V Tech AC came to my house on 8/15/24 and helped solve a persistent problem with my new AC.A room upstairs wasnt as cool as the rest.He went into the attic and found a duct with a hole and repaired it. He also verified all the vents were pushing out the same temperature.Checking the exterior condenser, he discovered the Freon level wasn’t at an appropriate level. My electric bill had much larger than in years past, and after filling to the appropriate amount, the AC unit has been running more efficiently And my electric bill has dropped.Thank you Mr. Wilson with VTEC.Best regards,Todd Pomroy
