I posted a project on Yelp and lo and behold Juan from Synergy responded within minutes. I bought a house online and after moving in, found out that the electricity needed a serious upgrade! A very doable estimate later, Synergy and crew went through every inch of my home, attic, and all outlets. They replaced two outdated circuit boxes with one big beautiful beast. They respected my home and even my two guard dogs fell in love with them.I am now enjoying clean energy and feel confident that nothing behind the walls is going to blow up.I am going to hire Synergy for several upcoming projects and highly recommend them.Attached are the old and the new upgraded box; -

One stop shop for all my property repair needs! My tenant told me the garbage disposal switch stopped working and one of the sinks was separating from the bathroom counter due to poor installation by the builders. I posted a request for service on Yelp and Juan responded within 15 minutes. His crew went out to the house the next day, fixed both problems promptly, and offered me an HVAC maintenance program since I hadnt had a checkup in over a year. During the checkup they found a major issue with the HVAC system that I had already encountered a few years prior (2019) when I first bought the house from the builder. The original HVAC installer had done a poor job installing the ducting and it detached from the air handling unit. The original HVAC installer came and fixed the issue in 2020, but sometime between then and now the ducting detached again causing significant damage to the air handling unit evaporator due to constantly sucking in hot, humid, salty air from the attic. Juan was able to get me a quote, have the air handling unit replaced, and properly attach the ducting in less than a week. Ill definitely be going back to them for all my future property repair/maintenance needs due to their quick turnaround times, thorough work, professionalism, and fair prices. -

Synergy Services did an outstanding job getting my electrical problems fixed! Their lead electrician Juan Hernandez went above and beyond working into the late night ensuring that we had a working/safe repair. Juan coordinated with AEP to get their technician onsite and walked and assisted AEP in troubleshooting the issue. AEP fixed their side of the power issues and we were back in business with electrical power restored to our house. I highly recommend Synergy and Juan Hernandez for any electrical repairs in the future! -

Excellent response from a Yelp lead. Tech (Juan Hdz.) contacted within a few minutes of the service request and was at the residence in short time. Great communication sending photos of an aged unit and explaining options. The highest point was trying to save me money and not waste it on a repair that would only give me a short term fix.Fast response and service call. Very straightforward and honest. Highly recommend!!! -

I requested quotes from 5 different HVAC companies in order to get bids for a full inside/outside unit replacement for the purposes of having a more efficient unit to better control humidity indoors. Juan came back with the most competitive offer and accommodated with various options in order to compare with other bids. His response time and overall communication was top notch, and a step above expectations for contractors.Regarding execution of the install, the team worked efficiently and orderly to get the install done within a day to minimize time with the house AC-less. When unexpected snags caused the install to go slightly past a day, Juan was upfront with communication of delays and a plan to rectify. He followed up days after the installation to ensure quality met expectations, and in general has treated this less like a business transaction and more like a relationship.Excellent HVAC product, excellent professionalism. Would recommend. -

His team is by far the best there is, hands down. Unit was installed first class and he responded to our calls immediately and in a perfessional manner. We will use him again and again with respect to his perfessionalism. His team was amazing and on point. Synergy is first class in every way, and his fleet of company vehicles was stellar. We called him yesterday afternoon and we are waiting for him to arrive and check out some issues with the unit in the attic..and we are sure he will be here at the time he said he would be. Juan personally answered numerous questions, helped me understand all of the options and select the right unit for my family, and helped relieve anxiety through every step of the process. The crew was prompt, professional, and minimized the time that we were without AC through efficient planning and execution. Their work was high quality at a fair price, and I will definitely be using this team again! Finally, everything I have been looking for in a contractor for HVAC and more! -

Just added a remote monitor to our home generator. After calling Juan and getting all the info regarding the advantages of having one installed, we decided to have him do it.Long story short, we are quite pleased with his team regarding the work that they did. Juan was also readily available to answer further questions I had and “always”returned my calls. We will now have a maintenance plan with Juan to make sure our unit is well maintained for years to come.I highly recommend Juan and his team for any service contract for your home generator or if you’re in the market to buy one. -

We recently purchased a full home generator with mobile monitoring. Juan and his team were great to work with. They performed a professional installation of our home generator making sure the aesthetics of our home remained following installation. They communicated clearly and proactively to ensure scheduling was convenient and worked with our schedules.A few months after the install was completed, they messaged me within minutes of our generator’s first use to make sure everything was working as expected. We in fact had some anomaly where the generator was cycling on and off (AEP’s fault) and Juan’s team was at our house within the hour to inspect the unit and make sure it was working as intended. -

You will not find better service with any other company!! I made the phone call at 5 o’clock in the afternoon thinking they probably would be closed. To my surprise was connected right away for someone to help me.. I was able to pay down a Diagnostic fee over the phone. They had a tech at my house the following morning by 9:00 AM. The tech Josh was very respectful. The generator I had was not their brand, but they jumped right onto the job and got me running within two hours after getting parts! I would highly highly recommend this company. I’m going to tell all my friends they need to get a generator and use them. I had tried another company and was on a waiting list for over two months after putting down my diagnostic fee. After the job was completed, they helped me with the app. Sent me video of the test. Showed me everything was working great. I was at work and was not at home. I was able to pay over the phone with Credit Card. You will not go wrong with using Synergy. I feel if there’s ever an issue I will have no problem contacting them and getting help. They sure gave me a lot of peace of mind. Thank goodness there is still good people around that cares! Purchased the Cummins RS25.Great job by Synergy on the installation and power integration for the home. Awesomely quiet model of whole-house generator, and we’ve had zero issues when city power has dropped off. It was the day after Thanksgiving. The power had gone out just after midnight. AEP said power had been restored, but the generator was still running and we had no power to majority of the facility. These guys came out late in the evening, because they had been on other jobs all day. They kept their word (unusual these days). They were able to get the power back on. Great service.
