Let me tell you, originally I was confused at what was happening with my HVAC and system in general. The tech came out from my warranty and took a look and did his best. While I may not have asked all the questions I needed to the manager reached out to clarify some things regarding HVAC and warranty- all and all I appreciate the kindness the give even in a situation where warrranty doesnt cover anything. They even quoted me for a new system, which was below other quotes I had seen. Warranty sucks, but these guys know what they are doing and will do their best to help. -

My grandparent’s called me from Texas to tell me their heating unit was not working properly. Naturally, I was worried because I live out of state. So I called around and found Satisfied Heating & Air. I spoke to Edward and he went out promptly and stayed in contact with me the entire time. I was so surprised at how quickly and smoothly the process was; everything from securing the financing for a new unit to installation. The best part was the pricing. It was very affordable.
