    We heard about Southwest Mechanical from my parents. Theyve replaced 2 HVAC units using Southwest mechanical and couldnt be happier. We, fortunately, now know why. The pricing is affordable, the equipment is high quality, the unit was in stock at their warehouse, the install was done in just a few hours, they setup the thermostat for us explaining all the features and didnt leave a mess anywhere. The warranty for the unit we purchased from Southwest Mechanical is for 10 years. Which is nice because the cheap great value brand that BIC Homes installed had a 3-year warranty and started giving us problems after 6 years until it eventually had to be replaced. Were proud to be generational customers with Southwest Mechanical. It helps that they have affordable maintenance plans where they come a couple times a year to make sure everything is working the way it should.

    Wonderful service from the whole company. Abraham Reyes helped me today after my mini split locked up with the cold weather. I had concerns and called this morning and he was able to come out and fix the issue before the end of the work day on the same day I called. He walked me through the process and what to look out for in the future if I have similar issues. He helped to relieve some of the stress that I was dealing with and now my dogs and I will be warm during the cold weather this week. Very efficient, professional, and friendly service and I would recommend contacting Abraham with Southwest Mechanical to anyone who is in need of heating and cooling services.

    We work with individuals with special needs and our air went out. They were very accomidating and efficient and came the next day to help us out. Thank you to Shane and his team. They came the next morning and fixed the mess the previous “repair men” made within the hour! Highly recommended.

    This was my first time using Southwest Mechanical for HVAC maintenance today. Excellent communication by Shane in scheduling and letting me know when the tech was arriving. Im very impressed by how thorough the tech (Peniel) was in cleaning and checking my system. He left everything clean and answered all questions. I will definitely be using their services again.

    My AC stopped working during this extreme heat. I called Southwest Mechanical Cooling and Heating and I am so grateful to them for fixing my AC. I am grateful for Adrian Arreola for getting me on the schedule even though they had a full day. He even personally went to the warehouse to secure the part I needed. I am also grateful to Abraham Reyes, the technician who fixed my AC. He instilled in me trust and confidence and I knew he would help me.     Very professional.and prompt. installersWere friendly and explained everything they were doing. They cleaned up after they finished and made sure we knew how to work the new thermostat. Salesman( Mr Spilliaert ) came by to check and make sure everything was running ok. Adrian made sure scheduling, finance and all other details ran smoothly.     Southwest is a great company to deal with. Had problem with our unit called Southwest spoke to Adrian Manager and he sent tech Joe and he fixed what thought was the problem. Adrian was so patient and helpful. He had to send Joe out 3 times, poor guy had to return to work on a unit that they didnt install.They were troubleshooting and never gave up. They finally got the job done figured out what was the problem. Thank you thank you Southwest for your great customer service, great tech and for not giving up on me.     Had a leak issue with a new system in a new house installed by another company. After a couple of visits they insisted everything was fine. Decided to call Southwest off hours explained my problem to Adrian and he sent his tech guys the very next morning. They arrived even earlier than anticipated and were quick and knowledgeable. Turns out the main and secondary lines were switched and that is why I was seeing a lot of water outside the house. Tech guys fixed it really fast and havent had any issues since then.
