AAA was the second call I made and once I spoke with Amber I didnt need to make a 3rd call. She was very pleasant and knowledgeable and set my appointment for the same day. JJ and Justin showed up an hour later, explained why it happened then gave me a very reasonable quote. Made sure to let me know to turn off my hot water recirculation system so I wouldnt have a problem with it later and then got to work. They were thorough polite and made sure everything was in working order prior to thanking me and heading out. I asked questions that I knew the answer to and JJ not only answered correctly by explained why. I will be very comfortable recommending them to anyone

I would HIGHLY recommend Triple A AC! I had another company come to clean my dryer air ducts, but I kept getting an error message from my dryer. I called Triple A AC and Felix came out right away. He was professional, knowledgable and extremely helpful. He spent the time to explain to me what he found and then what he recommended. The other company had NOT cleaned the ducts as they had claimed. Felix was able to schedule the much needed work for the very next day! The crew that came to perform the work were also knowledgable and pleasant. Again, I would recommend Triple A AC and Felix to anyone needing this kind of work done. I know that I will call them for any other needs.

JJ and Justin were amazing! I reached out after hours with an emergency and they quickly responded and arrived. JJ was very knowledgeable. He explained the problem, repaired it and waited 30 minutes after the repair to make sure everything was ok. Friendly and professional. We highly recommend them.

We called a company that came out and told us we needed to replace a part; but did not have the part at the moment. The tech told us that they needed to contact their team around the area, but would be in touch and have someone come back out today. We never heard back and had to call multiple times, with no update.We then called Triple A AC. Dustin was super helpful and got Jerry (tech) out within an hour. Come to found out, we didnt even really need to replace the part! It was another issue with the HVAC system! Definitely going to call Triple A AC from now on!

Amazing service, response time, and communication! I discovered this company as they are an official contractor for our AC system Lennox. I called to inquire about our project with Teri and Amber at the office. Treycalled and set up and evaluated our system quickly and efficiently and retrieved parts while Trey and Kodi worked to have our system running smoothly. ALL of this in less than 24 hours. The cost was also less than the initial quote we received from another company. Highly recommend this company and team!

Our heater stopped working in the middle of the night during a freeze. I went online and request requested an appointment with Triple A for later that day. First thing business hours they reached out and had somebody in our house working on the issue right away. Jace arrived and helped troubleshoot the issue, took the time to explain it to us and had it fixed quickly. They were very professional, helped explain how our new filter would work and how to maintenance it. I’m very thankful I moved forward with Felix Tijerina or should I say Big Comfort. He took the time to truly evaluate my home . I had no clue my ductwork did not match my size air conditioner. None of the other air conditioning companies cared to crawl around my attic to look at the overall picture.My home feels amazing, the installers treated my home with respect and Felix even came by to show them where I wanted the new return and put on my thermostat. Felix was amazing!! He came over to give us an estimate and once he was through he came back after 5 when my wife was home to explain what was needed again. He was patient when she was asking questions, which is one of the reasons we decided to purchase from Triple A Air. He stayed in contact with us while setting up the installation and even is coming back to explain and help set up the app. The owner even stopped by to bring parts the day of installation which shows this is truly a family oriented business. This is our first time using Triple A, AC Heating & Plumbing - Flower Mound and we are extremely pleased with the service they provided replacing our larger original HVAC unit that unexpectedly stopped working. They were quick to come out and evaluate our old system and quote us a new system. We truly appreciated Felix the Field Supervisor, who was amazing and took the time to explain the work needed and the options for the right system and best fit. He listen to our concerns and answered all our questions, we weren’t just another number. His three man crew that installed our unit was timely, efficient and knowledgeable. They were considerate of our home while working and left the house spotless. From our first call late Wednesday afternoon until total install and cooled down by Friday 2pm. I highly recommend Triple A! I have been with them for so many years and they are always wonderful to work with. The techs are knowledgeable and honest. When it finally was time to replace my 20 year old HVAC units, I did not hesitate to go through Triple A. Eddie and the entire crew were fantastic. They completed the new install of both units in about 3 hours! They cleaned up after themselves as if they had never been here. I ended up having an issue with one of the new thermostats, and they promptly came out to replace it. This is an amazing company, customer service and communication are top notch! I called them late afternoon in the day when my AC had warm air out, during hot summer, they still tried their best to schedule me in on the same day. Their communication system was very up to date, immediately sent me the picture of the coming technician. The technician arrived in 30 min, worked very efficiently, he found out the issue very quickly, presented to us the solution, after he replaced the part of AC, he took the extra mile to water the AC unit to cool it down so it can perform back up. The technician is very friendly and experienced. We definitely will use them again.

Then they come back to ensure everything is working well! Ive replaced many ac units in my lifetime ans never had this type of service. Jace and DJ came to make sure everything was great nd took extra time helping me get the app loaded and walked me through setting up the wifi thermostat. They also serviced my.other unit on the same day that happened to need a clog repaired. Hands down best ac company put there. And they had they had the best prices on top of it. 5 stars all around!

Daniel came out and was professional and through. He left me feeling good about my decision to contact this company and will continue to contact them for my future HVAC needs.Later that day, my heat stopped working and started blowing cold air. I was also getting an error message on my thermostat. Though they werent able to resolve it right away as it was the weekend, Monday morning came around, and Daniel showed up again first thing to troubleshoot. They had to order some parts and he came back the next day. He replaced my board and ignitor quickly, and within minutes, my heat was working again. Its hard to find a business like this these days. I really appreciate everything they do and will continue to contact them for all my HVAC needs!

I was notified prior to his dispatch via text with his picture and his arrival was within the time frame given. He was very nice, polite, confident and was able to solve my heating issues promptly and in my opinion, the cost of the service call was reasonable for what needed to be done. Having an aging Ac unit, it’s nice to know a good trust worthy company that I can call upon.

We had a rough patch with some damage done at the AC install process. But the business owner, as soon as we notified him, made it right. In a time where quality customer service is practically non-existent in so many industries, it is clear AAA values their clients. We had a full AC install and they sent James Baldanza to do the two week follow-up Q/A visit. He corrected the install of the Air Scrubber and installed our Honeywell control panel. He is a great tech and a great person and I hope he does any service check ups we may need in the future. I completely recommend AAA. I think the owners of this company are honest and committed to their clients.

If you need AC repairs or a new system, Triple A is the only call you need to make. Techs are knowledgeable, friendly and prompt (both Daniel and Ryan came out). After a couple of repairs, our 21 year old system was finally on its last leg. Triple A sent out Chris from sales on a Saturday to give us replacement options. Our new system was installed the following Wednesday. Install is very well done, clean and neat, no mess left behind. They were done and gone in about 4 hours. Great financing options too.

My maintenance appointment was scheduled for between 0800 hrs and 1000 hrs. Jerry and Kendrick arrived at 0820 hrs went right to work . I have two HVAC units in the attic .The new unit installed in the summer of 2022 and one that was in the home , when we purchased it ! Kendrick had preformed my previous maintenance on my new HVac unit . Upon inspection of the older unit, Jerry recommended a pull and clean of fan/blower and replacing the ignitor coil. They informed me of the cost to conduct this work to which I authorized . Jerry and Kendrick again went right to work .During the whole time, they were in our home, they could not have been more professional, respectful ,personable and engaging with my wife and myself!I would recommend Jerry and Kendrick as technicians for any of your HVAC projects or maintenance services!

I work in hospitality and almost never expereince the level of service I give in other industries. Triple A and Daniel Penn have made this by far the best experince I have ever had with a company including commerical services.I called them on a Friday afternoon when our AC had stopped working the previous day and they were able to get out to assess the issue within a few hours as they had a cancellation. Price to diagnose was fair, and our tech Daniel was superb. He delivered the bad news that the compressor was bad and jsut ut of warranty and gave options without at all trying to oversell. Since they were not able to get it up right away and would have to speak to the parts warehouse (on saturday) Daniel showed genuine concern and interest offering to help install the old window units we happened to have in the garage. We were told it might be until Wednesday before they could install - but sure enough monday morning they called stating they could get out the same day! It took less than 4 days, including weekends, from our unit going out to a full replacement. They have the best customer service, I would HIGHLY recommend Triple A and they will always be on my call list anytime we have an issue.
