    Our mini-split system stopped heating so I called Texas Techs. Alfred gave me an appointment time and he was prompt in arrival. He went through all the necessary diagnostics of the system and explained each step in the process and his findings. I found that Alfred was extremely knowledgeable with mini-split systems and most importantly he was very honest when asked how to address our issues. We now need to decide how we want to proceed but when we do, Alfred at Texas Techs will get our call.

    Alfredo was very professional and kept photo records of his findings. He gave me a very thorough report of the condition of my AC and was impressed as to how our old system was kept clean by our regular maintenance. He did suggest we consider updating our 25 year old system to save money for the future, but did not insist on using them for that service. There was no added cost for the check-up. I will seriously consider them for further service.

    Received my HVAC consultation today and it went really well! Alfredo was great, very personable, and provided amazing communication leading up to the appointment.     Technician Alfredo Martinez is a great techician and customer service asset to your company He lcalled to schedule my appointment and sent several folllow up messages, and called me when he was en route to my home. He gave me a thorough briefing on how and what he would be doing on my system and approximately how long it would take. When he was finished he gave me a complete explanation and sent me a comprehensive report with pictures of what he had done I am 84 years old and have dealt with a lot of workers at my home and Alfredo is defiantly among the best. I do not give out a lot of reviews like this but he earned this review

    Excellent service by Texas Techs Heating and A/C, Alfredo Martinez! They did a CPS tuneup of our 2 A/C systems, went way beyond my expectations. Alfredo was very thorough and meticulous with his work. He tested and cleaned both the inside and outside units. Highly satisfied, would recommend calling him for a CPS tune, which by the way is free to CPS customers.

    Was referred to this company via the CPS energy program. Very impressed with their work. Used booties in the house, vacuumed up any debris that fell, very professional and informative. Probably the best AC Maintenance package weve had yet. Military discounts as well. Very good with appointment reminders, calls before driving over and texts for updates.Saving their information for future maintenance and service!

    CPS offered a free high performance tune up with this company. Alfredo Martinez III was my tech and was super friendly, professional, and courteous. They put boot covers prior to entering the home. They showed me what they were working on and on how a unit can be dirty. I learned a lot.     Alfredo was very punctual, nicely dressed, and put on booties to protect the inside of the house. We called to ask for help on our AC unit that had stopped. He thoroughly checked the outside and inside units and came up with a diagnosis. I will call him to do the work when a third party approves the payment. Yes, I would recommend his service to anyone who asks.The second time he came out was to recharge the system with freon. This time is was able to fit us in between scheduled clients. He knew that we had been without our AC for 7 days and were suffering.

He showed up about an hour after I originally reached out to him and he helped me work with the manufacturer of my unit while we were dealing with all the horrible back orders and supply chain delays currently facing the industry. As soon as the part arrived, he was on our way to fix our unit. Straightforward, honest service at a very fair price.

    Have contacted Texas Techs on 2 occasions, and both times not only were they responsive and timely, they were extremely professional and provided quality work. Their prices were lower, and they were able to get out to us on the same day on both occasions. Highly recommended for any AC/Heating issues.EDIT: Make it on 3 occasions. They were able to come out same day again and quickly got the issue taken care of. I went ahead and got the service package because Texas heat is no joke and the last thing I want to worry about is the AC. The service plan essentially paid for itself with the discounts, and its added peace of mind if they ever need to come back out, and comes with 2 system checkups.

    I noticed water dripping from the unit so Alfredo and his assistant came and fixed the leaking. After looking further at the unit, he saw and detected a leak with the refrigerant oil line.He showed it to me personally and we made a plan for him to come back later next week. His company I highly recommend.

    My furnace would not turn off. I found Texas Techs and Adolph answered and would be at my house in 30 minutes. This happens to be Sunday and they were available.     My appointment with Alfred of Texas Tech heating and air LLC was the best experience I’ve had with a residential HVAC company! Alfred was very professional, respectful, thorough, and knowledgeable. He took the time to show me step by step the troubleshooting process which made me feel very secure and confident in the outcome he determined through his diagnostic. He provided recommendation and options. I truly felt that he cared about getting our heat up and running and not just driven by profit. I will absolutely recommend Alfred and Texas Tech as the best heating and air in San Antonio for those who want prompt, thorough service, honesty and great prices!
