We had an issue with our heating unit and TuffPaw sent a technician named Abdule out and he did an excellent job diagnosing and repairing our system. After a suggestion from him we scheduled another job with TuffPaw. If you have a heating or air conditioning need, give them a call. Youll be glad you did.

I absolutely recommend this company. The tech that came out to assist me with my heating issue was so informative and taught me a lot about my heating system. Abdule is very professional and very knowledgeable but also not tight lipped about sharing the knowledge with clients to help them preserve their A/C and Heating Systems. You can truly tell he has great character and integrity. He even sold me on the idea of using Tuff Paw for biannual maintenance for my system. I am very impressed with this company and I look forward to doing business with them in the future.

Tuffpaw Air is amazing!! Arrived at 0845 with in the 0800-1400 window. Most companies I wait for. My tech, Trace, was extremely knowledgeable, diagnosed the problem, and debriefed me to what was going on. He will send the diagnosed pictures to my warranty company for approval. Great service. Thanks to Patrick, the office manager for getting me quickly on the schedule. Great service!

Tuffpaw Air is amazing. I am so impressed with the level and efficiency of service. They were engaged through our home warranty company. They promptly scheduled an appointment, asked me a few questions to make sure they were prepared and arrived on time. They had it fixed within 20 minutes!Oh.... they are dog lovers also which makes them even better in my book.I was not asked to write this. I was just so impressed with them that I wanted to share.

TuffPawAir - kept me sain. I was working with a home shield type insurance that covers everything home appliance related - ovens, ac, washer dryer etc.. We had no central air for almost 2weeks waiting on a part(coil). Thankfully TuffPawAir diagnosed the issues correctly on the first call!! They were very truthful, kind and quick - great service men! Samual is the best!! In an industry that makes it difficult to trust people, and I can tell you horror stories, Samuel is not only very knowledgeable, he is honest. Fixed a problem with my ducting that had been there since the installation in 2006!! They will make you a customer for live too!!I have them on speed dial for all my air/heating needs.

The guy that answers the phone, I’m assuming dispatch is so nice and helpful. The technician that was working this past weekend was the same way. Abdul was our technician and again he was the same way. First American sent them and I was so pleased. Samuel and his team have been to my house a few times under home warranty and have always been very professional. When the time came for work outside of home warranty I called them. They were on time, honest and fair with pricing. I recommended them to my neighbor as well who will be needing a new AC system. I don’t do that unless I trust a company. Samuel was on time, fast, and fixed my furnace within 24 hrs. I had Tuffpaw air come to perform a routine maintenance where we found out one of the two heat packs were bad and no longer working. Samuel got the part and was back within 24 hrs to install. Problem solved!!!! My heat has never been this warm since I’ve bought my home a year ago . Would HIGHLY recommend Samuel and Tuffpaw air. I will be having them tune my A/C this spring. A+++++++

Review: Im not even sure where to start... My first experience with Tuffpaw Air was AWESOME! I made a request with Landmark (Home Warranty Co) on Monday morning and by monday afternoon, I was on Tuffpaw schedule for Tuesday. My appointment was confirmed via text for 1-3 on Tuesday. I received a phone call from Samuel (owner) at 11:15 to say that he had finished early on the appointment before me and asked if he could come early. Samuel asked me to describe what was going on and he immediately knew what to do. He determined that our capacitor wasnt working and he replaced it with one he had on the truck. Fired up right away and has been working well ever since! I highly recommend Tuffpaw and will be using them again for sure! Thank you Samuel!!
