    Sanchez was super great . He was very thorough and explained everything step by step. Great representative for your company.The only reason I am not giving 5 stars is the cost for the installation was astronomical. I have a 3 year old unit and although the parts were covered under warranty, the labor cost was crazy. And since it was a warranty issue my small discount for paying annual maintenance fee does not come into play.

    Came out within an hour of me calling when my AC went out that morning. Replaced my unit the next day and installed a window unit in our main living area for the time being since I’m home with my kids all summer. They also replaced my in-laws unit as well with a great experience. Would definitely recommend!

    My experience exceeded expectations! Eric was very informative and inspected my home to make sure I was getting the unit I needed and wanted. Joe and the installation technicians were very professional. They did a GREAT job and were very informative. They also were neat and tidy. Heather was very detailed in facilitating the estimate and the scheduling of the installation. I can’t be more satisfied than I am now with the Service Champs Team. 5⭐️!!!!

    I recently had Joshua from Service Champs come out to service my a/c unit and I couldn’t be more pleased with the experience. Joshua was incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and efficient in his work. He took the time to thoroughly inspect and clean my unit, making sure everything was running smoothly.What really stood out to me about Joshua was his honesty and integrity. Unlike some other service technicians I’ve dealt with in the past, Joshua didn’t try to upsell me on any unnecessary services or parts. In fact, he assured me that my unit was in great shape and didn’t need any additional work – which was a refreshing change from the usual pushy tactics I’ve encountered.Overall, I highly recommend Joshua and Service Champs for anyone in need of a/c servicing.     Service Champs was great! I had an issue where my system was showing a comm failure with the outside unit and the thermostat. Another firm came in and wasn’t able to fix the issue. I called Service Champs, and they were at my house within an hour!Joshua, the technician, was very knowledgeable, kind and professional. At first, he was thinking it could be the main board outside, but he took the time to call the manufacturer to help troubleshoot. It turns out, the issue was a corroded wire that was nowhere in plain sight! And, he even cleaned the condenser coils for 40% less than the other firm had quoted! I had intended to do that myself, but let him do it. He was done in no time and now my unit is running as efficiently as it can be!These are going to be my go-to HVAC company!!

    This service call was for A/C maintenance on two units. The service techs, Joshua and Sanchez were professional and polite.They completed their work and they provided an in-depth workup on both units.They took their time and explained their findings and possible solutions and they left quotes for me to review.

    I thought I needed a new thermostat. Morgan asked me a few questions and recommended checking to see if the unit was low on refrigerant. It was, and once it was added the unit began to cool and I reprogrammed the thermostat. I appreciated his thoughtful process of identifying the problem and fixing it quickly!

    I had one company come out and say my entire unit was broken and I needed $10,000 to buy a new unit. Just to be safe I called Service Champs to get a second opinion. They found a burnt out Wyler and fixed my unit for under $50. What a lifesaver!     I was very impressed with Service Champ Heating & Air, from the office personnel, to the technicians, to the removal and install team and the follow-up team. I would highly recommend them. I also used them to blow in insulation into my 100-year-old plus house attic.

    When our ac unit stopped working on labor fay weekend 2018, Blue Star was the only place we could get a hold of. We are so glad we did. They gave us a great deal to replace both our inside and outside units. They have been amazing with follow up and regular check ups. With Blue Star you always get the same tech as well, makes it easier to talk to them about the unit and that. We really enjoy Daniel, he is very thorough in making sure our family and AC is happy and working. His new assistant Calvin is great as well.

    I was so impressed with Blue Star. I called at 5:00 pm after discovering my AC was blowing hot air. I called and left a message. I was thinking this being the hottest day yet I may not hear back for awhile because they would be so busy. I was happy to be wrong because they were back to me in 5 minutes. I told Kim of my issue and she contacted a technician and made my appointment for 8:00 pm. I couldn’t believe I could get someone so fast.Carl came out right on time. He was terrific. He was so professional and really well trained in his work. Carl was quick and really knew what to do.I really couldn’t be happier with Blue Star. I will call them from now on.

    Professional, attentive and polite! No one wants their heater to stop working when its 38 degrees outside and have to take off work and wait who know how long for a repair man to come out. When I called Blue Star they were so friendly and understanding of my schedule. They came out the same day! On time! I was blown away by the office staff and my technician! Within an hour he had my heater working again. I cant thank these guys enough!

    Great customer service and very fast. Called at 8:00am and was fixed by 11:00am. Everything was fixed properly. Only concern is it was a little pricey ($450 for a capacitor, just for the part-seemed really high), but was just glad to get it fixed quickly.
