Oscar came out and took his time evaluating my issues, worked up a quote for several different options, and handled himself in a professional manner. The air conditioning unit died right before we arrived to house sit for our son. Our son contacted Total Air Masters before leaving. We needn’t have worried about the situation. Total Air Master’s was an excellent choice. Our experience with them follows:We received a call notifying us that they were departing and would be at the house within the hour. They arrived within the time frame promised, preparing the work area with tarps to protect the floors. The work crew were very pleasant, professional, and focused. They worked throughout the day to replace the interior and exterior units meeting their estimated completion time of 8 hours. They removed all of the old equipment, cleaned the work area thoroughly and tested the system to be sure it worked properly. They texted pictures of the completed work to our son as well.We highly recommend this company for their quality of work and professionalism. Thank you so much!Steven and Anne Johnson

I have used TAM for several years. And every time I am so pleased by their services. When I started having trouble with the AC unit this past time, Oscar and his team quickly diagnosed the problem and resolved the issues promptly. They even went above and beyond my expectations to bring over a temporary unit while we waited for the parts to arrive. They even worked late to finish the job. Oscar came out to evaluate the system and determined the fan motor in the furnace needed to be replaced. We decided to go ahead and move forward and place the order for the part. Oscar did a great job after the part arrived installing it and getting us back up and running. He was professional, knowledgeable and courteous. The only negative was how long the part took to come in but that wasnt necessarily their fault. I cant really speak to pricing because our AC unit is a high-end unit so the parts are naturally more expensive. Overall it was a great experience and I will definitely call them again if any repairs come up. I would also recommend them to anyone asking for recommendation.

Prices are great and the services was even better! My upstairs unit quit cooling and they were able to send Oscar to my home the same day. Due to the unit being frozen. He recommended leaving it off for 24 hours and came back the next day to service. He was on time and called to let me know when he would arrive. We called TAM for an A/C tune up before summer sat in with the bad heat. We had several bad experiences with other A/C companies and was very apprehensive in calling anyone but had to weigh the bad on both sides and we were not interested in being without air 1 day. So, I called and Oscar scheduled an appointment and came out as planned. He reviewed the unit, upstairs and out and came up with a plan. He explained the only warranty would be what he did and if we did not have warranty on the compressor there was nothing they he could do, one of those warranty companies had installed the current unit and we could find no warranty being registered. So, we asked Oscar to work up a price for a new unit as well as new duct work as last year the company messed up everything and we were paying for our attic to be cooled. We were quite concerned what this price was going to be as we are both retired. Wow what an amazement to both of us! It was a very reasonable price and a guarantee we could not pass up, like lifetime! The following week end TAM and the whole crew were here and now 2 weeks later we are sitting in a very comfortable house. Oscar took care of our humidity issue, unit running non stop, and a consistent cooooool! We recommend and trust all that TAM and Oscar recommend!

I reached out to a few ac repair businesses late in the day and Oscar with TAM AC was the first and most professional that reached out to me. Oscar showed up and was friendly, professional, and helped to educate me on what type of system would be best to replace my current system. Even in a pinch, like no AC during May in TX, I still test and verify. I saw 3 other AC companies that day and no one matched him on price or completeness of his quote.When his guys showed up the next day, we did some paper work all right there on his iPad and they started the installation within a hour, and by the end of the day my family was all sleeping in their own rooms again and I had piece of mind that with yearly maintenance from Oscar I would have worry free AC for the next 10 years.***UPDATE*** 6/20/2022As it happens in TX the condenser in the AC needed to be replaced. The system stopped working around 3AM. I called Oscar at 745 am, by 845 my AC was back up and running and cooling the house. Thanks Oscar for your prompt service.

Professional installation is the key for exceptional AC performance and TAM delivers. In 2022 TAM replaced an old AC unit along with the duct work in my League City rent house. Yes, League City! I scheduled appointment with TAM as I knew they are a certified Amana/Goodman warranty repair outfit and was hopeful that what needed repair was in fact under warranty. Thank goodness for Amanas best in class warranty for HVAC, it was. TAM acquired part at massive Goodman plant on US290 the next morning, and installed that afternoon. Very happy with Tim/TAM and Amana/Goodman!

With 2 young kids it was impossible to wait that long. But Oscar saved us. He was very professional and said he can come in next 20 minutes to see whats the issue. Price is reasonable. He fixed the A/C Unit in an hour and we are back to business. I highly recommend TAM company.

After realizing something was wrong with my furnace, I call and I was able to get service the same day while other companies wanted to make me wait 2-3 days. A complete analysis was done and several problems were found. These issues where logically explained to me and I was given options to consider for the repair. Subfreezing temperature were expects the next night so since my furnace was not working they deployed a crew to my home and had a new furnace installed before nightfall. They even repaired some of the duck works as well. I was very happy with the price they offered. The service was EXCELLENT.

The Appliance Man is definitely the place to call whenever youre having AC troubles. My AC went out in the middle of the hot summer, and it was torturous. I couldnt stay home from work to wait for someone to come by and fix my unit, but I also couldnt stand to be another minute in Houstons hot and humid summer without a working AC unit in my house. I was able to call the Appliance Man, and they were able to stop by and look at my outdoor unit while I was at the office. They said they wanted to take a look at it to see if they could start the work while I was working to ensure they would have all the parts and minimize my wait time (aka time without air conditioning). Turns out, my unit needed minor repairs (thank goodness!), so my home was cool by the time I arrived home from the office. I truly appreciate The Appliance Man for providing such exceptional customer service! Thank you!

If I do use any business, I expect that it will probably be these guys for their sincere interest and professional approach and skills.
