Darius is amazing. He does great work and provides an easy to understand explanation. This company is very honesty and doesn’t show up to look at system and try to charge you for stuff you don’t need.I was having problem with one of my units cooling over the summer. The first company that came in said we needed to replace the entire unit. I then had Tempature pro come out And they discovered a massive hole and the return duct so once they fixed that we were back to very cold air. It’s hard to find honesty people in this business but I am so grateful we have someone we trust

I just happened to be outside when I heard the fan motor making noises. Since it was very cold and I was about to go out of town, I called TemperaturePro on Saturday. I was assured that yes the emergency heat would keep my wife warm until they could get a motor. No need for a weekend repair. Moe looked up the info that he already had on my system so he had the right motor and capacitor when I he arrived Tuesday. As before, he was very quick and courteous and made sure everything was operating properly. Excellent service. Thank you.

Ive had an issue with my AC for several days now at my commercial business. I called Temperature Pro on Friday after a holiday hoping someone would be available to come check out the issue as soon as possible since a lot of places were closed. Within the hour, they got back to me and set up a time for a technician to come out within the same day. Our technician, Eric Franco, came and inspected my central AC unit. To my surprise, it was a relatively easy fix and Eric thoroughly explained to me how the unit works and what to expect based on his diagnostic. He was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. Whats great was that he was honest about the work and service and didnt try to con me into throwing money at the problem to fix it like most other companies. Starting with Jessica, she set up our appointment with TPD; speaking with her, I immediately felt like I made the right decision by calling TemperaturePro - Dallas. Mark, my TPD representative has EXCEPTIONAL (I don’t want overuse the word exceptional; in this case, he has) customer service skills; I know, because I work in customer service! Mark was professional and he’s a great listener; to me, that’s a plus! We never felt pressured. Mark took notes, he evaluated our existing HVAC system, and he offered great recommendations. Mark understood what we were seeking for our HVAC needs. Because he understood what we were seeking, we received exactly (Carrier 2-Stage System) what we wanted at a very competitive price. Disclosure… I sought three (3) HVAC quotes. After doing extensive research (I wanted to be realistic with pricing), TemperaturePro - Dallas met what we budget for; it was a win-win for us and TPD. Additionally, our install team, Moe, Juan, and Ethan were a GREAT Trio… in short, from a technician/installer standpoint, they knock it out of the park!!! Moe’s Team install was very neat and professional looking. Also, they were polite and knowledgeable! Moe, the lead, kept me in the loop on how our HVAC installation was progressing. I needed my whole system replaced minus the duct work. Contacted a few AC contractors and choose TemperaturePro. Mark arrived at the time he said he would be there. He looked at what I currently had and listened to what I wanted. There were a few options so I asked if he would send an email. I did receive an email with detailed information including the prices on each system. This was extremely helpful as I could look each one over closely at my leisure. The day I made my selection the office called and we made an installation day during the next week. Moe and Ethan showed up at 8 am and went straight to work. Covered the carpet and stairs with drop cloth and wore booties in the house. Two story home with the unit in the attic. Completed same day. I think the price was fair also. Overall extremely pleased.

We got a new system a little over a year ago and the whole process was done professionally, inspected, and some adjustments made to make it just right. I’ve entrusted them and recommended them to my daughter, and they had the same experience. Satisfied customers.
