    My experience so far with TemperaturePro Round Rock has been outstanding. It is obvious that they really care about their customers. Their technician Jason did super work servicing our system. They make a great effort to communicate, show up on time, and do excellent work at a reasonable cost. Unfortunately, not all service companies operate this way. I found that out the hard way.

    Jeremy was wonderful. He was very professional, knowledgeable and empathetic towards our situation and got the air conditioner working again. He definitely knows what he is doing and explained everything every step of the way. I especially appreciated the fact that he took the time to explain everything to me. Given our current situation, I now have to take care of things around the house that my husband normally would have done. I have unfortunately found that a number of contractors think that just because I am a woman that they don’t have to explain things to me. Some have actually tried to scam me thinking that I would not have any idea.I would recommend Temperature Pro to anyone needing service for their air conditioner. Jeremy C was top notch and truly caring of my situation and he made a point to help us out even though his day was full. He went above and beyond and we are very grateful that we don’t have to spend the weekend without air conditioning especially since it’s still very hot outside.     Jason was the best. I debated for 2 days and looked online and searched for reasonable and honesty. Then popped up temperature pro. The first review said honest dependable and that they were very reasonably priced. Jason came out here and in no time flat he had our AC working. I prayed on it for 2 days because I was worried how much this was going to cost or that I was going to be ripped off. Whenever I called the lady at the front desk was so nice and sweet. Then Jason coming out here and being very knowledgeable and taking care of us. It is almost cold in our house now. He explained everything to us and was very detailed.     Temperature Pro is a solid locally woman owned company. They sent Jason out who was on time; is extremely experienced, professional, and thorough. He showed me pictures of what he saw and did. It was such a pleasure for him to not to try to up-sell or push anything I didnt need. I had just moved here so I wasnt sure of what condition my unit was in. He was honest about the fact that I dont need anything done to the system. He had suggestions that I will look into, after I asked about some potential upgrades with all the mold issues I keep reading/hearing about. I was grateful I didnt get the if you do this right now while im here we will knock off $, hard sell.And their current $99 maintenance (Dec 2024) deal is a steal. They will be my AC/HVAC company moving forward.

    David and Raul are super professional and patient. They spent a lot of time checking and measuring the temperature and airflow around the house, and gave us the best estimate using the great Daikin system. They came back to measure and adjust the system 2 times until the result is 100% satisfying. Very good experience with TemperaturePro.

    Wow! TemperaturePro Round Rock is Top Notch! Daniel and David both recently worked in our home. We added a service plan and had a great experience having our system checked out and then we added a Mini Split to our garage and the install process was seamless!     Our AC went out in the heat of summer. David with Temperature Pro Round Rock was very efficient in installing our brand new AC. There crew arrived at 7am and were done by 1pm. They were very professional walking up and down the stairs. They put the old AC and it was picked up within 2 hours. Our home is cooling fantastic and our system is quite.     My large downstairs unit was on the fritz. Mr. Suamy with TemperaturePro came out the day after I called for a consult. After a extremely through diagnostic process (of which I observed the entire thing out of my own curiosity) my unit was very low on freon. That was a problem because I had another companies technician come out and top it off only six months prior. Mr. Suamy suggested a freon leak detection be conducted. I agreed.The following day, Mr. Jason came out and completed the leak detection and refilling of freon. No leak was detected. The A/C was working great and I was happy. A week later TemperaturePro receptionist/scheduler called me to check in to make sure I was happy. She also scheduled Mr. Jason to come back out and do another leak detection now that the unit was topped off and working correctly. It was no charge seeing how I had paid for the detection previously.Next day, Mr. Jason was back out. Unfortunately he was able to locate a small leak in the attic coils. He advised it was best to have it replaced, yet was not pushy about me doing it quickly. Very respectful.Turns out my unit was under a 5 year warranty and I was at 4 years and 11 months. TemperaturePro did all the warranty work for me, and got me new coils for free under said warranty. Within 5 days, Mr. Suamy and Mr. Eliot were at my house doing the replacement. The owner of the company, Mr. Raul even stopped in to make sure the work was being done immaculately. The unit was cleaned up and resealed with multiple and various ways to ensure the coils were insulated properly. This new one looks so much cleaner than the builder installed one, and is bulletproof.Due to the warranty, all I had to pay for was the labor and the tiny top off of freon. Instead of costing me thousands upon thousands of dollars, I ended up paying about a fourth of what it wouldve cost if I had to pay for the materials (coils) as well.I appreciate TemperaturePro in handling all the warranty headache, and having an owner and employees that advise of a problem yet are not pushy to sell you on a solution. They let thier work and reputation do the sale for them. I will 100% be suggesting TemperaturePro to neighbors and friends and family going forward on any HVAC needs.

    Our heat went out in our house on Christmas Eve, we called TemperaturePro, they were prompt in getting a technician to our house to diagnose the problem we were having! The lady who we spoke with on the phone explained their rates and was able to also set us up with a service contract for maintenance that also gave us a discount on the parts and labor for the repair that we needed that day! When David came out, he was very professional, answered all of my husbands questions and explained everything to him very well. The lady in the office sent us over the quote for the repair promptly and was able to schedule a pick up for the part the next morning and set up an appointment for David to return and do the repair that afternoon! David arrived earlier than he was scheduled to arrive and completed the repair in a timely manner, while still taking the time to explain everything to my husband and giving him some pointers for what we can do to help maintain the system between cleanings. Overall we were VERY impressed and HIGHLY recommend using them for all your HVAC needs.

    Another impressive service call from TemperaturePro. Jeremy C. arrived right on time and provided expert maintenance of our AC. Before he entered our house, he used shoe coverings to keep our floors clean - a small detail that was much appreciated. Also much appreciated was the fact that he pointed out the carpenter ants that were entering a hole in the outside wall beside the front door! I didnt need to go to the trouble of finding an exterminator because one was recommended by TemperaturePro. He spent a lot of time and expertise checking out my systems and answering my questions about what he has seen in the past and what is the best way to try to keep older systems running.     My AC went out at my window tint shop on a Saturday morning. I had a full day scheduled and called 4 HVAC repair businesses. Temperature Pro got back to me quickly with general pricing (depending on the issue) and showed up within about an hour and a half from the initial call. I paid a nominal after hours rate (very reasonable to be honest) and my AC was working less than an hour after they arrived.Jason, the HVAC technician was very professional and fixed my AC quickly. He checked the whole system and said it is in good working condition. Other shops have taken 3 or 4 visits to fix this issue (it happens every couple years), where Jason fixed it the first time. I had a different shop 2 years ago tell me I basically needed a whole new unit before and never fixed anything. I appreciate their quality and honesty of work.All in all, Im grateful for the way everything was handled from the initial call to the final fix. Thanks for everything, its most appreciated! I was established with another company for 12 years and they couldnt repair my AC unit in a timely fashion - they wanted me to wait a week for parts. I had a sick baby at home and it was early September so the temperature was still in the 90s. I desperately called TemperaturePro for help and they had someone out within the hour to look at my AC. They werent able to get the part until the next morning but that was so much better than the week wait I was facing.     Jason was a great technician. I have a complex 2 stage Ac and multiple stage electric furnace. When my Ac quit working I called TemperaturePro for service. I was told it would be a week for service and since i am elderly i called another company they said they could get to me that afternoon. When they came and I told them of my system they assure me they had worked on this type before. They rewired the ac and furnace and reprogramed my thermostat. When they left the AC worked for about 6 minutes. then would not turn on again . Jason saved the day because he was schooled and very professional. He corrected the system AC, Furnace, and thermostat wiring then reprogramed the thermostat. Then found the AC start capacitator was bad and replaced it and the system worked beautifully. I was in fear the first company had ruined my very expensive AC, furnace andthermostat. Jason saved the day and went about the job professionally and right away I realized he knew what he was doing.     David V. of TemperaturePro arrived (on time) to perform our first semi-annual inspection since our new heat pump installation. Co-incidentially the system had just shut down with a very intermittant problem that had begun occuring earlier this month. Dave was able to retrieve the error codes stored in the system and rapidly diagnosed the problem as leaf debris that had blocked off some of the outside units cooling coils. He flushed the coils as part of his maintenance effort, then made before and after temperature and pressure measurements to verify the problem was fixed. Most appreciated was his effort to communicate what he did to fix the problem and provide education as to what I can do to avoid a future recurrance. TemperaturePro continues to impress us with their dedication to seeing that our HVAC system provides us all the comfort it is designed to produce.

    We called the folks at TemperaturePro because we had an issue with our home air conditioning. We scheduled an appointment. The tech/Adam arrived on time and wore protective equipment on his face and feet and kept them on the entire appointment.We explained the problems again face to face, then he went to work. He maintained a high level of professionalism the entire time we interacted when he was working and moving around the house and outside it.When he was done, he listed out all of his findings and repairs he made (with our approval).     Jason Haywood from Temperature Pro Round Rock was dispatched to my home to troubleshoot an A/C problem (not cooling). Jason notified me after his diagnosis that the condenser motor was not turning. Jason informed me the motor was receiving current but the motor itself wouldn’t turn due to failed bearings and needed replacement.I authorized Jason to proceed with ordering the new motor and the work to replace it.Two day later, Jason and another technician arrived to install the new motor in the hottest time of day (2pm August 1, 2023). Jason and his teammate installed the motor, ran diagnostics, tested the a/c unit and informed me he was finished. Jason found another issue (plugged up drain tube in drip tray). That just goes to show you how thorough Jason is. He fixed that too!Jason and Temperature Pro Round Rock are consistently consistent! I say that will all sincerity AND why I keep going back to Temperature Pro Round Rock. If I have a problem Temperature Pro Round Rock doesn’t mess around. They don’t overcharge you nor up sell products/services you don’t need. They do inform you of ways to save money, like: purchasing a maintenance plan that save you more money than the cost of repairs in one year AND you receive Priority Scheduling. I purchased that maint plan before so I benefited from that in several ways. I saved money on my repairs and I got same day service which is important when you don’t have A/C in August. BTW, they show you pictures of the failed components and instrument reading as evidence of their finding.Temperature Pro Round Rock is Honest, Fair, Prompt, Trustworthy and Reliable. And, Jason Haywood of TPRR is a reason why.

Second, TemperaturePro in general is the epitome of great customer service. I get a text with a picture and introduction to the technician that is coming to my home.Daniel was my tech. He let me know he was coming, showed up earlier than our appointment time, wore his mask and booties inside my home. He was cordial and professional. He also performed the same inspection on my rental home.I received my reports for both locations the same day, with an estimate for some repairs that will extend the life of my older unit, rather than replacing the whole thing, and now I know that I should budget for replacement in the future. I was informed of their replacement financing, rebates and discounts I can take advantage of once I get to that point.I appreciate the service very much. The value greatly exceeds the cost.

    We had a Daikun split system that stopped heating & cooling after only 3 years of limited use. Adam and Eliot came out on time for our appointment and gave us bad news - there was no freon in the system and liking was a leak in the interior walls. This would mean major work since the system was installed under a stairwell and through stone exterior. We scheduled a pressure check appointment to make sure that was where the issue was. The same 2 servicemen showed up on time for a 2 day appointment and confirmed the bad news. The leak was in the walls and the interior unit coil. After talking through all of our options they explained the best/easiest solution which was replacing the system and running the new wiring/pipes on the exterior of the home in insulated coverings. They were able to get all the parts and install within the next week! Even though it was an expensive fix, I appreciate the honest, upfront communication not only with the office though phones calls as well as with the Adam & Eliot.

    I wanted info about installing a new AC and I got a lot more education than I expected. They showed me issues with my old system and since I have 2 units, they also inspected the other unit that I was not having replaced. They gave me several quotes based on my desires. They asked so many questions that no other AC/Heating company asked me.The install was timely and they were prompt and efficient, done several hours earlier than expected. They even sent someone to inspect the service one week later. They also took pictures of the problems they found and their correction of the issue.

    Had a couple of different professional experts come out to check out a cooling problem in a room. One even suggested a several thousand-dollar fix. Adam came to check out our A/C system. He cleaned the coils better than a previous professional and serviced the unit. Adam checked the inside furnace and the fan was not blowing at a good speed. He fixed that. We told him of the failing to cool problem in that room. He made a suggestion and explained why. I researched his suggestion and found he was 100% correct. I phoned the company 30 minutes after they closed and they answered the phone. At 11 AM the next morning Adam showed up and installed an air-return in the room for way much less money and it fixed the problem. We are very strict about who we do business with. They have to prove themselves. TemperaturePro Round Rock proved themselves and are now our go-to company.
