Luckily, they were able to dispatch a technician within just a couple of days. I was worried that I would be told my unit was too aged to fix and that they would try to push a new HVAC system on me. However, that wasnt the case! Miles, the technician, was able to swiftly and accurately identify the problem, a malfunctioning compressor, and managed to repair my old AC unit that very day for less than $700. Miless service was truly excellent! He was punctual, professional, and amiable. After fixing the AC, he also inspected the furnace and noticed a previous leak. He then recommended that I have the furnace serviced before using it or the humidifier, but he didnt pressurize me into buying a new unit. I appreciated his honesty and advice.
