    This is the best AC company I have ever used. I have an old unit that has problems every few months. Every time I call, Grace is able to fit me in within 24 hours and has worked tirelessly to keep everything going so I don’t yet have to purchase a new unit. The prices are fair and comparable or lower to other companies and the service is impeccable. Everyone who works here is friendly and genuinely cares about helping you. I have used only this company for 8 years and would rather wait for them to come than try someone else. You will not be disappointed in their service.

    First time using this company and I gotta say I love it! Grace was very professional and knowledgeable. She came out super quick and fixed the problem. She is so talented and knows what she’s doing. I love that she explained every little detail that was going on. She answered all my questions. I will 100% recommend her to EVERYBODY! Not only was she awesome but she’s the sweetest person ever. She made sure everything was working well before leaving. After a hot day outside she still managed to have a smile on her face. I loved how she puts us first. Great customer service! She will be my go to now!

    I contacted The Cool Dude AC & Heating for a quote because I had been told by another AC company that we needed a new condenser (outside unit). Grace, the technician, was super helpful. She came out that same day to look at the unit. In the end, she was able to repair it and saved us a major expense. She took her time and was kind enough to see if the new part she installed would work for a few days before charging us. Really great customer service!

    Grace was Great! She found the problem we thought possibly could be the issue making the unit stall on occasion but the other supposedly top-notch group that came out did nothing but bump the thermostat that made it come on; they did no other troubleshooting on the unit saying it was obsolete and if there was a leak they couldnt even buy Freon for it but still charged me a fee. I asked them could you at least clean the drain for the fee and said they would when I decided to use them to replace unit. Grace was thorough with her checks saying there were no leaks and Freon level is right where it needed to be. She did some extra stuff to ensure the unit continues its longevity as long as possible and gave us hints on maintenance and keeping rooms cool. She even replaced my intake filter without asking or charging. We will definitely use Cool Dude AC and Heating in the future.

    Grace was excellent! She was courteous and answered all my questions over the phone. She arrived quickly and worked diligently and even helped me replace my filters. Price was very fair as well. I would definitely call again if I need service!

    I have used Cool Dude for years and cannot say enough about how happy I was to finally find and quality company that is not only prompt and professional but also cares about doing a great job! Clay has had to troubleshoot both HVAC systems and has done a great job each and every time. Grace came out for the first time this NY Eve to replace the thermostat so we would have heat on NYE. She was in and out in no time! They are hands down the best!!!!

    I’ve used Cool Dude over the years to fix minor problems with my unit, and I’ve always been pleased. But I have to say today that Grace is an ac angel! Because of a new home warranty, I had been steered in another direction when my unit was not cooling. Neither that company or Cool Dude could see me today, but she had me check my breaker box after I mentioned seeing Centerpoint trucks in the neighborhood last night, and sure enough, a couple of them had been tripped. Easy fix that never occurred to me, and I am so very appreciative!

    I have had Cool Dude replace a 3 ton ac unit as well as repair a 2 ton unit . I have found that they are very honest and ethical in all aspects of their business. You cannot find a better service provider for all your AC and heating needs . I wanted to especially thank Grace for saving the day today as we are going to have out of town company and desperately needed to have our upstairs unit repaired.     I have known Clay Sheffield and The Cool Dude AC & Heating for over 12 years. He and his Technicians have installed and repaired HVAC systems for me, my brother, my step-daughter and my Mother. As we are both former U. S. Marines, my Mother was especially fond of Clay. She really got a kick out of calling him The Cool Dude. It is a No-Brainer to give The Cool Dude AC & Heating the 3 P Title - Prompt, Polite and Professional because they are. Now, lets get to the specifics. I met Clay in 2010 when my 18 year old York unit was having trouble and so was my budget. Clay saved my unit with a new condenser fan and a thorough cleaning of the evaporator and condenser coils. It lasted 3 more years and then Clay and Hector installed a 4-Ton American Standard unit in 2013. They also did repairs and Preventive Maintenance on my Mother and brothers units. In 2017, Grace and Hector installed a 4-Ton A.S. unit at my step-daughters home. I have 2 rent houses that Clay and Grace have been doing repairs for the past three years. Just last week, the AC stopped working at one rent house and the tenant is a single-mom with 3 young children. I needed help immediately so I called Grace and explained the situation - condenser fan was not running. Although she has many jobs that day, she kicked into gear and arrived within and hour and half. She quickly diagnosed the problem which turned out to be faulty lead wires, capacitor and magnetic stater. She had unit running in no time and the tenant was very happy and relieved. The sales & service provided by Clay, Hector, Grace and the other Technicians is Second-to-None. And I say that not only to give them due credit, but because it is the truth. I would not hesitate to recommend The Cool Dude AC & Heating to anyone I know.

    Perfect! Service was excellent, he was punctual but best of all responsive, honest and to the point. I already had an idea of how much it may cost if the issue was what he had thought of before he even got to the house. I called and within 45 minutes he was at my home and fixed the issue in 10 minutes. Clay is an outstanding person, fair, honest and gets the job done, quickly. He will not upsell you if not needed. Best service I have received in a very long time!!

    I realized at 4:00am in the morning that my A/C unit was leaking water through my ceiling. I cut the unit off and found The Cool Dude AC and Heating company online. They had such great reviews I called and left a message. I was called back shortly after they opened and they were at my home by 1:00pm the same day. The technician was very professional, she took pictures of what was going on in my attic and showed me what was happening for each step. She gave me tips on how to maintain my unit and the price was very reasonable 😁. I must say, yes the ratings are real and I would definitely refer this company to my family and friends.

    I cant say enough about the Honesty of these people. Ive had various other AC companies out to service my AC through the years and everyone of them tried to take advantage. Grace is truly one of the few that is very honest and if anything does not charge enough. I would recommend them over anyone I have done business with in the past.     Our downstairs AC unit was not blowing as cool as was usual (Last Freon Serviced 2+ears ago?). Temperatures in the 90s it has been working hard. Called Grace and left a message. She returned our call timely and was able to get to us this afternoon. In no time we were up, charged and running cool.     Clay is the most honest and helpful air-condition guy I have ever met. If you tell him what your air-conditioning is doing, he can tell you what is wrong. He kept our old ac running until it had to be replaced. Our new ac is great. Our bedroom was always too hot for me. Now it is the coolest room in the house, its perfect. The rest of the house is more comfortable.I have a second ac that will need to be replaced soon. Clay is the only one I want replace it.I am so pleased!!!
