Great experience, I called Jason for a/c repair and he showed up the same day, fixed my ac when the part came in and its been working great since. He was quick, proficient and professional. I called him again for our Church a/c. He showed up the same day and found the problem now has us sitting in a cool church for Sunday service. I would highly recommend him for all your ac needs.

Jason is extremely honest and cares about his customers more than looking at them as just a way to get as much money out of them as possible. He saved me over $4,000 to $6,000 I would have spent on what I found out was an unnecessary new system I didn’t need that was trying to be sold to me. I was in a vulnerable situation because I was told by a well known large HVAC contractor in Rockport my system was all rusted out, was no longer in compliance by code and the arching problem I was having was because the system was old. Jason pointed out to me how all this was untrue, installed a new capacitor at the furnace and the arching problem of the lights when the system comes on was solved. Beside this he did a few other repairs and all is good. His fee was also so reasonable I felt guilty and told him I wanted to pay him more but he said that what he told me was enough. Jason is now my for sure “go to person “, for when I have any HVAC needs.

I’ve used Ralph AC for two separate new construction install jobs and have been extremely pleased. They have always been on time and have done top notch work. We also had a unit go out during the middle of summer and they came out and replaced it the next day. I would recommend them for all your AC and heating needs.
