Matt has been extremely helpful with both servicing our old HVAC system and helping with the purchase and installation of the new system. He’s always armed with answers to our questions and explains things well. The installation crew was also very friendly and worked efficiently and was punctual.My wife and I are very pleased and are enjoying our new Daikin HVAC system. The difference in airflow and cooling is night and day from our old system and we are much more comfortable. Our energy usage is also down a little bit, so that’s a bonus! Still getting used to some of the features of the thermostats, but also really enjoying being able to adjust temperatures from the app.Thank you again for all of the help Matt and we’ll see you for the next seasonal tune-up.
