This company is top notch in my book. Had issues with a commercial ice machine. Ran through my trouble shooting that I knew how to do with out much luck. Spoke with Mrs. Lowe at the office to coordinate a tech to come look at our problem. Received a call from Paul to set up a date and time to come look at our issue. Paul sent out Cesar one of their techs the very next morning. Cesar was on time, polite and got right to work to resolving the machines problems. I am very happy with the service and the companies communication overall. I will be recommending to other friends in the area for commercial help with issues with ice machines and refrigeration. Its the same whenever I call: immediate pick up, quick dispatch and no callbacks. Even the new hires present well and always respectful. Theyll always have my business. The Service Manager, Mike is a little preoccupied with Patrick Stewart but never met anyone as knowledgeable as that man! My highest recommendation!

For every commercial business out there, use these guys. Honest, dependable and professional. I manage a restaurant and so far Ive used them for the A/C, refrigeration and the walk- in cooler.
