Installed a new unit in my house in the hottest day, and the next day something wasn’t working right wasn’t cooling the house down and the blower was still running they sent someone out very and installed a part he believed to be faulty, the next day it was back to doing the same thing, called Ryder in the office and he went to work getting me a technician out to look at it again. The technician was out in the afternoon. He found the issue and fixed it. So we will know by tomorrow if it’s been fixed. Very polite employees they have working at Southwest Heating and Air Conditioning

I had a Knowledgeable technician and committed apprentice show up to service my geo thermal residential heater. They worked well together and were not in a hurry to service my unit. I’m a service professional myself in the plumbing industry for 20 years. I don’t give compliments typically. Kudos to the two that serviced my heater.

We replaced two ACs and Air Handlers with new American Standard Heat Pumps, Air Handlers and zone automation. We couldnt be happier with the equipment, and everyone involved with our installation. Professional and polite throughout the install. I couldnt be happier, and would counsel anyone to consider Southwest when planning work on their HVAC. Evan was amazing from start to finish.

My ac unit was leaking a great deal of water which saturated the hall room carpet. Whenever we had the AC on the more water would come out, so I called several AC companies and they were either very expensive, did not answer phone, or could not get us in till next week. Luckily, I came across Southwest and not only were the prices very reasonable but they were able to respond to my issue that same day! The technicians were efficient and got the job done. I will be calling them again for future maintenance. Thank you Southwest for everything!

My home is 35 miles outside Abilene. Early on a freezing morning I called in a repair request and requested repair expert Mario Falcon be dispatched to my location. Over the years Mario has made service calls to my home and has always done a very professional repair. He is exceptionally well qualified, well mannered, and a professional individual. Mario arrived promptly, had the required repair parts in his truck, and quickly had got our furnace functioning properly. I will be calling Southwest A/C and Heating the next time my unit requires maintenance and I will request Mario.

When called, the technicians came right away at 9 pm to fix my AC. They had to wait for it to cool down so they said they would return at 7:30 am. Surprisingly, they did and fixed it quickly. They were very polite. I would recommend them not only because they fixed my AC. but because they actually did what they said they would do.

I gave five stars because they are professional, kind, and know what they are doing. They came earlier than expected the day of the appointment and once they showed up they had the issue figured out and fixed in less than thirty minutes. My only complaint is that it took almost a week to get an appointment. I know everyones AC is struggling with this Texas heat though and it was not the guys fault that came to fix my AC.

Fast response and great customer service! We called them late in the evening when we noticed that our AC has stopped making cool air. In less than 30 minutes, a technician shows up at my door to help us. Leonard was very helpful and professional. I was impressed with how fast he was and how well he knew what to do. I have a home warranty, and until yesterday, I hadnt used it. Yesterday afternoon, my AC went out. I promptly called my home warranty and submitted a service request. I was automatically assigned a random AC company here. I read their reviews, and was dismayed because they were so terrible. This company advertised 24/7, and after I waited 5 hours in 80 degree heat inside my home, I called them twice and never could get them. Called my home warranty back, and they tried to call them. They did reach them, but the AC company was very rude to them. So the home warranty told me I could have my own company come out and they would reimburse me. Late last night, Mario from Southwest showed up. He was very prompt, cleanly dressed, professional, and very courteous. He discovered the problem quickly, and said a part would need to be ordered. He then entered in everything, and ensured it was well documented for me to submit to the home warranty company. He e-mailed me a PDF of my invoice on the spot, chatted for a few minutes, and went on his way. The customer service provided by Southwest is truly exceptional!!!10/10/17 Update:Previously, I posted a review because my AC unit needed repairs. However, the repairs were going to be costly (almost $4,000) and a new system was a little bit more than that. As a result, I decided to go with a new system. Arthur, Noah and Devin came out yesterday morning, promptly at 8:30, to begin ripping out my 34 year old system, and they worked incredibly hard on getting the old out and the new installed. I work in customer service, and I truly appreciate exceptional customer service when I see it. As they all worked together, they were respectful not only to me, but one another. If something required my attention, they didnt hesitate to ask. I had a video conference call today, and after it was finished, they asked several times to ensure that I wasnt on a call or about to be on one, before they vacuumed or ran their tools. I lost count on how many times each of them answered me with yes, sir. AC replacement is messy work, but the first thing they did is they put down a sheet to cover my floors, and multiple times, they vacuumed up any mess. Russell (one of the owners) came by a couple of times to check the progress and assist. And let me tell you, they pay every attention to detail and making sure its right. From choosing a system to best fit my home (a big thank you to Russell on that!), scheduling and coordinating the installation and repairs (a big thank you to Ryder!), to installing the system, theres a reason why they continue to get five star reviews over and over. They are all the true definition of exceptional customer service and professionalism, and they all work so effectively and efficiently together as a team! And if all of that wasnt already over the top, they brought a couple of window units by so Id at least have some cool air as we waited for the new system to arrive. Wow!8/14/18:The system Southwest installed 9/2017 has been such a blessing, and has performed incredibly! I have been nothing but impressed with the system and the customer service! Recently I decided to add AC to my garage, and get a ductless system. I didnt hesitate to call Southwest, because I knew Id be 110% taken care of! They installed a Samsung ductless system, and Im at a loss for words on how professional everything looks! They take their time, and truly treat each customer, like theyre the only customer they have. Fantastic job guys!!

They had installed a unit a couple of years ago, and one of the parts failed. It was still under warranty, so all that needed to be payed was the labor and shipping of the part. They were prompt, friendly, and took care of the problem in a timely manner. They also corrected a problem with the venting that was from the original install at no charge. If you want good honest local service, Southwest Heating & Air is the way to go.

Mario was our Southwest Heating and Air Conditioning contractor; we give him a 10/10 rating! After calling to be placed on their schedule after hours, Mario called less than 20 minutes afterwards to say he was on the way to our residency. Mario replaced the compressor in our A/C unit, explained everything in a way that was easy to understand, and ran multiple tests on our system after the part was replaced. We were told we had some hail damage to our A/C unit - and I had detected a different sound so we called Southwest A/C and Heating again as they had done an outstanding job for us with our heating system. Orlando was the tech that arrived and found out we needed to have the capacitor replaced. Another very satisfied customer reports Job Well Done Orlando and for SW A/C and Heating for hiring such capable servicemen.UPDATE: On the week-end of July 4th of this year, we had some problems with our A/C the capacitor was not the real problem and with their assistance with window units they told us we needed a new A/C unit and that was done in a very quick and capable manner - they also subtracted the capacitor charge from our bill which we appreciated very much. Cannot say enough good things about this company as they will continue to serve us when we call. Thank You!
