    Oscar is absolutely amazing! He inspected our old AC unit, pointed out the problems and then we decided to get a new one. He installed a new one in no time and everything works absolutely amazing! Cooling is much better now, especially in Texas summer! We also had a problem with our thermostat and couldn’t sleep because of the heat and he came over at 12 am to fix the issue!!! Again, he’s absolutely amazing and the services he provides are a top notch! Would definitely recommend to anyone! Don’t hesitate and give him a call! I’d give him 10 stars, if I could!     Oscar originally came out to give me an inspection on my old R-22 unit. Id find out that day it was full of dust, dirt, and mold. Oscar explained to me in detail what I needed, and nothing I needed to waste money on. He gave me several different options to get everything replaced, and brought up to code. Today was install day. Oscar and his team showed up on time with a ready to work attitude. My old AC and air handler were hauled off and my new unit has the house frigid.     I was dealing with an Air Conditioner not cooling issue for a week and saw Oscar’s reviews so I gave him a try. Oscar is extremely knowledgeable in AC work. He was priced fairly and got us up and running in about an hr for what turned out to be a minor issue. I tried to go through my home warranty for the repair initially but they sent someone who had no idea what they were doing. We will be using System Solution for future work and maintenance.     Oscar really came through for me this week! Called him Thursday morning and he showed up that afternoon.     Oscar did a terrific job for us. After our A/C went down, he came by to diagnose the issue the same day and offered us a quote that was significantly better than the quote we had received from a different company. He was also available to perform the work sooner than that company was. He did a great job and our A/C is running smoothly now. He explained everything he had to do in detail, took his time to be sure he was thorough, made recommendations on ways to save money, and got everything done quicker than expected. I definitely would hire him again and will recommend him to others.

    Initially troubleshooting was done quickly to diagnose the issue. The issue was a leaking Coil (R410) which cased the downstairs AC to not cool.Work was started on time and finished in about 5 hours. So Oscar replaced the unit with a new one and also made sure it was registered with the manufacturer for the extended warranty! After the repair the AC has been cooling with no issues, and efficiently, which means shorter run times. Oscar was very careful when taking the old unit out and bringing the new unit!Finally an affordable price for the new unit and labor. Thanks very Oscar!

    Oscar came out to look at a unit that wasn’t cooling properly the same day I called. He was able to get the unit running well and performed an inspection of another unit while on site. He made recommendations to redo the duct connections performed by another contractor the year before and pointed out how they were restricting airflow negatively impacting the unit’s efficiency. He came back out to complete the suggested changes and the unit is moving much more air now than before. Very pleased with System Solutions and plan to use them going forward when additional HVAC work is needed.

    14 years ago, I bought my house that had two Trane brand AC units (I have no record when they were installed). Six months ago, one of the units went out and I informed Oscar, who had been servicing the units. He inspected it and recommended that we replace it since, in his opinion, the unit was near or coming to its lifes end. He said we could go for a Goodman unit which was cheaper than Trane, cheaper to maintain, but almost equally as good. He said he could get a new unit at a reasonable price through his company. I asked him to give me a quote, but I informed him Id also get other quotes. His quote came out better than others. I figured that since one unit had already gone down, the other would most likely follow soon after. I decided then to replace both units to be supplied and installed by Oscar. On the installation date, Oscar and his team were very punctual. They dismantled the old systems, installed, tested them for the cooling (it was during summer), and cleaned up within two days. These guys were very professional. I have now gone six months without a hitch and wanted to experience how the units would behave during winter,(heating system). With the current winter freeze, December 22/23/24, they have performed perfectly and Im very pleased. I definitely recommend Oscar and his company.

    Thanks to System Solution Air Conditioning my AC is working again! I called yesterday and they came out same day! Came back today and fixed the problem. First American sent out a different company that diagnosed the problem completely wrong and it was going to take 5-10 business days to repair. I decided to get a 2nd opinion and so glad I did! I will always use System Solutions from now on. They are reasonable, trustworthy and explained repairs in detail.

    Oscar and his crew have been some of the best HVAC system specialists Ive worked with! They are very personable, reasonable, and comprehensive in their work and explanations of the service(s) provided. So far, Ive utilized them for the replacement of one of my previous 2.5 ton units to a 3 ton unit. In this initial project, they also installed a return and a vent in a previously non-ventilated area of my home. The job was done so well that the vents look like theyve been there all along! The second and most recent visit was for an annual inspection. This went well and I was advised, in detail, of potential areas of concern. No pressure, no upsells, or any other gimmicky language. Just facts and options. Everything else was rightfully left in my discretion, and I can truly appreciate business operations conducted that way. You wont be disappointed!
