Jace came out to fix our unit today and discover all our dampeners were shut so instead of thinking it was something larger than it was he fixed them all showed video of it fixed. He also had a second repair man come out to make sure Branden and he confirmed this also. They confirm I didn’t need freon either and were so kind and curious with me. Explaining everything they did. Also walking around showing me the air quality of each room. Great team and excellent service. They even gave me a great deal on the service also. Definitely will have them come back out if something should go wrong.

They worked great as a team, were very pleasant and had smiles on their faces, were knowledgeable and helpful regarding the new AC unit they installed, and did an excellent job of cleaning up after the job was completed. They arrived on-time and worked hard the entire day to meet our deadline of having the new AC unit installed by the end of the day. To top it off, I learned Carlos is an Eagle Scout and exemplified everything in the Scout Oath and Law! You guys need to hire more Eagle Scouts and team members like these guys - they were great! True Blue is a great company. The office staff and technicians are always very nice and helpful. Our thermostat went blank over the weekend and I called after hours. Kristi called me back within a few minutes and dispatched a technician out to us right away. When BJ arrived he asked me what was going on and headed up to the attic to find that our condensation line was clogged. He took care of that quickly and efficiently for us and got us back up and running in no time. Today Jessica called to follow up and make sure everything went smoothly. I cant say enough nice things about these people. They are amazing. If you ever need help with your A/C, True Blue is the way to go. I always recommend them.

Brandon, Eric, Kendal are the cats meow.The only word of wisdom I would give is this: try to stay away from the Goodleap finance group they use. These dudes are bad news and are a predatory lending group. Very shady. I have had to correct them on statements many times. Be very cautious of the Goodleap folks.Goodluck.

We have used True Blue Heat & Air for the last 10 yrs . The company and their team have always been outstanding in all aspects that a consumer would want from a business.Recently we upgraded our HVAC SYSTEM and meet the installation team.Carlos, Rudy and Guy worked all day on the new install. They all three meet the standards we have grown accustomed to from True Blue.We can also say they went above and beyond.After completing the 8 hour+ install , they had been gone for about two hours, they came back due to an alert ‼️ from the unit manufacturer that something wasn’t right, and worked an additional hour and a half until everything was working correctly.We were not aware anything was wrong , so we were more than impressed with their responses. True Blue Heat and Air did an AMAZING job! I had called them when my ac was making a weird noise and in the initial visit my AC decided to act normal once they showed up. BJ made sure to let me know if it started to do it again he would come back out and it would be no additional fee but went ahead and checked everything to see if he could diagnose the issue right then, unfortunately he wasn’t able to. The following day he had to come back out and was able to diagnose what was wrong with the unit. Ralph and BJ came out just a day later and got my unit up and running. Jessica was great on communicating the entire process and even did a follow up after install!!Fair pricing, great communication, and fantastic staff to make a terrible situation a little more bearable.

Our AC went out today and it was 105 degrees outside. I called around different companies and couldn’t find anyone to come out because it was a Sunday.I called True Blue Heat and Air in Caddo Mills and they immediately dispatched Dylan to my house. My system froze up twice the night of 7/26/17. After realizing that a standard thaw it out wouldnt work, I decided to give True Blue a call.At 4:30am on 7/27, I called their emergency number and Mike answered. He arrived at my house just 30 mins later and quickly diagnosed the issue. My A coil had developed a leak and was very low on refrigerant. Mike was very friendly and knowledgeable as he explained the different options. Being that its the older R22 system, it was going to cost $3k to replace the coil and recharge the system (5 ton unit).Considering the system was original and already 14 years old, I knew it made more sense to replace the system. Mike did a great job explaining why he does or doesnt recommend certain brands, but he said they could install any brand we choose. He made very clear that if a brand doesnt provide great customer service to them as a company, then he knew the customer might not have a great experience.Based on his experience as well as what I had read elsewhere, we decided to go with a Goodman 16 Seer Two Stage 5 ton Heat Pump system. Even though we chose to go a different route for financing, they had plenty of options available.Mike said they had an installation opening that afternoon to get the system installed. However, they were able to start installing by 9am!Their crew arrived promptly and was very courteous and professional. They quickly removed the old system and took care not to cause any damage to our house or belongings. The new unit arrived shortly after they diligently worked to get it installed. Once installed, they did a great job cleaning up after.From the time I first called Mike to the time they had it installed and running was only 12 hours later! New system works great and very happy with Mike, his crew, and the install!Thanks True Blue!

Today I had my fall preventative maintenance as well as my ducts cleaned. The True Blue employees were BJ, Anthony, and Zack. They let us know when they were on the way, they were punctual, and they were extremely punctual. The gentlemen were very sensitive to the fact one of my dogs like to make a break for it. Finally, they went above and beyond in both performance and customer care. I absolutely would recommend this organization if you are in need of heating & cooling solutions.

JT, Carlos, and BJ came out to our house today for an all day job. We needed both of our outdoor and both of our indoor units replaced. I was told it would be an intrusive installation process, and since I work from home I took the day off work. They were as minimally invasive as possible, especially for a job of this size. I probably could have worked from home today and wouldnt have had any issues.It was never excessively loud. Great communication throughout. They did a fantastic job, and I highly recommend them!

Last week on a service agreement. True blue found out old hvac unit had multiple Issues including Freon leak hard start and capacitor failure and disconnect box that didn’t work. It required a complete new system after listening to service rep Erik and Ralph, we decided to replace the unit. We checked with two other companies for estimates which required a service call. We found their pricing to be fair. All within a 1000.00 of each other. True blue offers a very good warranty compared to the other companies and stands behind their workmanship and that was important to us. Within a few days. They came to the house to do the workRalph, Anthony, Carlos, Noah and Manuel came on time. They Brought floor coverings to protect and started the work. Within 4 hours, they had disassembled the old air handler in the attic and removed it a piece at a time through the attic stairs and brought the new unit up the same way and reassembled. Replaced plenums and set up the new Heat pump outside with all new connections. Surge protectors. Etc. The next day we noticed a surging on the fan speed and they returned diagnosed and implemented a plan to correct it. Although replacing a system is expensive , I can say with certainty that we made the best choice in using TRUE BLUE Heat and air. They offer financing. They were professional kind and knowledgeable and a pleasure to be around. Thank you True Blue for your service.

Not only do they go out of the way to make sure every job is done right, they make sure customers are kept in the know. James was, and has been, an outstanding technician. Very personable and knowledged. Most companies these days only care about how much they can make off the customer, no matter how many trips it takes. True Blue will get it done right the first time AND keep in contact with you to make sure you are pleased and aware. I love this company and will ONLY use them for all HVAC needs. They diagnosed the problem and advised electrical breaker to be replaced and, if needed, call them back. Well pleased with service tech. Kendall returned my call after hours to confirm that repair was needed not many businesses will do that. Jace came out and verified an electrical connection at service block first needed repair before checking to see what other work would be needed. Ralph came out with Jace at later time to assist replacing cutoff and finding low refrigerant. Both techs and Kendall were very helpful and made followup call.

I can not say enough about how courteous they are while making repairs and always trying to clean up if they make any mess here. True Blue has the absolute best customer service and does a great job. I called to make an appointment and they sent text reminders, sent me a text with a picture of the technician and that he was on his way. Ralph arrived and immediately found and repaired our problem. Ralph even cleaned everything up and made it look like new again. I would highly recommend True Blue for all of you a/c needs. Thank you True Blue!!

Had some problem with thermostat, Ralph took time to explain the problem to me, was very soft spoken and resolve problem Quickly Also cleaned up after work.
