I just got off the phone with someone and they were more help than Ive had this whole time. Im no way certified in HVAC. I explained my situation and how I could fix it. (Financials are struggling right now) he explained step by step how to maintain and clean the system. Thank you so much I appreciate the help. Id rate 10 if I could.

Justin was so kind and helpful. Our AC went out and he got it fixed same day. He knew we had a baby in the house and came out within an hour of contacting. 10/10 would recommend.

AC went out on Sunday evening, called and they sent someone out. Justin showed up, found the problem. Had to order parts but he was able to get it to work for us till the parts came in. He explained everything. Great customer service. Defiantly keeping their number on hand. And recommend them.

Our A/C quit working some time while we were on vacation so I called our warranty company and they set up for some company out of Lubbock to take care of us, problem was it was going to be 2 days before they could get to us and in a 100 + degree heat we cannot wait that long, so I called Justin after hearing about him from my wife’s boss and he was able to show up the same day and had us going in no time not to mention he was very reasonable on price and very knowledgeable on what he was doing and also explained to me things I can do to make my unit run better and more efficiently. Far as I am concerned Southern way will be my first call from now on and anyone reading this I would highly recommend you give them a try as well.
