They are so professional and non intrusive… I was home on spring break and just carried on my routine! The installation is beautiful and top notch equipment was used. I am so proud of my new Amana AC and heating units. Thank you, Republic!The next day after installation, Reed, a very professional young man, came to do a Quality Control check. He checked everything to make sure it was working perfectly and then upgraded the capacitor on the AC unit from the factory one to a better quality capacitor. Good job,Reed!

Republic will definitely be our go to for system maintenance and any future issues.

We replaced and upgraded our hvac system after 9 years we were given the option of just replacing the outside unit to save cost. We opted to replace inside and outside units for the 10 year warranty. With the higher seer unit. The system has worked beautifully the last 4 years only problem being ants ate some wiring. It was a hot summer day technician showed up within the hour and repairs were completed within 30 minutes.As our semi-annual inspection came today our technician Jerome who was here over 2 hours went above and beyond as has the entire staff at every turn. Easy to discover honesty if you pay attention and compassion for the customer. Thanks guys. I hope nobody needs their service, but if I do I know where to go.

The team was professional, helpful, and kind from start to finish!After getting our ducts cleaned, our A/C works so much better, and it got rid of the mildew smell coming from our A/C unit. However, the duct cleaning does create quite a mess, so get ready to clean after the service!We just got the Air Scrubber installed and are really looking forward to having ongoing clean air in the home!Overall, I highly recommend Republic Heating and A/C!

Ever since we installed a new AC system. The system has failed several times. No fault to them. We call and they are out that day or the next problem solving our issues with the system and fixing it within a day when parts are needed. If the part could not be over nighted to them by the company, they have offered to put in fans in the house to keep it cool last summer. Would recommend them to anyone. No complaints about their service. When we call they are friendly and understand urgency during extreme temperature times.

We love Republic. Their technicians are always extremely helpful and thorough. Their customer service is impeccable. Austen was no exception today. He went over everything we had going on in our system and they even back it up with photo evidence, which is helpful when they explain the pricey repair/ maintenance costs. Living in Texas, you have to keep up with the maintenance and service of your HVAC system and luckily Republic Heating and Air have excellent service plans that you can now pay monthly. I cant recommend them enough.

Absolutely do NOT use this company for services for the sake of your sanity!! They are EXTREMELY deceptive in their services and charges and are very unprofessional. It appears they do not honor their sales rep pricing and promises and attempt to charge you at a later time AFTER services were already rendered. The phone representatives have no communication with the sales reps and will not talk to their own staff. Save yourself the time and frustration and AVOID this unprofessional company!!Edit.. Finally was able to contact someone who would look further into the issue and found the fault and issue was corrected. Thank you, its just unfortunate it had to come to this. My mom is 78 years old and with the heat and she only had window units so walked into her home with it feeling like 105 and we called them and they came out right away and went over the whole process and right before any comes out they send you a text of who is coming with a picture of that tech and there background. They forgot to add piedrock and came back with no issues to add it. I would 100% refer them to anyone. Very professional and the work was fantastic and no issues what so ever. Our heat went out right before this last cold spell and he came over twice on the weekend and work on the heater himself. All his guys working for him are wonderful. Zach was one of several salespeople that came to my home to give an estimate for a new AC and heating system. I was impressed that he took measurements and notes in order to do a semi heat analysis of my home rather than just give me an estimate based on my current system. Once he determined the system type that was recommended for my home based on the analysis, he then showed me the systems Republic Heating & Air offers and patiently answered the questions I had on each of the options. Zach encouraged me to independently research the systems offered by his company. He followed up with me and continued to answer questions before and after I selected Republic to complete the job. There was no annoying sales pressure, only sincere effort to ensure that I had the information needed to make an educated decision that was right for me. I was not only looking for a new system I was looking for a service provider for my ongoing needs, Zach won my business. In fact, if I were an employer, I would have attempted to hire him!The day I accepted the estimate from Republic Heating & Air for a new system, Stacy called to schedule the installation and answer any additional questions, she was very friendly and helpful. To my surprise Republic was able to install the system the very next day.Ferris called me right on time to start the installation of my new Heating and Air System. There is a considerable distance between the system and the small attic opening in my home but, they didn’t let that throw them off. I was impressed at how well Ferris and Alvaro worked together to remove the old system and install the new one all in one day. A very difficult job in the small attic space. Ferris, an exceptional young man, encouraged me to ask questions about the system and addressed all of the concerns I had during the installation. All things considered, so far I’m very impressed with the people working for Republic Heating and Air and the companys customer care. Not to mention the new system has greatly improved the quality of the air in my home.

I have a newer home, built in 2020. As most builders do, the builder cut corners when constructing the home. I can guarantee you that if the builder was building this home for his own family he would not have done this. I knew this from the git go. While the HVAC installed by the builder is of decent quality, I realized right away that it needed some fine tuning and some upgrades to function more efficiently. Frankly, I knew what needed to be done before I started placing calls. I called around and I try to give my businesss to local and small business owners. I called this business and they actually came out the same day. I had the guy do an analysis of my problem, knowing full well what needed to be done. I wanted to see if he was going to provide a solution that I already knew needed to be done. I also wanted an April Air filter (high recommend) put in. He passed the test.What needed to be done was an additional air intake duct needed to be added to the system to bring down the static pressure of the home and allow better airflow throughout the structure. He crawled up into my attic, did his measurements, took pictures, and provided me an analysis of what I expected. Fair enough.The following Tuesday the tech showed up. Volley, the tech, showed up alone. At first I was a little apprehensive as to why only one tech showed up. However, I have to give credit to the guy. He got the job done and he got the job done right. He took his time, added the additional duct work and installed my April Air filter. He was professional, precise and he evidently knew what he was doing. Throughout the job, which took several hours, I asked him probing questions as I know what I wanted and I knew what needed to be done. He too, passed the test. Hes a hard worker and strikes me as someone that has a good work ethic.The bottom line is that I now have a better functioning HVAC that cools my house more efficiently, is quieter, and really more comfortable. I asked to be set up on their twice yearly maintenance plan, which BTW, is reasonable in cost.One more note, the lady that answers their phone is friendly and listens to your concerns. Someone in this role is the front line to any business. They probably would not have made it past first base if it wasnt for her listening to my concerns.HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
