    Team Enoch just completed installing a 24 kW Generac home generator for us.Previously, Enoch installed our tankless water heater, as well as a replacement HVAC system.In all cases, Team Enoch technicians performed their work flawlessly, and these systems have performed well since installation. In addition, the Team Enoch crew were just a pleasure to have onsite. In addition to their outstanding work ethic and workmanship, each of the technicians have been polite, and have answered all of our many questions.After the recent power outages we suffered this past June, we decided that we will not endure another power blackout. We’re concerned that the Texas grid may not be able to keep up with demand, with so many folks now moving to Texas. We live in the Lochwood section of Dallas, and with all the trees we have here, and with all of the power lines exposed on utility poles, it just makes good sense to invest in ourselves, with a whole-house generator.I wish we had done this years ago - but my wife and I feel so much better, now that we have finally done this for ourselves.I highly recommend Team Enoch for work involving HVAC, Water Heater/Plumbing, and/or installation of a home generator. They stand behind their work - and they do great work.

    I was initially hesitant to hire a company to handle my home cleanout issue. After gathering multiple quotes, I decided to contact Team Enoch. They sent an excellent technician who took the time to ensure we were completely satisfied with the work.     Team Enoch has been a great company for us! We have used them for electrical and plumbing needs. Everyone that has come out to help us with our needs has been fantastic. We have had them add in more electrical outlets (indoor and outdoor), add more/replace circuits in our garage, fix clog issues in our sink, help with a running toilet, and install a new water heater.     10-24 and 0 issues with my new 2 speed heat pump!!! 9-2024 perfect ac balance/lower electric bill!! Texas heat cant beat this Trane!! I am seeing almost a 25% reduction in climate control energy use already!! Update!! 3-24! Trane heat pump installed. Please see old unit pics and replacement unit pics. This company is first class with their work!! I will update over the summer and let you know if the product and install performs over a Texas summer. The old unit was almost 25 years old!!! So far this new unit is quiet. It has an air purifier that communicates with the thermostat/below is the first review.. Well what can I say about this team!! These guys are so so so so so so professional!! I have had several things done by them so far and each item has been great. I requested some quotes for an air conditioning system and they supplied me with three different choices and explained the warranties and the qualities of each one! So far you cant go wrong with this team

    Our hot water heater at our sons house at 319 Phillip St in Mesquite Texas was not working properly. We called Team Enoch, and they came right out. Mike was very good to talk to on the phone. Jose, the technician, did an excellent job. He was very friendly, very professional, and very knowledgeable. He diagnosed our problem, and even came back on a Saturday to finish the job and give us hot water again. Their billing was very reasonable. We would highly recommend Team Enoch for anyone who has plumbing problems!

    Fiber First damaged my sewer line when they put fiber optic through my yard. The sewer line was destroyed from the fiber optic line being forced through it. I received 6 estimates for repair. All the estimates were literally 3-8 times more expensive than Team Enoch. The highest estimate said that this would be a 3 day repair. Team Enoch had this repaired in just a few hours!! I have used Team Enoch in the past for other plumbing issues and to install a HVAC system in my steel building. They ALWAYS have the best prices and ALWAYS have the most wonderful crew of guys that ALWAYS exceed my expectations. Very professional, get the job done right the first time, great team work, very friendly and leave the worksite cleaned up afterwards. Team Enoch will ALWAYS be the first company that I call for any repairs from now on. They NEVER disappoint!!! THANKS TEAM ENOCH!!!!!

    After living here several years and putting “band aids” on my HVAC systems, I finally committed to full replacement. I live in a townhome community and it is often hard to find businesses willing to work on our rooftop units. Team Enoch helped me out last year with replacing my hot water heater, and their customer service was top notch. So when my second floor unit went out last week, I made sure they were my first call. I got several quotes, and they were the most competitive and since I already LOVED their service, I decided to replace both at the same time.Highly recommend this business! Not only do they do HVAC and plumbing, they also do electrical. I will be using them for more jobs in the future! Great service, great people, and they stand behind their work.

    Technician James R., came to my home on time and was very professional. He quickly diagnosed the problem with my furnace. He explained in detail to me what the issue was and corrected the problem quickly. After repairs he did a complete inspection of the system to my satisfaction, he was in no rush and tested the system several times to confirm that the issue was resolved to his satisfaction.I’ve now used Enoch on two separate occasions. I am extremely satisfied with both James R. and the company and highly recommend both.

    10/28/24 Update to service comment posted on 10/25/24. I received a very nice follow-up call from the Client Services Manager this AM with a completely understandable explanation of what happened on last Friday. Emergencies do happen and the company is working diligently to hire staff due to high volume of workload and to also improve communication with any customer issues. The price for my HVAC replacement was not matched by other companies. I realize Team Enoch warehouse inventory was on clearance..even so other companies continued with higher prices knowing that new refrigerant and federal regulations are to be implemented in Jan. 2025.I have received a current bid from Team Enoch for a gas water heater replacement with a very good price and what I suspect will also be an unbeatable price. The issue last week was related to a plumbing service appointment.The company is expanding from Dallas into the Austin market. Give them the opportunity to service your household needs. The quotes are prompt and prices are unbeatable.

    Team Enoch installed a new gas furnace and HVAC system on 8/19/2024. They were amazing from start to finish. Cameron answered all of my questions regarding cost, the best system to go with for my home, and outlined the tax savings associated with it. The installation team led by Bryan arrived early on one of the highest temp days and were done by early afternoon. I went from a 3.5 ton unit to a 5 ton. We are very happy -- and very comfortable now all day. Im so glad I found them!

I had already gotten quotes from six other HVAC companies, and Cameron was able to offer me the best price by far, while also helping me understand which system would be the most efficient and cost-effective for my home.The installation process was equally impressive. The Team Enoch crew arrived on time, worked efficiently, and completed the full install and maintenance (including a tune-up for my other unit) in just 6 hours. They were meticulous in keeping everything clean and professional—no mess, no hassle. I was so pleased with their work that I ended up adding an extra service for duct cleaning at the last minute because of the great price they offered.On top of that, they arranged a payment plan that suited my budget perfectly, and I also decided to sign up for their subscription service for ongoing maintenance.     I had water leaking from turn off valve in front yard. I had 2 plumbers and the city check it and everyone said there was no leak. This went on for several months.     Memo and Antonio from Enoch were right on time. They were professional in appearance and extremely respectful and courteous. They explained the project and walked me through their plan. The work they did looked super-amazing and professional. Everything was top-notch. Every section of conduit and wiring they installed looked perfect. Both the inside and outside components were installed well and looked great. They cleaned up the site and made sure we were happy with the work.     I had gone a few months hearing my hall bathroom faucet dripping until I couldnt take it any longer. I found this company on Angi. I was blessed that my technician was Chad . He arrived at my home within the 10am - 12pm window . I am thankful so much no more leaking from the faucet is being heard . Chad covered his shoes with some booties before entering my home . Prior to his arrival, I received a text with a picture of Chad which was great . Chad showed me and explained the shower valve is bad and the cost to replace is $600 . I went for the cartridge replacement for now .

    I had a great experience with my heat pump replacement by Team Enoch.I was headed out of town when my HVAC split system went kaput. Of the 5 different reputable HVAC companies I requested bids from, Team Enoch had the lowest bid. Their 3 heat pump options were just right - i.e. efficient enough to meet the Energy Star requirements for a Federal Tax Credit and Oncor rebate (Texas), but not over-the-top efficient with long payback time (special thanks to Amanda for the info she sent about my tax credit questions). The unit options were Goodman, Daikin, and American Standard - all are quality units. I went with Goodman because it had the quickest return on investment. I confirmed contract with them on a Sunday and scheduled the install for Wednesday. Seth and Guillermo aka Memo were the installers. They were easy to talk to and seem like pretty cool guys. One of my cats especially liked them. The two items that popped up as extras were the thermostat wiring and the circuit breakers. Seth agreed to install the required circuit breakers for free if I would go purchase them. I paid them to run an additional thermostat wire because the heat pump requires an additional signal for the reversing valve. Their wire and pipe work looks very clean and organized. Nice job gents!The only recommendation I have for TE is to give customers advance notice of commonly encountered change orders like swapping circuit breakers and running thermostat wire. You could also ask for optional pictures of the thermostat and circuit breaker panel to catch those items earlier. I imagine those are fairly common. Overall I’m very happy with the quality and value from Team Enoch and will definitely be requesting bids from them for future jobs.

    I cant say enough about how great Team Enoch is regarding HVAC replacement.Their pricepoint is no nonsense and better than anyone in the area for the exact same devices. They were one of 5 companies I consulted, and beat them all.Ivan and Ricardo were great on the install, and left my AC closet and compressor areas cleaner than before. The install was very clean and done with care. All of this done in about 6-7 hours.The owner Miles is straight forward and very informative.I would say the only thing I had to worry about was waiting a few days because they were extremely busy. But as the saying goes, good, fast, and cheap. Pick 2. I am glad I went with them.

    We have used Team Enoch for plumbing and electrical so far. The technicians have been professional and knowledgeable. Dylan fixed an electrical issue that I had no hope of being resolved, all within a timely manner. Paul with customer service has always been very helpful, courteous, and a great representative of what to expect from the company. The Team Enoch plumber fixed our gas log issue without cutting the drywall. Another company insisted that they had to cut the drywall open and wanted to charge us 3 times the price.     Luis was awesome! I had a Google Nest floodlight installed. There was no power source for an easy install. Luis went the extra mile and ran wiring from my attic through some very tight spots.     I had a horrible experience to start the day, but then that experience was flipped and turned upside down to one I will rant and rave about how great it was. The original install crew I was unable to articulate my thoughts to, bid $1k to move an outside unit just a couple feet, and they even dropped a heavy clunky attic fan from the ceiling which chipped and dented my hardwood floors below. I was irate and lost confidence that the job would meet expectations so I called the main office. They sent out a quality control manager named Moses.Moses is a great kid. Smart, articulate, honest, professional, and has integrity. It radiates from the way he carries himself. If I had a company I’d hire him. He’s the type of character that would be successful no matter what industry he’s in and has the traits any good boss would look for. Tell him i appreciate it. The day took an immediate 180 on his arrival.

The install guys worked so hard and were super polite, then as they left they said we chose a great company and thank you for our business (so that goes to show you their own employees are happy to be there). We were referred after getting a few other quotes through Home Depot and also our home warranty company (I posted about the prices in Nextdoor and graciously a neighbor led me to the same place he went with after his own research and quotes etc).     Our AC stopped working in the spring. We had been working with another company for years, but after they repaired it, it quit working again 3 weeks later. The quote they gave us to replace the unit was astronomical. Team Enoch was recommended to me by a friend and between 3 different bids, they came in at the lowest price (over $10,000 cheaper than the first company). I first called at 1:00 on a Thursday and by 2:30 the same day, they had a technician at our house. The owner, Miles, contacted me directly the next morning to go over my options.Their crew - Memo, Edgar and Stephen - arrived the following Thursday to replace our system. They worked diligently all day (6:30-4:40) and by the end of the day, we were up and running with a beautiful new heat pump system. They replaced some old ductwork that had been leaking and added a new return vent. They put everything back the way it had been, including reinstalling our attic tent that had been taken down when they removed the attic door. They were all friendly and professional but Memo was especially helpful. He took the time to explain everything to me and answer questions, and even tested and adjusted all the vents in the house to make sure we were getting a comfortable amount of airflow in each room.Team Enoch did a great job from start to finish. Everyone I dealt with at the company was friendly and responsive. We will be using them for all of our HVAC needs in the future.

    Weve been using Enoch for years now and they never let us down! The first time we used them was for our water heater that needed to be replaced and they were so easy to work with. They had the best prices off of Angies list and were quick to install before the winter storm hit Texas in 2021. But I am most impressed with my last service I had completed from them. I reached out because my current R22 unit kept leaking and mutile components would go out on it. We were hesitant to replace the whole unit due to costs but we spoke to Cameron at Enoch and he walked me through the pros and cons. They offered to fix my unit but it would have been wasted money in the long run. I really appreciated that they didnt pressure us and gave us room to think on it before acting. Once we decided to replace the unit, we were contacted the next day and were even able to set up installation that week. The two men that showed up to install it were really nice and friendly to my dogs and did not make a mess (Ive had that happen with other companies). And to top it all off, the new unit and so quite and we now have a WiFi thermostat to use on our phones. I couldnt be happier! I would 100% recommend this company.

    Electricians moved ceiling fans and installed new ones. When the universal remote we bought didnt work, they looked online for a solution. Happily we had a remote from a different fan that he was able to use and programmed for me. 😀 Also, quickly found where a gcfi interrupter was tripped for me that had shut down an entire breaker.     Great experience with Lewis and Enoch electrical. Came over, did a thorough survey of the house and gave a very detailed plan to install my Tesla charger. Our breaker is on the other side of the garage so it was more complicated. Lewis was able to do exactly what he suggested. Very punctual and finished the job on time.     Very happy with Team Enoch. My hvac system was from 1981 and just stopped working this year (March 2023). It had to be completely replaced with a new model. It was a super reasonable price.He then worked w me on the price of my EV Charger install, and was able to get it done for $1.2k that same week; permits, inspection, Tesla Warranty paperwork, and taxes included, out the door.     After having the new AC for 6 months, I have to change my review because they cant figure outmy issue with the AC unit. Our thermostat is set at 72 degrees but climbs to 78 during the heat of the day. They are unable to find the issue. Which is weird as they installed it. They have been good with promptly coming out to visit, but were unable to find out the issue. They did however help when I manged to mess something up and were happy to charge me. Still have issue on extremely hot days. I guess we will just have to manage. Good install price 👍
