I have a home warranty and generally the trades people they send are average at best. My A/C went out and they sent Striplings All out. They called in advance of their arrival and showed up within the time frame quoted. They quickly went to work and fixed my unit. I hope my warranty company keeps them for any future A/C work I need. Timely and professional.

Austin is a great person to have when your AC goes out. We moved into our forever home on the 15th of July. On the 16th we contacted him letting him know that our AC was not working. He came to our house at 10 pm and fixed the AC. He said he would rather work late on Friday than come on a Weekend. We were so thankful for that because that saved us money, we did not have to pay for a Weekend service call. He is very efficient and very polite. He works hard and gets the job done. We are so thankful that we have Austin as our AC and plumbing person. Today August the 5th he came out to check our AC due to something went out on it and it would not run. He fixed the AC and did some plumbing things that need to be done that he discovered during the home inspection. While he was here a shed that my husband had ordered was delivered. The delivery person was rude and nasty. He was complaining that the cement blocks were not near the sight my husband wanted the shed placed. The man was getting really nasty with me. Austin solved the problem. He hooked the trailer up to his truck and put the trailer with the blocks on it in front of the shed , so the man could set the building on them. Thank you so much Austin. I am so glad you were here . You went above and beyond the job you came here to do.

We were having trouble finding a reliable HVAC company for the restaurant (Sweet Paris Creperie & Café in The Woodlands). We had major issues with our previous company. I called several companies for quarterly maintenance quotes & the responses I got back were ridiculous. Then walked in Austin. He gave us a great quote for maintenance, not only on our HVAC system, but also our refrigeration units. His team is quick to respond when we need, which is crucial for a restaurant. Very please with their service. I highly recommend them.
