they had finished all the demo and completed the new installs, leaving the house very clean each evening when they left. I dont mind including that while performing the installs in the attic that they had a young apprentice who accidentally stepped through our living room ceiling, although this would normally be a BIG problem, Wayne promptly had a trusted contractor out to make the ceiling repair and paint and there was not any sign of damage. After all was finished, air balance and a few tweaks to the duct/plenum, we have a complete new system that has performed top notch! We couldnt have been any happier than we are now and knowing that we have Wayne Price for maintenance and available should we have any future issues is a very peace of mind for us. We highly recommend Wayne Price for any HVAC installs or repairs and cant thank him enough for the very fair, honest and friendly staff that he employs....THANK YOU WAYNE PRICE!!!!

I would like to take a minute to say how pleasantly surprised I was with the excellent job Wayne and his crew did installing my hvac system and the information provided to me. Now, installing a new system is something we dont experience very often so needless to say I was totally lost on where to even begin. I had some other companies come by and give estimates but they were in and out and didnt take the time and explain things. I can honestly say when Wayne Price left my house I felt like I had the answers I needed. I could not be more happy about the choice I made when I chose Wayne Price and I will recommend this company to everyone.

Recently we had to have a complete new system in our home. In the past few days with this very cold weather the temperature inside was very comfortable. I was never this warm with the other unit we had unless the thermostat was set on Emergency Heat which is very expensive to run. The air coming through the vents was cold but the new Bryant system air was so nice and warm. Wayne and his helper, Danny, are both very considerate and really hard workers. After 15 years of knowing Wayne I can certainly recommend him and you can depend on Wayne to give excellent service.

Josh was awesome. So was his wingman who Im sorry I didnt catch his name. I called them early this am and they were here in less than an hour. My ac was blowing hot and cool air. Mostly hot air after a power surge.The workers were efficient, honest and professional. Im ready now for whatever this crazy Texas weather has to throw at me. James HatcherIm very pleased with the service that Ive received from Wayne Price Heating And Air Conditioning.On June 23, 2014, Danny Rose, an employee of Wayne Price Heating And Air Conditioning came to my home to do a yearly check-up on my AC unit.Mr. Rose checked my AC thoroughly both inside the house and the outside unit. He painstakingly sprayed the coils on the outside unit with water to remove the dirt and pieces of grass that had collected.I rate this company A+ in fairness for their service charge fee, and for caring about their workmanship.

I dont do reviews but these guys deserve it. This is not manufactured at all. I will keep it simple. My unit went out on July 3rd at midnight. Called them reluctantly on the 4th of July. My unit was fixed before noon. The temperatures are expected to feel like 100 plus today. And another thing. Even with the emergency call out, my bill was more than reasonable. My family appreciates this very much. They have a life long customer as a result of their actions.
