Juan, Joe, and Andrew came on Monday to install my new Air Conditioning system. They called ahead, txt ahead and were right on time at the beginning of the scheduled window. They were all very professional and answered any questions I had while explaining what was happening. They cleaned up after themselves and left my house in great condition. A friend recommended the company and I am SO GLAD she did. Also, the salesman, Christian, who came out on Sunday to assess was amazing as well. He and his technician Nicole were very thorough and professional, taking measurements and explaining what would happen. I am very please with the service I have received so far!

Wow! Chris, the ACE-certified service technician with San Antonio Air Service Experts that came out to repair my a/c system today was fantastic! He was friendly, kind, professional, brilliant smart, and I mean brilliant smart, and effective. Chris figured out the problem with my a/c (which a tech from a different a/c company was unable to do), repaired the problem, explained to me what needed repair and how he fixed it, and then patiently answered my questions about it. This is truly the best a/c service technician I have ever had. Thank you so much Chris!!

Working with SA Air Experts has been a truly terrific experience. We replaced a dated compressor and furnace with a state of the art variable speed system. While not appropriate for every climate profile, the very high heats of a San Antonio make it the right choice. SA Air Experts did an amazing job at removing the old equipment and installing our new system. The techs were clearly experts in their field, professionals in every sense of the word. The improvement in comfort level, silence of the unit and ease in programming its features are remarkable.

Every contact we had with staff, telephonic or in person, was professional, courteous and very attentive. We were very impressed with the attention to detail and the promptness of resolving and addressing any concerns that arose during our installation. It is very rare today to find a company where ALL of the employees deliver a high level service consistently to its customers.Having an A/C unit replaced during the summer is very stressful and we appreciate the hard work and service that Juan, Joe and Andy provided during the install, to include their dedication and focus in getting the job done in this extreme weather.Andrew and JJ were very efficient and timely in the follow up replacement of our unit. We are very thankful for their expertise and taking the time to thoroughly answer our questions.Additionally, Mark provided fantastic support with the logistics of scheduling the replacement of the unit. He was sincere and considerate of our special needs/requests for the date and times. Mike Jones, Andrew, & Diego definitely got it done today. They were here as promised on time prepared and ready to work. Started at 9:00am and completed by 2:00pm installing a whole new AC system, furnace, unit, and thermostat. My home is historic and attic access is extremely tight. However, Mike Jones was very efficient in finding an alternative to make things work. These gentleman were very professional and most importantly they cleaned up and left no mess behind. I would definitely recommend San Antonio Air, and continue to use them myself.

Excellent work done by Andrew, Diego and JJ. Were right on time on Saturday and took around 5 hours to remove OLD HVAC system and install new system. I chose this company as they installed the unit that needed to be replaced around 15 years ago. Andrew kept me posted on the progress and they did a great clean up job and you could never tell they were here. Nick Wright did a great job selling me the new system and did all the paperwork for my rebates from the manufacturer and CPS. Extremely pleased from start to finish and can really tell the new system is working great. New 5 Ton and handler installed in attic and amazed how quickly is was able to cool the house down considering I have two stories - I will continue to use San Antonio Air Service and refer them to my friends.

Cameron is an excellent customer service representative. In summer I had a AC issue n was w/o AC overnight n part of next day. Of course I called on Saturday morning very upset. Cameron didn’t react to my frustration n elevated tone. He showed empathy n promised he would get a tech out no later 4:00 n the tech actually came at 200 n took care of AC problem. Then I called for my fall check on unit. Cameron set up appointment n was pleasant professional n actually remembered me. Good customer service is getting to be rare so I appreciate when get it consistently thank Cameron. 5 stars.The tech Brady that came to do my maintenance on AC n furnace today 9/28/23 was very polite professional n knowledgeable when I asked questions. Felt very comfortable w him in my home n service done on maintenance of the unit. I give Brady 5 stars. Very happy w customer service provided.

This company is too notch! Our ac went out in this devastating heat and Shaun and his team came right out, worked to get us a new system a day later. They don’t usually work on the weekend, but we’re kind enough to do it for us! They went above and beyond! Very generous, helpful, knowledgeable. We had our outdoor unit shut down in the middle of the night, and those living in San Antonio know that in August, this is a worst-case scenario. I called SA Air Service Experts first thing and we had a team at the house by 10am. They quickly found that the fan blade literally broke off (manufacture warranty) and the closest replacement part was in San Marcos. Oscar drove there and back and had the system running perfectly in very short order. Would highly recommend them. Their technicians are always punctual, knowledgeable, and very thorough.

10/10 recommend. We had a new AC unit quoted and installed. Christian helped get us down to an affordable price and addressed all of our questions very quickly. The price was very reasonable given the rising costs of parts and labor in today’s economy. The techs, Adan and Mike, came out a day later and the entire install only took 4-4.5 hours. They were friendly and professional subject matter experts who addressed my questions and ensured all the appropriate tests were run and passed after installation. Thanks to this team, our AC is running smoothly so far and we didn’t break the bank.

Michael, Jose and John were the best technicians I’ve ever had come out to repair my AC unit. Not only were all of them highly knowledgeable in their craft they were extremely friendly and great to talk too. They came out same day within 2 hours from when I called, diagnosed the situation and had me up and running again in a 1 hour and a half. Very quick! BEWARE:I trusted this company with replacing my whole HVAC system in June 2024. I paid for it in full ($22K). They promised me a $1200 Visa card from the manufacturer, Lennox and I have not received it until now. I’ve called their office here locally many times and asked to speak to their general manager Mark Bernal, but for some reason he refuses to return my call. They were supposed to come out 30 - 45 days after installation to make sure the system was operating correctly. I had to make several calls before they finally sent someone. The individual noted many items that needed to be corrected/fixed about 2 weeks ago and said that someone will come out to address them. No one has called or come out. I’ve had to also call their headquarters in Richardson TX who sent emails to the local office to provide assistance and still no one has contacted me. I feel like they got their money and now I’m left holding the bag, an empty one at that. I had used them to service my old system via an annual maintenance where they came twice, in the spring and fall. They always did a great job for years and this is why I went with them for my new system. I’m so very disappointed with them and strongly discouraged anyone to do business with them for a new HVAC system.

Our Home had to Lennox to stage ache key pumps installed in our home. Our team of workers were Mike Jones, Joe Rebolloso, Juan Carlos Elicondo, and Andy Perez. The men were professionals from the start! They informed of all the processes that were completed, neat, thorough, and made sure the units, and thermostats were functioning correctly. It was a challenging install with bad weather and they even had to remove the attic steps to fit the unit! I was very happy with the great job and they even vacuumed!

Even though the weather was fair, Jose wore those little booties that protect floors. We had a new AC installed, water heater installed and leaking pipe fixed.Everything was done within a day or 2 of contacting the company, which was so impressive.Additionally, when our water heater was being installed Larry found a leak, was able to give me a quote and made it make to the house in 2 days to fix it. He and his assistant were friendly, knowledge and performed excellent work.The AC installation crew also went above and beyond by making a trip to Home Depot to replace an electric fuse to ensure that the AC was up and running the same day as the install.I could not recommend this company enough.

We called San Antonio Air Conditioning Service around 7:30 in the morning because our A/C was not cooling and by 8:30 a service technician had arrived. Chris Moore was polite, helpful, and knowledgeable. He diagnosed the trouble that caused our A/C to stop cooling, he even got up in the attic to take a look at the lines. After discussing the necessary repairs (it was an old unit) we decided to purchase a new unit. Chris made a call to a comfort advisor and within 10 minutes Alex Hernandez arrived. He patiently went over all the different options with us, explaining each thoroughly. He was extremely knowledgeable and helped with all the necessary paperwork. Fortunately there was an available crew in the area and within an hour Chris Rodriguez, Mando, Matt, and Charlie arrived and immediately started with the installation. They worked diligently to get the indoor and outdoor units installed. By 6:00 p.m. they were finished and we had cool air once again. The service we received from San Antonio Air Conditioning was outstanding from start to finish. Each employee we dealt with was conscientious in doing their part to be sure we received excellent service. We will definitely recommend San Antonio Air Conditioning Service Experts to anyone looking for A/C services.

They are now rerouting our 4 AC drains to the outside rather than the 4 sinks’ plumbing they are currently attached to. They are doing an excellent and conscientious job in tight spaces - even working in the rain on Thursday!! Thank you to both of them - and to SA Air!March 2023 - we have used SA Air since the 1990s. We have been in our current house for 22 years and they are still the BEST at EVERYTHING HVAC and plumbing!!!!!!!!We also have 4 systems - which this company has maintained beautifully through these many years — but this time around all 4 needed replacing. Wear and tear of the elements had taken its toll. Nick was with the team and he and Nichole came the next day to explain in detail what it would take to keep our 4 systems as is vs comparing that cost to several options regarding partial or complete replacement. They answered EVERY question my husband and I had and sat with us at least 4 hours. Once we made our decision, a fantastic crew arrived for the demo and the new install. Enough good things cannot be said about Juan, Paul, Jose G, Adan, Andrew, Omar. They are an extraordinary team that works seamlessly together. They are professional, intelligent, know their products, respectful of us and our home taking great care when removing the old units and wheeling in (and up the stairs) the new units and all the parts needed. They worked tirelessly and with great attention to all the details. Additionally (I think it was Jose 😉🤷‍♀️😅👏🏻👍🏻) even went around with a broom and cleaned up any incidental debris their floor runners missed.Also, Nick (with the input of his manager Mark) was able to offer us several various incentives and perks.At the same time, the master plumber, Larry, and his assistant, Brady, worked diligently to drain and disconnect our attic water heater - lowering it down the attic stairs in a very tight space; and then they hauled up and installed the new unit.Down to the person - each one was friendly, knowledgeable, respectful, personable, and we could not have found a better group to do this work!!!We are also impressed with the options we were offered for paying for this very large purchase and opted for their Advantage Plus program. We had already been on their maintenance servicing program for decades. Mike & Chris responded to a call about a potential issue with my thermostat. As it was installed by another company a couple years ago, when it got very cold, I discovered that the emergency heat did not kick in. They discovered that the issue was due to a Nest thermostat programming problem. They were diligent in troubleshooting to ensure resolution. I felt very comfortable with their approach to the issue as they kept me informed as they proceeded. I am normally very cautious whenever a service provider comes to my house, particularly for the 1st time. At the end of the visit, I felt so comfortable that I signed up for San Antonio Air Service Experts annual preventive maintenance plan. I want Mike and Chris, specifically, to respond to any future service request.

I am not the kind to write reviews but I had to write one for these guys. Edgar, Pablo and Jose R were professional and spectacular. They came in to listen to me describe the issue. Instead of checking what I describe as the issue they ended up checking the whole system to make sure that all the parts were in working order. The previous company just checked what they perceived what the issue was and just fixed that without checking anything else. Which is why I had to call “San Antonio Air”. Edgar talked me through what Pablo and Jose R were doing. Once they found what the issues were they proceeded to tell me my options at each issue. I wanted to take a moment to share a recent experience I had with San Antonio Air Service Experts. I had a system installed a few years back and also purchased a 10 year parts, labor and maintenance plan. The Top of the Line Dave Lennox Signature Series system I purchased I am extremely pleased with. My home is kept comfortable, and my utility bills are very very low comparable to others that I have spoken to. I was due for my seasonal maintenance service and hadnt received any communication from San Antonio Air to schedule. I reached out to them and they scheduled the service for me on a Saturday, so that I could be home for the service between 12 and 2pm. I called them at 12:15pm to ensure I was on schedule and that I would be communicated with before the visit. The Technician never showed, and the office never communicated back to me. After 3pm I called the office and spoke to a representative that stated that no technician would arrive as scheduled, and that I needed to contact the office on Monday. The Office had a hold on my account, for not to service. This was later determined to be an error. However, this problem with the office caused an excessive delay at getting my unit serviced as scheduled.***The Companys Communication needs to improve.****The GM contacted me personally and apologized, and promptly got me back on the schedule. Edgar Loredo and Will Martinez both came to my home to handle the service, and ensure that I was completely taken care of. Both of these employees are extremely professional assets to your company. Your are very fortunate to have them on your team. Please ensure that both of them receive the praise and recognition I have extended in this review. Both deserve a Bonus of some form, and I hope that you see the value in them and can extend that gratitude towards them. Edgar is a truck enthusiast as is Will. When I called it was on New Years Eve. The first person that came out was Chris. He checked to see where the problem was. He took pictures of the entire heating system including ducts. The problem was the control panel on the furnace. He told me about the Advantage Program. The control panel was expensive but that the furnace was about 20 years old. I found out later that in the south like Texas and Arizona they last at least 10 years. So he contacted the sales rep Mike Yetman. He came out the SAME DAY. Went over my options and cost. He didnt know how soon with holidays he could get put in. He was able to get a better unit at a low price. Remember this in 12/31. The unit was installed on 1/3/23 by Adam, Juan Carlos and Emilio. They made a mess but differently cleaned everything up. The unit waS in my attic and had to be disassembled and new one assembled in the attic. Lots of work. GREAT JOB ALL AROUND.

I LOVE THIS COMPANY!When my home warranty company didnt answer my calls or online requests for assistance with my broken AC (still under warranty), I contacted their contractor who had installed it less than a year ago. After several emails and phone call attempts, the contractor informed me they would not come out without the home warranty company dispatching them, regardless of the fact I had purchased a service contract WITH THE CONTRACTOR.Desperate for air conditioning, I called Service Experts when I just couldnt wait around any longer. They were amazing! Mary in dispatch was friendly, courteous and FAST. Adrian came out to my home within 2 hours of my original call and diagnosed the problem. My coils, not yet a year old, were riddled with holes and all my coolant had leaked. He went above and beyond to keep my family comfoortable by 1) charging the system with enough coolant to keep us going until it could be fixed 2) scheduling an appointment immediately to fix the unit within days 3) Applying my service fee $49 to an annual service plan (which I knew would be well worth the $138) and 4) Examining my outdoor unit to make sure it was running properly. When he discovered it wasnt as compatible as it should be for the new indoor unit, he helped me schedule a free estimate for the next day to see what it would cost to replace and get the system running optimally.When John Richmond arrived with an estimate the next day, it was more of the friendly, personable, attentive service they had given me previously. He gave me a very reasonable estimate and even gave me a military discount!My home warranty company and their contractor finally came through, but Im so happy with the service I received from San Antonio Air that I plan to only do business with them from here on out. Im so glad I bought their service plan and will definitely be buying a new outdoor unit from them this fall. If you have AC/Heating needs in San Antonio, these are the people to call!

Had a complete new air/heat plus two damper zone system installed in my home by San Antonio Air. My experience with San Antonio Air stated with the sales consultant Mike Y. Mike was able to examine my current system, then make replacement recommendations to me. There was no hard sales push. Mike explained, in understandable terms, which system options were available, and all details concerning each systems performance specifications. Once I selected the system I desired, Mike provided me with a complete cost for my installation, not an estimate, but the final complete price, regardless of what if any additional unexpected work may need to be completed. During the installation, there were some additional work issues that needed to be completed, but as Mike had advised me, there was no change to the final bill. Final bill was exactly as stated in my contract (no hidden fees what so ever). Also the technicians that came to my house were fantastic. David, Larry, & Carlos were very knowledgeable and professional. First thing they did after introducing themselves to me, was to lay drop cloths from the front door all the way upstairs and to my attic, to keep the house as clean as possible during the installation. Work was completed efficiently and properly. All completed work was explained by the technicians, and they physically reviewed each major component of my new ac/heat/zone system with me. Additional clean up work was performed after work was completed, and they left the house clean. Great job David, Larry, & Carlos. Finally, the sales representative Mike did not just sell me a system and disappear. Mike was at my house several times during the two day installation, to ensure all work was being performed as promised, and to make sure I was completely satisfied. We were interested in different systems and how they worked in different weather conditions and he was able to easily explain it to us.Update: Our system went out in the middle of the night during one of the recent arctic cold fronts. With a new baby we were nervous and needed some one to come out immediately. We called around 4am and they scheduled us with Jose G to arrive between 8-10am. Excellent service! They had a technician (Edgar) come out late night when I was in a time sensitive situation. Very professional and courteous.
