    My technician was very nice and thorough. He even explained to me how to adjust my thermostat. I did not understand how to use it since my husband died. I was so grateful.I do not want anyone else servicing my HVAC. The guys with this company are all consistent.     First visit, we thought he fixed the heater, but he never did.2nd visit he never returned to replace the breaker, and he disconnected part of the heater. We do not want the same service technician, because he he never fixed the problem****The owner in a technician came out to service the unit, everything was fixed and we are very satisfied with the work.     My AC went out last night and this company came highly recommended. They called me as soon as they opened and had a technician out by 9ish am.I wish I could remember his name, he was so professional and kind. He even climbed my elderly neighbors roof to help us save a kitten that got up there!!!! Above and beyond!!! He even took the time to answer my questions, listen to my explanations, and show me what was wrong and how he fixed it 🖤💜🖤 To me their prices are also reasonable!! They are my new HVAC peeps 🖤💜🖤

    Jesse the technician was courteous, polite and knowledgeable about my a.c system. Had my indoor unit up and running like before and even went beyond the service call to present me options for other issues that could lead to future problems and correct this before it might be a bigger issues in the future. Not only explaining but asking me to look over his shoulder to show me. This is the type of person who presents an aura that you could be confident in the job being done right the first time.

    Subzero has done great work and great customer service working on my a/c. They took the time to explain each issue with the a/c and thermostat and gave me options on the repairs and replacements. In a service industry where it is hard to know who you can trust I feel like they went out of their way to show me the issues with my a/c and give me honest and reasonable options for the fixes.

    Great Company to use. They installed a new air conditioning unit when ours went out. They were very professional and friendly and finished in a timely manner. Our house is much cooler now since they suggested we add new ducting for the room that had been added. We really are thankful because we noticed the difference and we are staying a lot cooler now. We will certainly use them if we ever have any problems.

    I bought a new home a few years ago and the AC manufacturer and electrician really jacked up everything and Subzero has come in and done a tremendous job at making things right. They respond so quickly and come in a quick turnaround time compared to the larger companies. Their office staff are so polite and courteous, and their technicians are knowledgeable and professional!     Our AC unit stopped cooling on a Saturday when it was a 100 plus outside. We called Sub Zero and they had someone out there with in a the next hour and half.     Four years ago, we posted this: We just bought a home and before we even moved in, the AC went out. The home warranty company sent out some guy that wouldnt agree to do anything, so we called sub zero (who had already come out but the warranty company wouldnt let us use them). He sent me a link to request the $60 rebate, where I filled out a form.     Mike and his excellent team are very professional and honest. If the system can be repaired, Sub Zero will do there best to get it up and running. Before I found Sub Zero, I had another company (Dewey, Cheatem, and Howe) come in and check out my a/c (it wasnt cooling). They told me the whole system was to old and it needed to be replaced. I called Mike and his team at Sub Zero for second opinion. Turns out, all it needed was a relay. That was about 4 years ago. Ive been doing business with Sub Zero ever since.     I cannot say enough good things about this company. After being without AC for 4 days and being told by another well known company that we needed our whole system replaced, Sub-Zero came out the same day I called and had our AC working in a couple hours. They were also almost $1,000 cheaper than what the other company quoted me just to get the system running. My only regret is I didn’t call them first.

If you are looking for a company to handle your HVAC needs, look no further. The way I look at it, I am not an HVAC technician, so I need to rely on professionals.
