    Trinity performed an inspection on an investment property I purchased recently and they were very thorough. Of course, one of the HVAC units didnā€™t work properly almost immediately after closing and the tenants were roasting.     Saul is extremely detailed oriented. He can be trusted to fix any AC issue and new install. I recently had an imbalance issue at one of my rentals and Saul re-did the ductwork to address this issue. Now the airflow to each room is much more balanced and the tenants are much happier.

    I highly recommend calling Saul at Trinity Heating & Air Conditioning.My A/C had water dripping from the air handler. I called another company based on their high google review ratings. They showed up and after a few system tests told me it would be a waste of money to try and repair anything and I would need a whole new unit. Had to pay them $89 for a service call and in return they sent me an invoice for a new system for $8,000.Luckily, my neighbor told me about Saul. I called Saul midday and he said he was finishing up another job and could be over in an hour. He showed up and ran his tests. He was extremely transparent and informative about the process. He told me the coils needed to be cleaned. It was late in the day, so I expected him to schedule something for another day, but he wanted to get me fixed up right away. Over the next couple hours he cleaned my entire system indoor and outdoor. The leak was fixed and my A/C unit is running better than it ever has. And his price for everything he did was amazing!Saul also gave me advice on how to best maintain the system in the future. I have found my new HVAC company, and Iā€™m sure youā€™ll feel the same.     My AC unit was in need of some Servicing and I was Referred to a gentleman named Saul. He was very thorough with his process of checking the both the inside and outside of the unit and informed me of what was good and what needed to be resolved. After a couple of hours of deliberating, the decision to replace the motor on the outside sooner than later was best and in less Than a hour, the problem was resolved. He did a very good job with working neatly and in order and giving instruction to lengthen the life of my AC.

Being that itā€™s my first home, thereā€™s a lot I donā€™t know about the upkeep and the thought of dealing with home repairs is a nightmare. My AC happened to fail at the worst time possible.     Saul and his team were incredible. Extremely professional and hard-working. I dont think they took a break all day to ensure that they could get my units swapped out and properly installed in the same day. They replaced my outdoor and indoor units and ran some new ducts to replace some of my damaged existing ducts. Saul treats his work like an artist. He was meticulous and made sure to arrange all wires and pipes in an efficient and aesthetically pleasing way. He even came back a few days later to check up on us to make sure the sound was minimal and the cooling was efficient. Trinity went above and beyond to make sure their work was superior to any other HVAC company. Other companies quoted me at 2x-3x the price and were hard-sale type of people. Trinity was polite, patient, understood that we wanted to price shop, and delivered a quality and price beyond our expectations. You know the saying, You can have quality and quick but itll wont be cheap, well Trinity delivered quick and quality and very reasonably priced. I strongly recommend calling them first because every other quote will seem like a joke and a scam. Im calling them back to do my insulation as well.

    Want to write this review because I believe in giving credit when itā€™s due. Really happy with the service Saul was able to provide. This is actually my second time dealing with Trinity. About a year ago he came out and fixed our heater. Come to find out the last guy that came to fix our A/c had rewired and rigged our system to where he fixed the A/c but cut off the heater from working. After he rewired it everything was back to normal. This time it felt like the A/c wasnā€™t working to its full potential. Thought it was going to be something costly but after examining it, all that was needed was to recharge it . He also went head and cleaned out the vents. What I really appreciate the most was that it was a late last minute call and Saul was able to come in pretty fast and take care of the problem. Real professional and honest will call Trinity again no doubt!!!! Thanks to you Saul we where able to sleep in comfortably!!!

    We had an emergency during weekend. Our AC stopped cooling. Saul came on Saturday evening, identified the problem and fixed it. He validated the AC started working and did an ā€œextra mileā€ to test the efficiency.     Update 2023: Its been three years since Saul has been doing routine maintenance on our A/C unit. We still enthusiastically maintain our five star rating of his work. Since his first service call, Saul has also replaced all our A/C ducts, identified modifications to the duct work that has improved air flow, fixed a blown capacitor (amazingly quickly during the busiest and hottest part of the summer), and most recently replaced our entire HVAC system. Our old system was at least five years past its estimated life and still going strong which I attribute to Sauls exceptional maintenance visits. Every single time, he was highly transparent about the work being done, why it was being done, and the options available to us. From the smallest to largest job, his work has always been high quality. He has customer for life.We had Saul come over for a yearly check-up of both our heating and A/C systems. The voice mail we left was returned quickly and he was very accommodating in setting the appointment. He showed up right on time, was very conscientious about keeping our floors clean by putting on and taking off shoe protectors every time he left and came into the house.He was very thorough and took his time to explain to us everything he did and why, while referencing the manufacturers recommended specs and how our systems measurements compared. He didnt try to sell us any repairs and let us make our own decision based on the information he collected from the system, providing his expert opinion when we asked. He showed us in detail how our system worked and explained how to keep it performing at top efficiency. We learned so much and he really did seem to enjoy sharing his knowledge.When he was done, he immediately emailed us a report of all the measurements he took and made sure it was received before he left. The data geek in me was very impressed that he planned to use these measurements for comparison the next time he came for the yearly check-up to see how the systems health was faring. Pricing was very fair, especially for the outstanding service he provided. We would absolutely keep using Saul and his company to maintain our system and highly recommend his services.

    Saul and his team did a great job improving the airflow to two rooms in our house that were not cooling as well as the rest of the house. This was a great solution for me and less expensive than another recommendation to replace all the ductwork.     The AC went out late Friday night. I tried several 24 hour services but Trinity was the only on that answered. They got me an appointment for 9 am the next day. I could have made it sooner but didnt want to disturb the neighbors so late at night.Saul came over on time and found the problem within 15 min. He had the replacement part in his truck and my AC was working within 20 min.I highly recommend them and I will definitely use them for any AC or heating needs.

    30+ days of 100Ā° weather took a toll on our condenser. I called Trinity after hours but returned my call by 830 the next morning. They were at my house within an hour and after a thorough check found the issue and fixed it. By 10 am, my house was cooling. Great response, quality service and no up selling. A+++

    The AC went out on my sonā€™s rental homeā€¦the one he JUST moved in to. On a Friday. In 103 degree weather. And itā€™s 96 degrees in the house and the owner cannot be contacted!!! REALLY?! Being new to the Austin area, we had to find a REPUTABLE and RELIABLE HVAC service to come out on a Friday night and hopefully get this thing repaired! Trinity Heating and Air Conditioning to the rescueā€”Saul was the MAN! He made it out within hours and explained the process and repairs as well as the costs before he did the work. Saul was patient, knowledgeable and efficient and he saved the day for us! The costs were VERY reasonable and warrantied. Thank goodness we now have someone to rely on for the repair and maintenance of the house heating and cooling system.     So I am back to see how Saul is doing. I am visiting again my daughter but now my grandson is now four and just went somewhere in Austin to see his favorite tv character BLIPPI last night with his dad. I wrote a review about Saul over three years ago and now I am saying that cream rises to the top. I am 79 and rapidly closing in on 80 and when I say an expression like that(a good expression) I fail to realize my listening audience probably never heard that before. Another expression is it looks like it was done by a shoemaker. Not a good expression but it really means that somebody tried but never got the job done right. Now can you even find a shoemaker to put on a pair of heels or new soles?Anyway In a few hours, or maybe Monday since it is Saturday and very early I will be calling this young man to tell him about my NEW 1 year old grandaughter and catch up on MAYBE his famiy has grown. And also to talk about the shoemaker that installed a mini split on a remodel for my daughter and can not be found. Such is unreliable subcontractors. Not Saul because when he says he will be there he is. Maybe 10 minutes late like 3 plus years ago(he had to help his mother). The guy only knows the truth and a good practising Catholic I might add. That is where the trinity comes from, a belief in God. I must also ask him about Israel who was not with him then. I am sure that he needed an extra set of hands because he does good quality work and is afforable.BETER CALL SAUL.

    Itā€™s a good thing I waited until I got home from a birthday lunch before I called, or they would have beaten me home! I fully expected to have to swelter for hours or even days, but they were there in 20 minutes! In less than two hours, they had thoroughly checked everything, found the problems in both units (explaining what they were doing and why every step of the way), replaced the necessary part to get one unit running smoothly and cooling the house back down, cleaned up and put things back together, and explained some possible options for the other (very old) unit. Once he sends quotes for those, weā€™ll decide what to do and proceed with that, but meanwhile we are no longer melting! Yay Saul!
