They were really quick in arriving compared to another competitor that I called that had just called me back as Luis and his partner just finished up fixing my problem. Luis was very informative and prompt. I wont lie, my ac feels better then it did before. Definitely needed a tune up. Pricing was as expected and I appreciate them being very open with me. Definitely try them out!

My husband had noticed our AC wasn’t working quite right during a summer in Texas where it can get hot fast! Luckily that week we had low temps but we contacted Luis at Static Heating and Air Conditioning through a good friend and he came out took a look and gave us a great price for fixing the issue. He was able to complete the job by the next day! We so appreciate Luis’s care, knowledge and promptness. I am well pleased with the service provided by Static Heating and Air . Luis Reyes was very knowledgeable and resolved the problem quickly. He was also very courteous, answered questions I had on the Trane HVAC systems installed at my house, as well as provided recommendations for routine maintenance. Luis tested everything, double checked to ensure all joints were sealed and made sure the system was in full working order. We had been waiting 3 weeks to get our home warranty to send someone out to repair our A/C unit (not fun in the Texas summer). Our second unit was working overtime to compensate for one being completely out. I called Static and they were here within a couple hours and had the repair done with another couple hours. The guys could not have been nicer or more professional. Tonight we have a cool bedroom!

AC was not cooling as it should. Had two other companies come out and never told us what Luis did. They wanted to do all kinds of other work. Luis was very courteous and polite. He cleaned and adjusted a lot of things getting our air flow cooler and stronger. Highly recommend Static Heating & Air Conditioning for any maintenance or repairs needed. He was very thorough and explained everything he was doing as he was doing it.

AC went out and I got a quote from a company in town. It was insanely high and they could not fix until seven days later. I called Luis and he was at my house in an hour with a new unit. Very Prompt, Honest & AffordableI cannot say enough positive things about this company. Luis from Static Heating and A/C was amazing. Very professional, quick, honest, and affordable. Luis came out on a Sunday morning on a 30-min notice and fixed our A/C at a very reasonable price. He even brought two wall A/C units -that we ended up not using- to cool the house, in case the repair took a longer time.He also provided a very competitive quote for a new HVAC in case we needed one, but he was able to fix it. I appreciate his professionalism and honesty for not trying to sell us something we didn’t need. I highly recommend Static Heating and A/C and will go back to them for repairs, service, or a new HVAC when we need one.

Tonight I met Luis, the owner of Static Heating and Air Conditioning. I found him on Angies List. I inquired about the services and he called in under 10 minutes. He arrived within 30minutes. Luis went up into my attic, thoroughly checked my vents, and the unit inside and out. He identified the issue, fixed it and explained to me what was wrong in detail and what the part he repaired does. He was very knowledgeable about his trade and was very professional. I would definitely recommend his company and will use him for any of my future issues.

I went on home advisor and found 3 highly rated companies. Static responded in less than 30 minutes. I spoke with Luis who said he could be here within an hour, mind you this was on Easter Sunday. He showed up and diagnosed the issue stating it was a bad capacitor. He replaced it and gave us an honest opinion regarding our old ac unit. The price for the visit and repair was very reasonable. I highly, 100%, recommend static, heating and air conditioning to anyone who has an ac issue. They are reliable, efficient and honest. They will definitely be in our speed dial. The only reason that I did not use him is that I was already decided to use an HVAC manufacturer and that was not one of the systems he is selling... otherwise I think it would have been great to do business with him.

We realized the temperature inside the house was hotter than usual... OMG! Is the A/C broken!!? We realized it was working but not properly.So, my husband found Static Heating and Air Conditioning. He said that it had the best review so I called on Monday! The technician Luis showed up within 1 hour! His diagnose was very straight forward (no BS!) and quick! He fixed the problem and even sent me a follow up text! I believe that the price was fair if its not cheap and the service was very reliable. Now we have go to A/C guy and we are very happy!

Static AC came out after another company misdiagnosed the issue. They were very knowledgeable and correctly diagnosed a compressor problem and gave us options for repair. They were able to get the parts relatively quickly (5 days versus 3-4 weeks the other company told us). They had good communication and arrived on time on the install day. The AC is now cooling great. We will keep them in our contacts for future use.

This guy was a blessing we were without proper running ac for about a week he gave a quick and fair estimate and was able to perform the job the next day he even offered to put in a window unit for us to use until he came the next day. Definitely would recommend and the job was completed in the time frame that was discussed we had to sleep with blankets the night it was installed that’s how cold it was. He saved our little girls birthday party that was coming up in a few days this guy is very knowledgeable give him your business you won’t regret it.

I called multiple companies to get a quote for an airhandler replacement on Sunday. My ceiling started leaking bc the airhandler dripping pan overflow. Two companies responded on tthat day, Sunday. One of them being Static Heating and A/C. Unlike, the first company/Technician whose objective was to sell me an airhandler, Mr. Reyes did a system maintenance to identify the root cause. Mr Reyes was making sure whether the airhandler did need to be replaced. What could have cost me thousands of $$, cost me almost nothing. Moreover give that it was a Sunday. Mr. Reyes fixed the issue and my AC is working and no more overflow. If you read this, please give them a call. I can tell you, you will receive EXCELLENT Customer Service! That is rare now adays. I give Mr. Reyes 5 Stars.

We shopped three different companies for a new HVAC system for our home in College Station. (Malek, Happy, and Static)We were very tired of our old system not being able to keep up with the Texas summer. It was old and too small.Static was wonderful to work with. They offered more at the lowest cost and installed a unit that is made in America. The instalation took about 8 hours and the house was cooled down before we went to bed.The employees were patient, knowledgeable, and professional.They came back after instalation to make sure the system was working properly.The new HVAC is quiet and, more importantly, is keeping our house cold.(Picture shows an outdoor temperature of 97⁰ and an indoor temperature of 72⁰)
