Rhino Air came highly recommended on my NextDoor app so when my AC decided to stop working on the 4th of July amid Texas summer heat, I called for a free estimate. The appointment was easily made and Ryan showed up on time. He assessed the situation and we discussed my specific needs. While I had already decided I would replace the unit due to its age, he offered to see if he could get it running for me. Rhino Air has the best response rate I‘ve ever experienced. Today - July 16th - hottest day of the year so far, and woke to a hot house - AC unit iced up. We called, and Ryan was here in less than two hours! Had to replace a fan motor, but by 4:00, the air was back on and house had cooled off. This is the second time they’ve come to our rescue! Ryan is extremely professional and knowledgeable, and explains the system as he’s working the problem. I highly recommend them for any of your AC needs!

We’re happy with Rhino Air Conditioning and Heating. We had an ongoing problem in recent years with our Lennox air handler evaporator coils leaking refrigerant and Ryan gave the best bid on the best product after seeking out multiple estimates. He and his crew got us fixed up pretty quickly and even offered to swing by to get us through the weekend (I presume portable AC or charge up refrigerant a tad). Would recommend y’all consider Rhino for future HVAC needs and support local small business.

My heating system failed last night around 10:00pm and the temperature dropped below 32 degrees. And it was cold . I looked on The next door app and searched for a heating and air conditioning company to schedule for repair Service and I selected Rhino Air Conditioning and Heating.I called after 8:00am to schedule a call and explained what i was experiencing with the heating unit and that I had no heat, and And the young lady that answered the call, set me up tentatively for one to 3 PM for a service call, I sent all my contact information and she was so diligent and understanding the emergency need to get a repair done as fast as possible due to the freezing temperature, she was able to provide a technician at 10:00 AM.This is what I call service and looking out for the Customer with empathy and compassion. Our AC went out during Summer 2023, but we were fortunate enough to find Rhino Air. Once we spoke with them, they were at our house within 20 minutes. Unfortunately, after checking our AC they informed us they had to order parts (due to the model of our AC) and it would take about 2 days to get them. Luckily for us Rhino Air was able to obtain the parts and fixed our AC the following day! We had a great experience with Rhino Air and would highly recommend them! You can tell they value their customers and prioritize their needs!

The service appointment started on time which I appreciate. Ryan was able to diagnose the problem promptly. We needed a new motor in an air conditioning unit which was not working. He installed the new motor at a fair price. The unit is original to the house and I appreciate that he didn’t try to sell me a whole new unit which would have been costly. It works great now!

I went to Next Door to ask my neighbors who they would recommend and was met with an over whelming response of referrals saying to call Rhino Air Conditioning and Heating. I filled out the fill form on their website and received an immediate phone call from Jessica. She booked my appointment and the process was easy. They showed up when they said they would be here and called before they came. Ryan was able to diagnose the issue and fixed my air conditioner. Ryan explained in detail what the issue was and walked me through what had happened. The cost was affordable, and it just seemed that they had genuine concern for my family. Our HVAC/AC Handler has been leaking for years and started to bleed into the walls. The insulation surrounding the ducts were soaked I thought we were in for a $10k+ replacement. Called Rhino and Ryan was dispatched on the same day when all AC repair companies were HIGH in demand. Ryan quickly diagnosed the issue, which was a blockage in the drain line, thats connected to our bathroom sinks overflow. Ryan removed the blockage and assured us the soaked insulation and other areas would eventually dry out, which it did after several weeks. That all being said, Rhino and Ryan have gained our loyalty and trust. They would have taken us to the cleaners, but he recommended exactly what we needed at the time and didnt attempt to overcharge or recommend services we didnt need. Rhino is a trustworthy company and treats their customers with integrity.

ABSOLUTELY would recommend Rhino to my friends and family. I called to make an appointment which was a very easy process. Additionally, I liked that Rhino tried diagnosing the issue over the phone first and then sent a technician out to diagnose the issue. Prior to calling Rhino, I called other local HVAC companies which good ratings and they tried to sell me a “yearly package rate” before they would even send a tech out.Ryan was on time, very polite when entering my home, and VERY knowledgeable. I was able to ask anything, and there were no “stupid” questions. He was hands on and gave me pointers and tips for good airflow which was totally unrelated to my issue and reason for his visit. He even offered to show me easy fixes on our ducts, filters and unit up in the attic. Very cool, especially being a new home owner!It’s nice to know there are companies and people out there that thoroughly enjoy what they do and want to help you. Thank you Ryan and Yvonne! My motor went out on my outside unit and it was freezing over and not heating the house very well. I was told by another company that I needed another unit because the installation of a new motor was going to be almost a 1/3 of the cost of a new unit. Ryan from Rhino Air came over to give me a second quote on a new unit and a quote on just a new motor installation. After doing a thorough check of the inside and outside units, he gave me estimate of a new hvac system vs fixing my old unit. (Both quotes were less expensive just the new motor installed was considerably less). After weighing the pros and cons with him I had him put in a new motor on my older unit for now. He also gave me some advice on what to do in the future to help my system keep functioning. Thank you Ryan for your punctuality and professionalism and answering all my questions. Rhino Air is my new heating and air company and I would definitely recommend them to everyone.

We LOVED using Rhino Air! And would recommend them to anyone! We had a different company that has serviced our units for a number of years. This week when one of our units started blowing hot air instead of cooling off our regular company could not come for 2 days. When they finally came we were told that we would need a whole new unit, which was going to cost us $9400! That was a hard pill to swallow- so we sought a diff quote. Rhino Air was recommended by a few of our friends. Which was the best thing we did! First they came out the very next day after we called and were right on time! Then they were able to find the problem and fix it within an hour!! They were very good at explaining what had gone wrong and what it would take to fix it. They saved us thousands of dollars and we are now enjoying cool air again!! We will definitely use them again and recommend them to all of our friends! Thank Rhino Air for everything!!!

Terrific service. Have used them multiple times over the years, on 2 homes. Saved us $$$ in the past, when competitor said a new unit was needed, when actually only single part needed replacement. Latest event was AC unit went out, on weekend, during July Texas heat. I was unsure when they could come out to service-not optimistic, guessing we were not the only one with AC problems, called Monday morning, they came out that afternoon to diagnose the problem. Grateful for their prompt service, able to obtain parts and provide install in only 4 days. New system install by lunch time Friday. In the time we have lived in our home, has not felt cooler!! Gentleman and TEAM who came out provided great service, including walking me through what they did, including answering my questions about possible future improvements. 100% recommended and will use them again (hopefully not too soon in the future!!)

I only needed a new air handler. Not only did they save me over $6k, but they were able to quickly order and install my new air handler. They were very professional and did an excellent job. Ive been a customer of Rhinos since moving to the Aubrey area in early 2020. They communicate well with me as a customer, uising e-mail, text and the phone. Their service philosophy is that preventive maintenance expends the life of the equipment. Given the cost of new AC/Heat, that is a philosophy I can get behind, especially since my home still has builder-grade units. Service seems thorough to me. The process includes photos of any issues found (rust is a problem for me, but not a functional problem yet, and Ive seen the photos to show it). They take an interest in what I want and help educate me on good practice for using my units without doing things to shorten their lives. Like change the filters every month. All of their habits push my buttons in a good way. Fully recommend them for you too.

In August 2018, two of our AC units went out and the third was on the fritz. I met with and received quotes from three of the “top-rated” companies in the area and felt like I was either being talked down to or scammed by each of them. After an older system had some issues, they came out to fix the problem. Everything was all good until a final inspection revealed that the system has finally seen the end. We were provided with several options to fit whatever budget we may have, including simply replacing the faulty part (coils).After some deliberation we decided it was time to do it right and replace the system. We selected the best thing we could within our budget, and Rhino did what hey could to get us on the books as quickly as possible (appreciated during this hot Texas summer).They helped get us through until install day, and when the time came, they showed up on time and we had anew system up and running in about 4 hours.
