    I will preface this review by stating that Im a stickler for professionalism, quality service, adeptness at your profession and integrity. Valliere Air Conditioning and Heating representatives Allen and Derek presented and fulfilled each and every trait. They both were extremely informative, passionate and committed to their craft. They were also attentive and involved me in the process. They took into account all information I provided and utilized it to assess and repair our AC unit. The compressor to our unit failed over the weekend during a mini heat wave. I contacted Valliere Air Conditioning that Monday and got a call back from Allen within 30 minutes of my initial call. I provided him with the information on the unit and what Id confirmed the issue to be. He quoted me a quote over the phone and informed me of additional cost I could incur if all the information I provided was accurate. He scheduled me for the next day and provided a window for arriving. They showed up timely with the warranted replacement part in hand. When I say these gentlemen were passionate about their profession, it was reflected in their willingness to share their knowledge. They had no problem answering the multitude of questions I posed, while they worked diligently on replacing the compressor to my unit. They were in no hurry to get to the next job. They took their time to ensure the job was completed correctly and that I understood every step of the process. What was most appreciated was the integrity in which they conducted business. There was no surprise additional cost or upselling. The price quoted over the phone was turnkey and what I was invoiced. My family and I are grateful our issue was a priority to Allen and Valliere Air Conditioning. We have small children and that was taken into consideration in scheduling. I highly recommend this company for your HVAC repair needs.

    I called at 5:00 pm and by 6:00 pm the same day Allen came to fix our AC. When I told Kyle my elderly dad lived with me he immediately called Allen to help us. Allen is experienced and very resourceful and explained everything clearly. Allen fixed the AC and made recommendations for maintenance. You seldom find a genuinely nice and professional company. I hit the jackpot with this company. I recommend Valliere 100%. Reasonable prices as well.

Their services are 2nd to none, professional and ranked amongst the best in Harris County.If you call Craig, you are guaranteed to get the best service and optimal solution to fit your needs. He will tell you the truth with no BS, which is a rarity amongst other contractors. We have developed a relationship with Valliere in that he knows exactly what we need before even completing our request. My Dad had to replace his entire unit and Craig was able to provide a quote with a few hours and schedule the service within days.Another aspect of their services provided is that he delivers on time. If he says he will be there at 8, the multi-colored Valliere truck will be in your driveway ready for work by 7:59.Overall, I highly recommend Valliere Air Conditioning and Heating LLC for your residential projects. He has come through for me and my family time and time again.

    Valliere Air Conditioning has serviced and repaired my unit for nearly 10 years and I am very satisfied with their service. On occasion I have called on other companies and been raked over the coals, and had Craig come fix what they didnt. Unlike some other companies ~ he wont try to sell you a brand new system and will replace or repair the true things wrong with it, saving me a ton of $. He is very experienced and knowledgeable when it comes to air & heat and I would never consider calling on someone else.     My AC went out today at 4pm. It was 103 ° outside. I called Valliere and their on call technician, Alan was at my house at 5pm.By 5:30 it was on again but he kept working to make sure everything was working just right.He left at 6:15 and it never got over 81° in here.I was extremely relieved and happy.THIS is the way to run an amazing business!!!!I just cant say enough good things!

    My parents used them to replace a single stage 4 ton system and were so impressed by their professionalism, quality workmanship and cleanliness that when it came time to replace both my systems I gave them a call. Even though I’m in central Houston they came the same day and Steven and Allen walked me through options and we decided to reconfigure some return air ducting to improve airflow. Went with two Trane systems, a 4 ton and a 5 ton. Big job but they were done in less than 2 days including all the ductwork and cleanup. Craig himself came out and did the final walk through and balancing of the system. AC systems are not cheap and poor installation and design can mean a huge waste of money. These guys do it right.

    Last night our air conditioner stopped working. I called the neighbors for an air conditioner repair company recommendation. Without hesitation, they said to call Craig. After speaking with him on the phone, he was able to schedule us for the same day. Craig evaluated our entire system, repaired the outside unit, and chemically cleaned the lines. Craig is a professional that knows his stuff! My family and I are very thankful to Valliere Air Conditioning for its friendly and honest service.     Our furnace went out after the cold spell and we had no heat. We called Valliere and a tech was sent within an hour. They were able to diagnose the issue and got the system to put out some heat.     Steven has been to our home on every occasion that we needed them. He is always professional, courteous, and keeps us informed on what he is doing and what needs to be done. They have been honest about every repair and work diligently to get the needed repair at the cost that’s right. No over charging or upselling, just honest repairs. Unfortunately our system had much needed repairs done shortly after buying our home, but it Hwy had us up and running in no time. Now our home stays cool and comfortable. Thanks guys.

    Found these guys in my church bullentin. They are great! Allen asked me to trust him and I am glad I did. My A/C is working Yaaaay!     The Valliere team really came to my rescue last night,..... a SATURDAY. The temp started rising in the house (was 96 degrees outside) and the AC had died. I called the owner, and within an hour, a well qualified technician arrived at the house. Upon his exam of the unit in the attic, he detected a wire connection where some wires had suddenly shorted and burnt up. He repaired the damage and had my unit running again in very short time. I was totally impressed by the response and performance of everyone on the Valliere team. Good show fellows.

They installed my ac also they were very good at getting it in they were clean about every thing , they are all very considered of us ! They aim to please !     They have stood by us since we found out that our unit wasnt working. They came out the next day gave an evaluation and choices on what they could do to repair or replace. We chose to replace. That had access to our condo while we were not there and did the job checking, with us, by phone when they encountered a problem. They had to return n to help us set up thermostat to our phones. After changing the thermostat with 3 different ones they found one that would work at no extra cost to us. I highly recommend them. Thank you Craig and Alan. Sue Usdowski.

    I called in a fall service for my furnace with my home warranty. The company serviced both my furnaces but recommended replacement of one of them. So I called in the service request for repair and different company was sent out saying nothing was wrong with the furnace and didnt need replacement. Both companies showed me pictures and explained their reasoning. So I needed a 3rd opinion. Valliere provided me an honest opinion that allowed me to save time and money. I wasnt able to use them this time, but I certainly will if the opportunity presents itself.

    These guys are great, these guys will give it to you strait. Other air conditioning companies i have delt with wanted to sell me a whole new unit for $3,500 with this company not so, I would highly recommend this company and I will definitely use them in the future!If you want a company that is honest, prompt,very friendly and will not screw you around you need to give these guys call for sure.

    Yesterday about noon I realized my A/C wasnt cooling. I called Valliere Air. I spoke to Holland. Within an 1hr the owner himself showed up, worked his magic, pin pointed the problem and had my A/C up & running within, what seemed, minutes. I totally recommend Valliere Air conditioning as your go to A/C company. Its hard to find good help now a days, but if you want the best and most affordable, make Valliere Air conditioning your go to A/C Company. Theyve saved me and my family from heat strokes.     We had our AC go out this year during the hottest week of the year and have had problems since it was installed. We had the original company come out many times and others to fix it only to break again and again. During the hottest week of the year, it went out again and we found Valliere and Craig. It turns out that it probably had some issues since it was installed but no one ever figured out the real problem. Craig came out and stuck with it to find the real problem and fix it right and for good. It turns out many big parts were just flawed and Craig used his influence with the manufacturer to get me a whole new outside unit at no charge. The whole system now actually works better than when it was installed!!!! I should have called Craig 5 years ago and will never call anyone else.
