Our AC went out in the hottest part of summer. We called around and several other companies tried to price gouge us knowing we were desperate to get it fixed. Not only did Barton Creek A/C give us the best price, they had the new unit installed same day. They were so kind and went above and beyond to pick up all the parts and get back to our house to have it installed same day. HIGHLY recommend, them - I’ll never call anyone else for our A/C needs!

Ive been using Barton Creek A/C for several years now, at the recommendation of my previous A/C guy who retired. Ive been very happy with them. Its a small company so I always know who is coming out, and they know the history of my A/C system. Theyre fine to let me hang out and ask questions, and have worked late more than once to get my systems up and running. Theyve been accommodating when Ive needed them at short notice, sometimes even the same day I call. Theyve even done some troubleshooting with me over the phone. I highly recommend Barton Creek A/C.

Im utterly shocked at how amazing these guys are.... The best companies in the world make every effort to delight their clients and these guys did.Our second AC went out, at the same time as the first, and we called Barton Creek A/C, the owner showed up within the hour. To get us through the night, they tuned up the old AC to last until the next morning, since we had 2 kids and an over heated baby the night before. They immediately updated the home warranty claim and were at the house the next morning with the new unit and installed it in 4Hrs!Well it gets better, the other AC man (remember I had 2 out) was a nightmare and the following day, that upstairs AC was leaking all over my attic - thank goodness I caught it! Again, the owner of BC/AC showed up on Sunday (his day off) which was the next morning and got it fixed.Im so pleased with these guys..., Id recommend them to anyone. Theyre nice, friendly, and swift; did all the warranty work asap and did a clean job. They are coming back to fix the other guys other mistakes. Best experience Ive ever had with any service provider (home owner for 10y), I wouldnt think twice about calling anyone else. We were in a bind and they saved us big time - Thank you guys a ton!!!

I just want to write to say how grateful we are to have found and used Barton Creek A/C in Dripping Springs, Texas. our 21 year old heat pumps on both up and downstairs units finally gave out after the February ice storm. We called Barton Creek along with several others and got bids. First off, Johnny immediately answered his phone and came to give the bid on the day we talked to him. He went over everything related to the A/C units and went all over the attic to check the air ducts and placement of them. We had never had good airflow to our kitchen. He spent 2 hours with us explaining what he thought would work and telling us about the new units and options. After getting 3 bids we decided Barton Creek was the best. If installation is the most important part then we definitely made the right choice. Johnny, Shay and Eddie showed up exactly when they said they would. the three men worked efficiently, professionally and continuously until they finished the job. They organized the vents and out the units up in two attics with very little fuss. During the bidding process, other companies said we needed to hire a carpenter to change boards in the attic to accommodate the new units, however Barton Creek A/C had no issues fitting the units and no changes to the homes framing was made. Johnny really took the time to optimize our home to be the most efficient it could be and it has been definitely noticed as our home is so much cooler than it was ever before. If you want a company that works with your home and your A/C needs, Barton Creek A/C are the right ones for the job. We look forward to working with them in the future.

So glad we found Barton Creek A/C... they were wonderful! They came out the same day I called & quickly diagnosed & repaired our broken greenhouse heater. For two years, other companies had looked at the broken heater, incorrectly diagnosed the problem twice, suggested replacement parts that cost hundreds of dollars & then said they couldnt do the work. I chose Barton Creek not only because of its low cost, but other companies wanted to set up maintenance contracts. One or our 2 a/c units quit on a Sunday. I called first thing Monday morning and BC/AC (Eddie) had someone at our home within 20 mins! Johnny was professional, courteous, and thorough. While troubleshooting to locate the problem, he kept us informed of what he was doing as he checked the HVAC system, and educated us on the general maintenance of our a/c unit. Ultimately it was a capacitor in the a/c unit which needed replacing. Johnny was forthcoming w/the cost of the part needed and satisfied our questions related to the work done as well as informing us of other services they provided should we need them in the future. These guys are the most honest and helpful group I have ever dealt with. My VERY expensive Carrier Multi Color Thermostat had blacked out. After checking the voltage at both the handler and circuit breaker, I called Barton Creek. The HVAC employee I spoke with politely explained they would gladly schedule me but that it was likely the condensation safety switch being triggered due to a blocked drain. He was absolutely correct and I was able to fix the problem MYSELF in 10 minutes. I will definitely use them if I have an HVAC problem beyond my abilities or a new install.
