He found that our system could not be saved and explained all of our options in great detail. He got us scheduled for next day installation and helped us with finance options. If all of the technicians are as great as him, we will continue to use them for all our future HVAC needs.

Were it not for the new equipment they had installed, you would not know anyone had been in the house. And the quality of their work was excellent at both locations. I recommend them highly.

I contacted Richardson Heating And Air Conditioning this morning at 8 am for an air conditioning problem. They came out about 2 hours later. They diagnosed and fixed the issue in very little time. They were extremely professional, well priced and incredibly quick. I highly recommend.

My old air conditioner needed replacement and I decided to shop around since I was not sure of the best Air conditioner that would suit my needs. So thankful for the help provided by Mike. He provided options for us and made sure everything was clear. They came out the next day and replaced the unit with a new one and carried the old one away. Very quick and excellent service.
