Today Jerry Martinez and a crew of HVAC technicians came to install a new blower wheel, install a new A/C outside unit, blow in new attic insulation, they placed a cement pad and anchored the new unit. All work was done in a timely manner with noticeable expertise. Jerry was very nice and friendly; as were all the techs assisting. These guys and Triple A office personnel are the real deal. Consider me a very satisfied customer 👍

Triple A did well dealing with a couple of hiccups. The unit arrived at the warehouse with a minor scratch/dent so they sent an upgraded unit for no extra charge. But it was obviously too tall for the space. So they gave me a choice of taking the damaged unit with a $300 credit or wait 2 days for another unit to arrive. I drove 20 minutes to the warehouse and looked it over. It seemed cosmetic only and on a side that would not be visible once installed. So I accepted the unit with the discount.My utility closet is too small for for the new more efficient units and required extra work to make it fit. That turned an expected 1 day job into 2. Then the thermostat was defective extending it to several hours on the third day.Mike was very professional and friendly installing on the first 2 days despite the job being much bigger than expected. He and his partner seemed very knowledgeable and answered all questions. Albert installed the replacement thermostat on the third morning. He was also professional and friendly and walked me through the wi-fi setup.The weather was upper 60s so 1 night without HVAC was not a problem. I was very satisfied with their customer service, especially considering the unexpected issues.

He also talked to me in a manner that I could understand. Awesome job! I have given AAA Air Conditioning 5 Stars because of their Professionalism, promptness, thoroughness, and exceptional execution!My home Air Conditioning was dead in the water!!!!My condensing unit fan stopped working!AAA A/C came out to look at my system and immediately identified the problem and corrected it!However, they had a bit of bad news to go along with it.The condensing unit I had was outdated and would need a new system once the R22 ran out!!So the tech asked if I would like a Comfort Advisor to come out and look at my home it was free, and discuss my concerns!I agreed!I must say I was not disappointed!Mr Henry the Comfort Advisor, made a visit to my home to inquire about the issue I was having! Two of my rooms were always warmer than the rest of the house! He enlightened me about why I was experiencing the problems.Once we identified why cool air was not cooling all spaces in my home, we commenced to making plans to correct the issues!Henry walked me thru the options that were available!We worked out a plan and he was able to get his great team of technicians to install the new home A/C unit, Air handler and air ducts in one day!Wow Amazing!So, I want to give a Big” Bravo Zulu”To Sam, the Technician who walk me through each step of what was going to take place!And Josh who who installed the air ducts, and filled my attic with the Pink Panther insulation stuff!They arrived at 0800 and commenced to executing the planned Mr Henry and I agreed upon!They worked and maintained a state of cleanliness along the way!What I loved about this Company was they wanted to first understand what challenges I was experiencing! Took time to explain their work and answered questions we had. Both were very polite and considerate - wore covers over shoes and put down mats were they were working and at the door. The folks at AAA wanted to relocate some existing ducting to enhance total airflow within my home. Took about 2 hours. Since they left, it appears that airflow exiting the ducts has, in fact, increased. Thats a good thing! I’ve never had to call a company to service my A/C before, it’s always been family that helped if I ever needed someone to take a look at it. After calling around and getting a quote for someone to just diagnose the issue with my A/C I decided on Triple A. The installation team was very friendly, gave us a complete run down of what was done and how long it was go8ng to take to remove and replace the handler and condensor. They made sure to protect the carpeted area where they worked and made sure they left the area as clean as it was before they arrived. We had a new inside and outside unit replaced by AAA about 2 months ago. They were quick to get here originally and installation was great. We went out of town for a week and got back to a hot house and our AC not cooling. I called them on a Friday morning at 8:01am and asked if they could send someone out. They originally told me they couldn’t until the following day (Saturday) We had just spent $$$$$ on a new unit and we were not thrilled by that response, so after my husband called as well, they sent a technician out at 4:45pm. He diagnosed it immediately but said that he couldn’t fix it until Monday because the parts warehouse was closed. Understandably I was upset as this should not have happened with a new unit, especially when our old one was 10 years old and never had an issue. I have a 1yr old and 3yr old at home with me and a hot house all weekend was not going to be okay. My husband then received a call around 7pm saying they had the part and would be out first thing in the morning to install. Sure enough, Mike was here at 9am and got it fixed. We have had several different technicians at the house during all these times and every single one was very nice and professional. I do appreciate the prompt response on this repair & would call them again for any issues, but hopefully we won’t have to.

Our technician today was Daitchoin. He was EXCELLENT! We called Triple A this morning and he was out here this afternoon. We have tried for over a year to get someone out here to resolve our AC issues and we got 5 different answers and none of them worked. He was at my house for 10 minutes and the AC was running. For your HVAC issues call Triple A and ask for Daitchoin!
