    We were serviced today by Eric V., he came in very professional and knowledgeable about our a/c unit & thermostat. He located a problem and fixed it. Thoroughly informed us what could have caused issue and how to fix it now (and our future). Its best to have knowledge on the equipment in your home to understand why some things happen... a/c units might have to defrost if you have it on cold & its cold outside but now u need the heat especially if its been very low temps... however Eric didnt mind telling us! Thank you Eric for the info and fixing the issue, we greatly appreciate it and how quick & efficient you were... If we need assistance again definitely be calling for you!

    Was not our 1st call because we had a maintenance plan with another company for our annual check up on the AC unit. To our surprise was not what we expected with not having had ANY issues on previous yearly check ups. Was hit with a hefty estimate that something was wrong with it. So we had a 2nd opinion done by Service Champs and so glad we did, checked out the unit again explained the readings and gave it a clean bill of health. Except what will have fixed under warranty. Thank you SC for going the extra mile and patience with us to explain everything to our satisfaction. Now time to look at a change in company maintenance plans for our system it seems.     I experienced an air conditioning failure on Monday and reached out to Service Champs Heating & Air. The employee I spoke with was exceptionally kind and accommodating. I quickly submitted a service request, and within just an hour and 30 min., they arrived and resolved the issue. Their prompt and efficient service was truly a lifesaver. From now on, Service Champs will be my first choice for any HVAC concerns. I highly recommend them effective local a/c company.

    They tried to cancel my appointment the day after I made it for emergency services to other clients. They finally cancelled it on me this morning after repeated emails and texts leading up to it. Where Ive done business its first come first serve. I know those clients get you a bigger check.If its an true emergency go handle it after hours if necessary. Cancellation reason given due to rain. Seriously? Heres my forecast for my service window of 2-4. Owner Eric and I had a good chat. Giveem a shot.

    I had an overall good experience with this company. My A/C stopped working on a Friday night and when I called on Saturday they were able to get a technician out to my location within an hour or two of my call. The technician was very nice and professional, put on paper boot covers before entering my home, even showed me around my attic since I wanted to understand what was up there but had previously been scared to go alone. My only complaint would be that the first person I talked to over the phone said the service fee would be $89, then a second person told me it was actually $125 on weekends. But when I explained what the first person told me, they immediately agreed to honor the $89 I was initially quoted. They also charged to repair an issue they didnt see on the initial diagnostic without asking me first, but they significantly reduced the price since they hadnt gotten prior approval, and I would have wanted it repaired if they asked. So overall a good experience, Id consider calling them again in the future.
