I recently had Titan install a new AC unit in my home and I couldnt be more pleased! The technicians were professional, punctual, and clearly explained every step of the process. They were very careful with my property and cleaned up thoroughly after the installation. The new system is running perfectly and has significantly improved the comfort level in my house. I highly recommend this company to anyone looking for reliable HVAC service. Attached are some of the Before and After photos.

Agustin Salas, owner of Titan Air, is the most professional, honest, & dependable a/c provider I have ever met. He replaced our damper motors, & upgraded our entire a/c system. He was HONEST, & VERY RELIABLE when troubleshooting our a/c system. He is very knowledgeable, & ALWAYS made time to drive to our house, FOR FREE, if we had any concerns, or questions. We will CONTINUE to use Titan Air, & I would RECOMMEND them 100% with ANY a/c concerns/problems.

Mr. Augustin Salas went above and beyond to fix our HVAC system. A very big name company sent their AC tech and he misdiagnosed our problem. Agustin diagnosed the problem accurately and was able to order the needed part and has our furnace running just in time for the second winter freeze here in Richmond. We highly recommend him. He is true to his word, very professional and his services are reasonably priced.

I have known Agustin for years and he has always done a great job not only servicing my A/C systems, but also taking the time to explain very clearly what the problem is and what it would take to fix it.Last year he came out after another company misdiagnosed our A/C system problem and overpressurized it with too much freon, assuming that it just needed freon. However, it was still not cooling correctly after the freon was added - the other company just blamed it on it being an older A/C system. Agustin went into the system and found some insulation had fallen down within the intake and was blocking airflow into the blower - he removed the blockage, put the correct amount of freon into the system and it started working properly again! He is very thorough and methodical, and thats why he could fix the system when the other HVAC tech couldnt.I trust Agustin and his team as they have always taken good care of me and my family in the past, and I will not use any other company for my HVAC needs. I highly recommend this company!

Augustin made the trek out to Sienna to check out our units. We thought it was going to be routine maintenance since the units are still relatively new, but it turned out that we had a couple of parts on their way out. Thankfully, he had the parts on-hand and was able to service everything in one trip. After assessing the units, he walked through what was wrong using either pictures of the part or the actual part itself with clear explanations. He also gave options and quotes for potential future maintenance.

I’ve been operating the two units now for a few months and have had no issues. They provided me several options for possible replacements, kept me informed thru the whole process and followed up with me recently to make sure all is working as expected. These guys are my go to for all HVAC needs!

When I tell you that Augustine of Titan Air Conditioning & Heating is a lifesaver, oooh wee! My tenant had been without ac for days(in Sugarland)and I couldnt find anyone. What made this more difficult, is that I live out of state and its late Sunday night. Not only did Augustine come out and troubleshoot the problem, but he made time to do all necessary repairs in a timely manner. Such a genuine person as person. Its very difficult to find a contractor you can trust to do the job, especially long distance. I now have myself a HVAC GUY!AWESOME WORK!!!
