On the hottest day of the summer, our air conditioner quit functioning. I reached out to Juan with Silver Star after hours on Sunday evening. He was here before noon on Monday. Explained the necessary repair and costs thoroughly. He worked over 3 hours in intense heat to ensure we would have a functioning air conditioner before he left. Professional, polite, trustworthy and a positive experience. Would highly recommend Juan and plan to use him for all future HVAC issues. -

The technician arrived right on time and was very professional throughout the entire visit.He took the time to thoroughly inspect my system, clean all necessary components, and ensure everything was running smoothly. What impressed me the most was his attention to detail and willingness to explain what he was doing and why. I felt informed and confident in the quality of the work being done.The technician was courteous and respectful of my home, leaving the area clean after completing the tune-up. He even gave me some helpful tips on how to maintain my system between services.Overall, the experience was seamless and exceeded my expectations. `i can not say enough about Juan and this company, Juan showed up early for the appointment, he was very prepared for the entire job. Told me what time he would show up and when he would be done and he was so prepared he was done before he said he would be, he was extremely professional, personable and knowledgeable! And did not leave one scrap of trash behind, other than the beautiful new unit you couldn’t even tell he was here, and its blowing so wonderfully cold, he even stayed around after he was done to ensure it was working good, sent me photos of before and after plus gave me a number to call if Anything is needed !!! First... Juan is just a genuinely good, honest, humble business owner! We have been living in Fort Worth for a little over 3.5yrs. Our house is of a modern design thats 2.5 stories, our ceiling is at least 25ft high. Our roof is flat and thats where our AC compressor is located. We called several HVAC services... none of them were willing to go on the roof to service our system, none even had a ladder long enough to reach the top of the house (a 40 to 50 ft ladder is needed). Silverstar and Juan have been a lifesaver for us for the time we have been living here. They also installed and serviced the UV light attachment to our HVAC system... much love and appreciation for you Juan and Silverstar. -

Wow. Rarely do you come across someone in the service industry (repair / maintenance) who is clean cut, smart, punctual, AND HONEST. This young man was all of that and more. My AC was blowing hot air - he could have “found” anything and charges me for it. But he found loose wires and was gonna charge my nothing. Wow. I found my new forever AC and Heat guy. -

No air was coming out of the registers. Tech came out the same day and diagnosed problem as a failed air handler motor. He installed a new motor and the system works perfectly. The repair cost was very fair. Impressed with the turnaround time. -

This is a Professionally run business in every way. Simply did what they said when they said 2023. Also, used them last year on a rental home. 8 companies came out to repair a unit through a Warrenty company. The warranty company didnt like the answer of a new 8k unit replacement so they kept sending people out. Over 2 months in the Texas summer. I called Silverstar air on my own. They came out and noticed the unit had a 2nd filter, no air going through it at all. Overheating the unit. Replaced it, done. The other 8 were straight up incompetent or crooks. Jaun is a practical, thinking, problem solver. Competitively priced. -

Was having issues with heating the second floor of a two story (during a hot summer) building. Cant say enough positive things about this company. Heard about him from a builder and neighbor. We called a lot of places in the Dallas area and would recommend you focus on a business where the person is straightforward and honest. Hopefully you can find such a place even if its not with this company. Good luck. -
