Was originally quoted over $3,400 for work to my system by a large company in town, decided to get another quote. Called around and found Peter… very happy I did. Honest and reliable. We have had Pete out a handful of times over the last year as our original unit was failing and he was honest and fair in his pricing and assessments, even showing my husband how to do some of the repair himself should the issues arise again. Our entire system gave out for good earlier this month and we used Trust Air to replace and install a brand new inside and outside system and could not be happier with the work done. 10/10 would recommend anyone in the area give Pete a call if you have any A/C issues!

Discovered a leak from our interior unit into our garage, so we reached out to Peter after seeing all the good reviews. He came out first thing this morning and not only fixed the problem for us, but he showed me how to easily maintain it ourselves to prevent reoccurrence. Super responsive, efficient, knowledgeable, and very reasonably priced. Trust Air will definitely be our go-to from now on!

Always calls to let you know they are on the way with a time of arrival. Clean professional service at a reasonable cost. We highly recommend Trust Air.

In this day and age when technology overrides verbal communication, Pete is very personal in communicating and explaining Your heating or air conditioning problem. I run a small business and the most important thing is having people that I can depend on.

Pete is the most compassionate, considerate, and professional technician that I have met. My 78 year old mother (who lives in a rural town in Louisiana) A/C stopped working properly - some days it would be 90 degrees in the house and 100 degrees outside. I reached out to American Home Shield about the issue and they had trouble finding a technician that services my mothers rural town. Luckily, American Home Shield was able to reach Trust Air. American Home Shield explained the situation to Pete and he agreed to come and service my Mothers A/C the very same day!!!!! Due to my mother being elderly and me living in a different state, Pete showed a great deal of compassion and patience and worked with me (via phone) to coordinate the entire visit/service request. The A/C is now running great and I am so grateful to Pete for the outstanding service that he provided and the compassion that he showed during a very difficult time for my mother. I would not hesitate one moment to recommend Trust Air to anyone who needs to have their A/C serviced.

We had a heat pump installed appx. 4 1/2 yrs. ago by another company but it wasn’t cooling/heating the house. After being recommended to us, we called Pete. He came out the next day and said our duct work was in extremely bad shape. He tore out and replaced the duct work all within a day. He took pics of before and after; what a difference!! He took the time to explain everything to me and fixed a few other things at no extra charge. He was very professional and very thorough. As I’m writing this review, I’m sitting across the room from one of the air vents and can actually feel the air blowing and couldn’t be happier! Definitely recommend.

Pete is absolutely amazing! He is so knowledgeable, answered every question we had, and then some. We have owned our home for 5.5 years now and have had 2 other companys service our unit over that time frame. From the looks of it, they were not properly cleaning our unit and the last one put the wrong size capacitor in it. Weve had a freon leak for a few years now and neither company offered for us to pay for a leak seal to try and stop the leak. Neither company explained how we should actually be changing out filter monthly rather than every 3 months (like the filter claims). There were features to our unit we had no idea was there. The list just keeps going on how awesome this owner is. We plan to have Pete service our unit from this point on bi-yearly.

I called Pete because my furnace was rumbling so bad it shook the chandelier in the dining room directly underneath the unit. As a brand new customer calling on a Friday mid-morning, he told me he could see me after 1 PM and that he would call me 30 minutes before his arrival, which he did. Within minutes of his visit, he had assessed the problem. Even though he had another scheduled appointment, he told me he would pick up my parts and come back afterwards to get me taken care of, which pushed him about 30 minutes or so pass 5PM with no extra labor charge. Throughout the process, he explained everything to me even showing me the bad (and the new) parts along with explaining how everything should work. Ive lived in my renovated 1930s house for 8 years and have had a world of problems with heating and cooling issues, that have cost me - as a single mom - thousands of dollars in repairs even with a home warranty during those first couple of years. I can finally say Ive found someone I trust with handling these issues going forth. His workmanship truly lives up to his company name.
