    Exceptional service, fair price, Eric came over to service my AC unit and recommended a few other repairs, he wasnt pushy about it, he said I could get other companies to come do the repairs if I wasnt happy with his pricing, so needless to say I felt very comfortable with him doing the work. I would highly recommend these guys for all your AC needs....

    We were having issues with our ac and within a day, Erick came out to the evaluate our system. He was very punctual, reliable, and most importantly, honest. He wasn’t trying to upsell anything like most companies usually do, and was able to target the problem quickly. He explained what was wrong and went over the corrections he made, which comforts us knowing our ac will now run well during the upcoming summer months. I HIGHLY recommend Erick and Super Cool AC!

    Unbelievable service. Erick came out this morning, on the “4th of July”, & repaired my AC, which stopped working on June 25th. I have a Home Warranty Policy, with Choice Warranty. The earliest they could send someone to come out was July 8th. Steer clear of Choice, they are awful. I highly recommend Super Cool. They are very knowledgeable & fair. I am beyond pleased with this company.THANK YOU 👌😊

    I called 3 nearby businesses for quotes for a brand new HVAC system in a home I recently purchased in Champions. Erik came by on time to give a quote and I noticed how thorough he checked the entire system. He also looked at some water damage we had in the ceiling, thinking it was from our A/C, but he identified it coming from a separate set of pipes that needed sealant.Anyway, the quote Erik gave us was not the cheapest (or most expensive), but he gave us options that made sense for what I wanted. I wanted a system that would work properly in my 2 story house, and not just burn through energy. HVAC is a big expense and I dont want to have to replace parts for many years. They used American Standard, which is a recognized brand.His team showed up at 7am and stayed all day to install the split system. I like to check things out on my own and it looks really clean. He even replaced some duct work that wasnt in the original quote. The team was also super respectful of my carpet and space.I work a lot opening restaurants, and I was really thankful the team was efficient, respectful and timely since it was my only day off. I will totally recommend them to my neighbors too!

Every single person, form ownership to crew members are professional, knowledgeable, thoughtful and exceptional.As one who recently relocated to the area, Super Cool’s owners were recommended for checking with after my inherited very old HVAC system failed during a cold snap. They were recommended by my equally trustworthy and capable professional plumbing company U-Got-Flow.Super Cool’s owner showed up in record time, diagnosed the problem and gave me multiple best value options from a range of quality manufacturer systems.They showed early on a Saturday morning, worked non-stop and finished a full system replacement in roughly 5 hrs. They courteous, timely and respectful of me and my home.The total timeframes from diagnosis, to their generation of multiple good value options, to quality install of a quality product line, was amazingly only three (3) days.I STRONGLY recommend Super Cool and its owners and crew. They have been a Blessing beyond to me and family.

    Erick and his crew were Absolutely AWESOME!!My home desperately needed new duct work. I interviewed 3 companies. Super Cool was the only one who took the time to explain to me what l needed and........ what l DID NOT need. The new ducts were in and old out in record time. The crew was respectable to me and my home, as well as being cautious with my dogs who are escape artists! I saved money, and there was nothing to clean when the job was completed.I am SUPER Happy with SUPER COOL.I plan to have a long friendship with Erick and his team!THANK YOU ERICK

    I have used Super Cool twice now for complete system change outs. Once with my home and once with my daughters home with absolutely no issues. Both times they arrived on time, performed the work as quoted and no extras were required once they arrived.
