Grant & Jacob are extremely professional and Knowledgeable! We had an issue with our AC and they came right away, and within minutes found the problem. We called them for a 2nd time to help us add a duct in the master bedroom that was getting hot and they knocked it out quick, cleaned up any messes and they were also reasonable. Wont use anyone else!

Honest and dependable. Definitely a 5 star company!! This 3 generation family owned business came out and fixed our old units in 100 degree temps when other companies said they were not repairable and needed to be replaced. After a year and the freeze we decided to bite the bullet and replace our units before the next 110 degree days start. The price we were quoted for all 3 units was only a few thousand over the quote for 1 unit with a large AC company here in New Braunfels. I can not say enough about how pleased I am with the work that was done installing our new units. Grant and his team showed up on time and work through the rain to make sure that our units were put in in a timely manner. I highly recommend them and have amd will continue to referred them to other family members and friends. Thank you again for taking care of us. They are truly a class act.

The unscrupulous contractor was Cowboys Air Conditioning and Heating. Stay away from these shysters!

Ive had many AC companies come out to my house and not one ever educated me on how an AC should run, or what to look out for. Total Home Heating & Air was the total opposite! Grant came out and really educated us about HVAC units and he was very polite, professional and patient with all our questions. They will be my go to AC company going forward! My new AC is amazing! It cools the house down quick and I dont need to lower the temp as much as I used to. Im saving on my energy bill! I highly recommend this company!

The best HVAC company you’ve never heard of! I had a scheduled service with them and due to unforeseen circumstances, I was unable to be present. I informed them I wouldn’t be there, and did not want to reschedule and I’d leave a key. The feller that arrived, made it a point to give his name and personal cell on my doorbell camera. He fixed the problem and again made it a point to tell the camera he was done and to holler if there was any problems. Definitely will recommend and use again!
