Terry came to my place in NW austin today and help clear a drain line clog. It’s an issue that I’ve been dealing with for months that caused my AC to leak. After his technician couldn’t resolve it, he came out himself and provided a warranty for his work. He takes a lot of pride in what he does as a small business owner which I admire. I’ll be using Tru Air for the foreseeable future as long as Terry is at the helm.
