    Twin A/C did a great job. I called because my unit on the inside of the home was leaking water. Which is scary for a home owner who knows nothing about a/c. They came and took a look at the unit. They opened it up and found the problem. They replaced a valve that was restricting flow causing it to freeze up. Now my unit is running better than it ever has. And there’s no more water leaking! I would highly recommend Twins A/C!

    I came home and my house was freezing . My thermostat went out . I called them and they came out a few hours later . This is on a Saturday also. . Took him maybe 30 minutes to put a new one on. Even checked my fan and wires and found a loose wire . Great job and great service . Highly recommend.

    Twins Heating and Air Conditioning is a top notch organization. They were prompt to.provide a quote to replace the whole HVAC unit. They started and finished the job on time. Very professional service experts. Cleaned and carted away all the remnants from the installation. If the need arises we would definitely utilize their services again in the future.Called Twins back twice for minor issues. Came out the next day. They went above and beyond for us.     Alfred came out today to check an existing problem. Another company had suggested repairs that would be kind of expensive for me, so we decided to get a second opion. He asked questions, and looked into the issue, was very patient and listened to my concerns, he also explained everything he was doing and how it worked. I really appreciated that! He found a simple problem that the other company had overlooked, he then showed me the issus and explained how to fix it, and off he went to get parts:) Within an hour he had appraised the situation and fixed the problem all while being the most polite young man. Very thankful for his help and he has gained a new customer. It’s rare to find experienced, respectful, and trustworthy technicians, and tradesmen when you do, stick with them:) thanks again

    Twins Heating & Air Conditioning is one of the best contractors I have ever worked with. They, Richard and Alfred, are extremely honest, trustworthy, professional, courteous and very knowledgeable. We were in the middle of a major house remodel when they did a complete heat pump installation. They did the job quickly and left the job site cleaner than it was when they started. I retired after 45 years as an electrician and have worked with many contractors. Twins Heating & Air Conditioning is at the top of my list and I highly recommend them.

    I called Twins Heating & Air Conditioning, because another technician told me I needed repairs or replacement of my heating unit. Richard inspected my heater inside and out, checked for carbon monoxide leaks, told me the unit was fully functional and safe, and did not charge me a fee for his time.     Alfred was Amazing, my appointment was for 3 pm and he was here about 15 minutes early. He was very professional, very efficient and very friendly. He did an amazing job and now my A/C is blowing stronger and colder than ever. He replaced my A/C blower motor and cleaned the fan blades and the enclosure all at a very reasonable price.     Called another company that had decided to cease maintenance on manufactured homes, they recommended these guys. Very honest and timely in their work, they did not try and push any unnecessary costs or repairs even when I played dumb with them. Richard was very thorough and walked me through exactly what was causing my issue which was a very tiny leak. I would highly recommend these guys to anyone in need of hvac maintenance on mobile homes/manufactured homes.

    I have one AC unit that has had an endless cycle of parts replacement to get it operational. Richard found the damaged part that others overlooked, drove to Tyler to get it for me and fixed the unit. Whew!!
