Keith was extremely knowledgeable and professional and I will definitely recommend him from now on. He stayed over 2 hours waiting for our unit to thaw as well as cleaning up leaves and hosing everything down. I’ve never experienced this type of service with anyone who was willing to go the lengths Keith did. Not to mention this was the afternoon on the 4th of July. I will never use anyone else.

I own my own property management company and Total A/C is always my first call! The owner, Keith, is always prompt in responding, scheduling service, and getting everything back up and working. The hours are posted as 24/7, and they mean it. Keith will work from sun up to sun down, and then some to get you taken care of. I had a small issue a few weeks ago when Keith was out of town. He offered to contact another service technician for me since he wouldnt be able to take care of it till Monday (a day and a half later). His desire to take care of his clients, whether he would be the one being paid or not, is hard to find anywhere else. I strongly recommend Total A/C for any and all of your HVAC needs!
