    My technicians name was Thomas,Thanks to his knowledge & experience we were able to solve a few issues with our very elaborate variable speed air unit(Bosch).Thomas listened to my concerns,He explained how things work and how things don’t work and was able to educate me during the process as he changed and modified a few things.At any time during his visit was I uncomfortable nor did he try to just collect his service call and leave.He took his time to perfect his craft and for that I am thankful.

    Having issues again with a previous installed Lenox unit. House was not cooling. Thomas came out same day told us what was wrong and after having so many issues with a proprietary unit we decided to replace. The price was very good. Work was done very professional. Cleaned up the mess the last company made. They were even able to come out and install before planned. Everyone was very nice and professional. I am so glad we chose Travmar Air Conditioning.

    I recently used Travmar Air Conditioning and Heating to dismantle an old A/C system and furnace in an older home and to subsequently install a new system. From the initial quote, which was easy and not aggressive, to the final installation; Travmar Air Conditioning and Heating was exceptional. They kept me updated regarding the installation date and time and any minor modifications that needed to be made and were extremely thorough.     First experience with Travmar was 05/2018 we had contracted a company to do roof installation. And they cut the 220 electrical for A/C while doing the demolition we had no A/C for the holiday. Needless to say it was very hot 100 + called several companys & none would come until Tuesday or Wednesday.The accident happened on Friday. Wife was upset our children and grandchild were very uncomfortable and I was just mad. And we were all sweating profusely.I called Travmar( Travis Pawlick )he said he was with his family at the lake but he could be there Saturday. And he was completed repair in a few hours and was very reasonable with the price ( good thing the roofer was going to pay for it). We should have given him the excellent rating then just for coming out on the holiday. Since then he has done several complete A/C units for us Residential and commercial. Very professional jobs completed on time and goes above and beyond in explaining job to our tenants and us.Thank you

    Big thanks to Thomas - always professional and responsive. Had been working with him on our home unit when the heat went out on a rooftop unit at a small commercial building we own. My regular commercial contractor switched out certain motors - still wouldnt fire - and diagnosed heat exchanger likely rusted out or board is gone - not cost efficient to fix old unit - must replace unit. I asked Thomas to just take a quick look (on a commercial roof mind you in rain) and first thing he does is text me a pic of the new motor that was just installed - incorrect voltage. The wrong motor was installed - and this was from my commercial contractor who should know these rooftop units backwards and forwards! Correct voltage motor installed - runs like a champ. Thomas pays attention to the details - and does it without fanfare. Solid.
