    Thumbs up is the first company I have paid for regular maintenance checks that actually contacted me to perform a checkup. I didn’t have to chase them. Previously their response on an older system I owned earned them the chance to install a complete new heat pump for me. I am absolutely pleased with their service and support and the new system. Rusty and Richard are exceptional professionals, Richard is the business manager, he is very good at follow ups, follow throughs and answering the tough questions when it’s time to install new AC units. Rusty is very experienced HVAC technician, a gray guy easy to talk to and Rusty has a great way of explaining what’s wrong with your HVAC system, how he can fix that system to everyone’s satisfaction. Rusty has always been on time or he calls when delayed and another appointment. Thumbs Up is replacing our home AC units(3 units) Great price to buy & install 3 AC units.Thumbs Up Home Comfort is the only AC company I will use!     A/C system on the blink, called Thumbs Up at approximately 8:30 today, (Sunday) Spoke to Richard and I gave a brief explanation of my situation. Richard informed me it would be 12:30ish before he would have a technician available. I received text message notifications and updates informing me of when I could expect a service technician to arrive. The technician (Josh) arrived right on time, introduced himself and assured me that he would get my A/C service restored. In less than one hour my A/C was up and running. Thanks Richard, thanks Josh, job very well done!

    Had ac heatpump not working properly have had 3 other technicians out they couldn’t fix. Rusty came out checked the low voltage and rewired it and fixed my problem.     Rusty is very professional and does what’s right for the customer. I have had him work on my unit and have been completely pleased with the work he has done. He is very fair and I never once thought he was trying to make me pay for something I didn’t need. I’m doing so he made sure I completely understood what was going on. Additionally he took time and inspected all components of the unit found 2 electric wires that were not secured properly, fixed them just because it was the right thing to do.
