We were having issues with our heater not working. When its 39⁰ outside, you need it to work. James came out and within a few seconds, he knew exactly what the issue was. He fixed the flame sensor and also explained to me how it works and why it was malfunctioning. Before he arrived, he contacted me multiple times to keep me updated on his ETA. This is awesome because Im busy with work most of the day. The customer service and the quality of work was a 10/10. Id definitely recommend them to everyone I know with HVAC issues. Thanks James!

Brandon came out for an emergency repair of my AC late on a nice hot summer day in 2020. My unit was 15 years old and we discussed a temp fix or full replacement. He was very helpful and thorough pricing options without being pushy. We did opt for the fix at the time which he took care of the very next day. About a year later - I got tired of doing my own emergency diagnosis and repair of the unit as it had troubles again (unrelated to Comfort Zone repair) probably another couple times in that span. I reached out to Brandon to get a replacement price updated - they were competitively and fairly priced, he identified and hooked me up with a PEC rebate, and he even offered/applied a partial credit for the replacement work he did previously even though we were technically past that window. The install team came out promptly and stayed through a long day to make sure we were up and running (shout out to Julian/Julius? - memory is a little fuzzy). The new system works great, and Brandon has been attentive and responsive for any questions that have come up since - even checking to make sure we didn’t need help customizing the thermostat. Great group of local people that I would recommend and will continue to support.

Very professional and knowledgeable. Wore mask and shoe covers. Up on latest ac technology with data to back it up proving other falsehoods I heard from other vendors. Let me pick our thermostat from a good selection and was aware which ones would work with our home automation. Did us a solid and threw in temp refrigerant on our old system to get us by until install day. Even previous ac company didnt give me this option but these guys knew their stuff. I’ve been a customer of Comfort Zone for about 10 years now. The first time I had a cooling problem I called the company who originally installed the A/C unit. They gave me an estimate that seemed high. I then called Comfort Zone and spoke to Jason about the issue. A tech came out right away so we didn’t have to sit in the heat and fixed the issue for WAY less than the original install company quoted. Couldn’t be happier with the service or price! Since then, I’ve have Comfort Zone do regular maintenance because I don’t have to worry about them trying to sell me things I don’t need.
