Absolutely fantastic! Ryan came out late afternoon on a Friday after our ac went out so we could have it over the weekend. He also came a few months before that to service our air conditioner on a home we just purchased. Pretty incredible. Im sure it had never been cleaned.

Ryan was recommended to me by a friend of mine who runs a construction company and I’m so glad I followed it. Ryan provided excellent service. He spent time explaining the situation to me and all the different options. He went out of his way to get me on the schedule for a new AC unit so I didn’t have to be hot in my house for too long! If you ever need good, honest and immediate AC/heating services, I highly recommend Service Masters AC & Heating!!!My brother in law recommended Ryan Foster so i called him this morning & he squeezed us in same day. The 91 degree temp in our house was crazy. 🥵 We are now back down into the 70s by the time my kids got home from school.They were extremely kind & attentive fixing the issue within the hour. They replaced my old capacitor without poking my eyes out in fees. Parts & labor were so affordable I wanted to tip them! Because of Ryan & Diego, my kids, cat & dog can sleep comfortable tonight. We truly appreciate you & your team Ryan!!!

Had Ryan come and check my ac.Really sweet and professional. I thought it was low on Freon and was advised it was fine and given options on how to keep it cool and what it could be. Ryan didn’t try hard selling me anything like others I have had come by but advised me of services and options they have. Highly recommend !

Ryan is an amazing person! I’ve known him for a number of years as he worked on AC and other problems my parents had. We’ve been using his services for years as well. When our AC went out a few summers ago, he worked around the clock to install a new AC unit. He got us fixed up with a window unit in our bedroom so we could sleep. The new unit is a dream! Ryan is so hands on and does everything so well.

Ryan Foster is very professional. When I initially called, he asked a series of questions to troubleshoot AC Unit. He helped me to understand as best as possible what might be going on before he could make home visit.I called late afternoon and expected to be “put off” until next day but he said he would call to give eta. He called back in 30 minutes. I asked for him to find problem for water leak and to service the AC system.In addition to servicing problem (drainage block) and system, he took pictures (before and after) of service on outside unit, and to my surprise asked to check my attic venting system. He suggested a leakage value that would turn off system in case of future leaks, tightened up the venting system in attic and suggested a repair. We also had a discussion on filter, correct Merv to purchase and proper installation. We discussed a package deal on filters and he answered my questions about next service, noting make and model of my current system to replace electric wires next visit. Ryan was extremely professional, straightforward, upfront about costs and shared knowledge freely. I have never been treated so professionally. Thank you.

Being the first summer we have lived in our new home we started to notice several rooms in our house were fluctuated between 10-15 warmer than other rooms. After reaching out to the new home builder we found out the HVAC company that installed our system went out of business and the builder said they would have someone reach out to us.We then received a call from Ryan Foster from Service Masters A/C & Heating. During the call Ryan asked several questions to better understand the issue we were experiencing and after understanding the issue got us scheduled for the next available appointment. Ryan showed up on time and was very thorough and highly professional. During the appointment he walked us through the exact cause of the issue as well as let us know about a few additional items he had noticed. Ryan was highly knowledgeable and was very detailed in his explanation. After taking measurements for each room that we were experiencing issues with Ryan communicated that he would use the measurements to determine the appropriate airflow that was needed for those rooms. After doing so he would get the materials and schedule to come back and complete the repairs.On the next appointment Ryan and his team showed up on time and they wasted no time getting all the repairs completed. After making the repairs he showed me the repairs that were made and he checked the rooms to ensure they were getting the proper airflow. He and his team cleaned up after making the repairs and even offered to move back a dog crate I had moved so they could get into the attic. As they were leaving Ryan let us know over the next couple of days to monitor the rooms we had issues with and if for any reason we felt they needed to be adjusted more to give him a call.I will say that it is a relief to know our AC is now fixed and will function properly for many years to come especially with the 100+ degree days in Texas. I highly recommend if you need AC or Heating repairs or even maintenance to give Service Masters A/C & Heating a call.

Ryan Foster did a couple small jobs for me over the last year or so. He was punctual, professional and very courteous - plus I felt he didn’t try to overcharge me. So when I needed a new hot water heater recently, I didn’t have to think twice - he was the one I called. The same when I needed a new AC system, which was immediately after he installed the water heater. He has become my go-to guy for anything related to plumbing, air conditioning, and/or refrigeration. I am a very pleased Service Masters customer.

Service Masters AC & Heating is a stand up company. The owner Ryan (Veteran) is honest and has excellent prices. Maybe its because theyre a small company (which I prefer) but either way you wont get better customer service and theres no high pressure sale tactics. They do great work and Ive been using them for a few years now. No issues. On time and reliable what more can you ask for? So if youre looking for a good AC company look no further youve found it .
