Love that they installed everything on a Holiday. When my unit was not working. Give them a great job well done!!! Hands down especially when it is about to freeze tomorrow and Anthony said he was not going to leave me and my family without heat. Our 3 zone A/C suddenly couldn’t keep the house below 82 and it was losing ground. I called Alonzo at Smart Choice at about 7:30pm. He said he had just completed a house in our neighborhood and was heading home. He said he would turn around and be at our house in 15 minutes. He made it in 10 and had a big smile on his face and apologized for the problem. He assured me he would get it fixed. He started checking our unit and found the dampers were closed (likely due to a brown out) and the blocked air flow had caused to unit to actually ice up in the attic. He took about an hour and got the ice melted and the dampers back working. He cleaned up everything and changed my filter. He smiled, shook my hand and said “no charge”.I highly recommend the folks at Smart Choice every chance I get. You can’t go wrong with Alonzo and his team. They do great and honest work. Something rare in the HVAC industry.

Listen, I bid this job. I reached out to multiple companies. This company provided the most competitive price. So then the next focus is whether they can deliver. I am and have been completely satisfied with their work. It was also quite amazing to me that they did a better job than the previous company who performed work three times for us including a job of over $92,000 for rooftop copper theft on 5 units. This job included an outdoor HVAC system that had copper theft three times. I thought I knew how it should be fixed. Then I saw how much better they fixed the system. Truly blown away at how much more effective this company was. It’s also a small business. This is our choice moving forward and it feels good to support a team that exceeds expectation because they are working hard to make something of themself. Invoicing was easy. They actually pay sales tax accurately which many companies avoid. It’s a no brainer for me to recommend their business.
