Our AC stopped cooling on the evening of July 3rd and Enoch was able to schedule us for the morning of the 4th. Daniel arrived a few minutes ahead of our window and wasted no time getting us up and running again. He diagnosed the issue, gave us a quote and had it working again in 30 minutes. It was honestly the best experience I’ve had with emergency AC repair.

However, I did want to say how impressed Ive been so far with the communication, timeliness, and professionalism of everyone Ive worked with at Team Enoch. Especially their dispatcher Tim and technician Preston. Preston was very knowledgeable, respectful, and worked with me to come up with solutions that could save us money due to the scope of our remodel. There were no hard sales tactics. After meeting with us past normal business hours, we also had a full estimate for the job by 9am the following morning. The price was very, very fair and whether I ultimately work with them or not I wouldnt hesitate to recommend to friends or family.

I needed an extra outlet under my sink for a reverse osmosis system. The team at Enoch was thorough in asking me about my current set up and found a far less expensive alternative (dropping a plug from a GFCI on my backsplash to a cupboard down below and tying in a new outlet). This allowed them to shave hundreds of dollars off the estimate, beating all other estimates and proposals I received by a mile. Luis came in and did the work quickly and professionally. I’ll definitely be using Enoch again when I need electrical work around the house!

Team Enoch is a company who stands behind their work. In December 2020, I contracted them to install a pair of four-ton and two-ton Goodman HVAC and gas furnace systems. While the four-ton has been working flawlessly for the past 20 months, the smaller one has had refrigerant leaks. They have sent technicians to service that unit twice in the past two summers, but unfortunately the condenser gave in completely in August 2022. They honored the warranty and replaced the condenser with a brand new one the next day. All these services are free of charge. Great business practice.

There were some random issues that occurred after the install of my new AC such as condensation line leaking and overflowing the sink. I will say, however, they did an amazing job of fixing all the issues once I reported them. Sent a plumber out for free to clear the line and even offered to replace my plants that they had accidentally killed!! James the plumber was really nice and helpful with advice. Greg came out 3 times to inspect and make sure it was all running was also very apologetic and made sure I was 100% happy. I appreciated the effort they went through to make sure they delivered quality customer service! Would definitely recommend!

Called Enoch to clear a sewer line clog. Three years ago, another company told me I had a belly in the line that caused it to clog periodically. They wanted to charge me $5,748 to remove the belly in the sewer line. Enoch ran a hydrojet down the line to thoroughly clean it out. Then they ran a camera and found there was NO BELLY! I have a good line that just needs hydrojetting once a year to remove normal buildup. Thank you so much Enoch for saving me $5,748.
